We have recived a call we have requested, within 24 hours just to let us know the lein we have filed back in 2023 was no good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have submitted a mechanical lein for one of our customers back in 2023. Once we have noticed that the home went on the market, we reached out to Levelset for an update. I have received a call next day, as they do not have a customer service number (you have to request a call). They let me know that we will not be receiving the payment for the lein we have placed as all the necessary steps have not been taken. No one has reached out to us with any updates or any additional requirements that need to done to aquire the payment we have worked for. We were willing to let it go as the lein submittal through Levelset was just under $600.00. Unfortunately, the associate who had reached out decided to hang up mid call. So far, Levelset has not been of any help to us and the service we have received was unprofessional. During our phonecall, they had also mentioned that as of July 2024, they will be withdrawing from any leins and closing down their services as so many of thier customers have reched out with the same issue.
