This allows us to pass projects to them confidently, knowing they will manage them well, from integrating with our AWS deployment to handling complexities with extra dependencies. There really isn’t much I’d call a downside. Occasionally, some team transitions (e.g., new project manager or dev handoffs) required a bit of extra clarification on my end, but even then, the team remained responsive and handled the learning curve professionally. They have been consistent with their work and dedication to the project since inception. It's not easy to pick a dislike with out Simform team so far but if I had to pick one it is that at points it can be difficult to understand the language barriers especially through acomputer screen.
