Levelset has helped us automate our lien processing. Before, we hand-jammed everything, and as a GC, paying our subs was very inefficient. I couldn't find a section to give a shout-out, and since I have no dislikes... The Levelset team was a HUGE help in setting up the software. I am very new to my industry and was intimidated. As a user of the platform, the most helpful aspect is definitely the people. I have NEVER called and gotten a half-hearted response from anyone I've spoken with. From the front-end sales to the customer support, every area knows their product, knows how to support it, and knows their customers and the needs they are likely to have. No question brought to them has ever received a frustrated answer, and believe me, I struggle retaining what I've been shown or told just once, so I know what it feels like for people to become frustrated. I'm a return user after being away from the LEVELSET for a year or so, and maybe I'm not recalling this issue perfectly, but it seems there was a way to edit information already entered, but the edit button was sort of hidden inside of something else. It always took me two or three tries to find that edit button. I often felt it could probably have been a little cleaner or at least more straightforward to find the edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is LEVELSET solving and how is that benefiting you? LEVELSET is assisting Sentry with filing a lien on a project in Kansas. As I mentioned previously, our company had been satisfied users in the past, but due to a shortage of work, we made the tough choice not to renew our subscription with LEVELSET. During that time, I continued to use their free online resources to research requirements in different states and to manually monitor jobs where we were concerned about payment. The project for which LEVELSET is now helping us file a lien was one where I had already conducted my own research using their free tools. This allowed us to keep track of the situation and, when the need arose, return to a subscription in order to file the necessary lien. The transition from being a former customer back to an active one was incredibly smooth—almost unbelievably so. Once again, the support was excellent and the service truly outstanding. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about LEVELSET. They offer a great product and make the legal aspects of the process easy to understand, so there’s no anxiety about using their platform. This program allows us in the office to save valuable time. Instead of researching everyone that needs to be included in notices the research team at Levelset now completes this process for us. It also saves us the time we spend regularly at the post office mailing notices. The bookkeeping team now has more time back in our day to work on other important day-to-day tasks. We've used Levelset for quite a while now, and I have to say that ever since Christian became our rep, the experience has improved significantly. He's always a pleasure to speak with—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Christian is also resourceful and consistently quick to respond whenever I’m unable to reach him right away. The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for smaller companies or those with limited budgets. While the value is there, it would be great to see more flexible or tiered pricing options. Upsides of using Levelset are the automated reminders, to help you keep on track (for preliminary notices & collections). I have enjoyed the ease of implementation and it is user friendly once you get through onboarding. I work on Levelset daily to keep track of multiple items. Sarah and Veronica provided very helpful training and support so I didn't feel overwhelmed using a new program. Levelset is straightforward and easy to use. We've already been getting paid closer to 30 days now since starting, compared to 60-120 days previously. We finally feel protected on our hard work. Levelset allows our company to request notice and lien documents with a few clicks. This is a time saver but mostly due to the legal nature of the documents, the scout research we pay for places a level of confidence as these documents are sent out - research we do not have the manpower to carry in office. The level of customer service you receive from Levelset is very unique and individualized in this world of technology and live chats. It is nice to be able to develop a relationship with the staff. Onboarding new staff would be most beneficial - possible some training. It has taken me a couple of years to get familiar enough with Levelset that I am confident enough with Levelset that I can easily perform the duties needed. The platform completely functions on browsers which is it's best part, it also automates lots of paper work involved during construction of large buildings and properties. The platform has a large online entry form for doing each entries of the work that we do and it takes a lot of time to fill each column with right details as a slight mistake in the data of procurement can be huge loss for us. Levelset is an easy platform that's intuitive for anyone who knows how to use an Excel Spreadsheet at the most basic skill set.The risk management reports and Texas Letters are my most frequently used features. Customer Onboarding with Sarah Lubow was a flawless experience.
