What do you like best about Lido?

What I appreciate most about Lido is how much time it saves me at work when handling various types of documents. I only have to write the additional instructions once, which is incredibly convenient. What do you dislike about Lido?

I have considerable experience with Excel, and I appreciate that Lido shares many features with it. However, I still find that it takes me a bit of time to locate certain options. The main drawback for me is that Lido doesn't have the same menus as Excel, though this isn't a significant problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lido solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lido has made it possible for me to process large volumes of documents within just a few minutes. Additionally, it compares the extracted data with official reports, ensuring that the information in those reports aligns with what Lido has processed. What do you like best about Lido?

UI Easy to use. Excel like User Interface its so good to complete and relate ETL prompts, DAX formula, Scheduled action automations and integrations.

What do you like best about Lido?

Very much a plug and play kind of tool. Easily integrated into google sheets and authenticated via email. You can set the automation to a custom timer for as regular as checking every 5 minutes to longer increments. It's also relatively easy to build out your own error-catching features, and they have a status/response output built into their automation framework. Because I started using during the open beta, they've been very receptive to feedback and input - support is super responsive and they are building out features that current users are requesting. Now would be a great time to hop on the tool - likely very useful to SMBs or growth teams in larger orgs for experimentation/quick outbound automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lido?

I felt that the only thing missing was the ability to automate email sends from different users - the collaboration piece here woudl require a greater body of work/development and has some security issues, but the team is already at work on thinking through this feature - excited for when it comes out!
