My current company has a corporate plan with them as well, which makes it even easier for me to use. I appreciate how flexible the corporate plan is: it gives me more choice in how many credits I want to add each month, and any changes I make don’t affect the next cycle’s credits. I like being able to fine-tune it to fit what I need. **What do you dislike about ClassPass?** Many of the classes have a restricted booking window. I also don’t know how many spots are actually open for ClassPass members because sometimes it says there are available spots, but when the booking window opens, they’re all gone. It feels pretty misleading. **What problems is ClassPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClassPass helps me find fitness and wellness services in one app. I mostly use it because my company offers a corporate plan. Plus, since a friend of mine uses it too, we sometimes go to classes together. ### 2. The user platform is very user-friendly, which is well received by our employees. In terms of attention to our employees, we have never received complaints, which indicates that the application works very well. Additionally, we highlight the great coverage in multiple countries and the diversity of plans offered by ClassPass, which allows for enjoying more than just conventional gyms, including pilates classes, hydro, and wellness experiences like massages and hairdressing services. **What do you dislike about ClassPass?** I would like to be able to see on your platform which centers or cities our employees use their credits. **What problems is ClassPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** The extensive international coverage of ClassPass and the diversity of available plans benefit our organization. Customer service is quick, and the platform is easy to use, which is well received by our employees. ### 3. Taking the intro is vital because it orients a person to the equipment and the studio without the pressure a beginner can have. Even an experienced Pilates goer can benefit from the intro; they may get more of a one-on-one lesson for a fraction of the cost. **Recommendations to others considering ClassPass:** If you have classes that are new or not taking off fast enough, ClassPass has curious members willing to give a class a try. **What problems is ClassPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** We signed up with ClassPass to fill in some classes for the summer slowdown. We were thrilled to see such a great response. We have met many people who wanted to try Pilates, and we love beginners! We would love to see more beginners join our introduction to Pilates class or private sessions. These intros streamline the experience of preparing to take a class anywhere, so they don't miss time trying to orient themselves at the beginning of a class, and the regulars don't have to wait to get started either. They learn to set up their equipment, start with everyone else, and not feel rushed the next time they take a class, as the intro provides information and respects all the clients in the studio. ### 4.
