**What do you like best about Lemonway?**

At the software level, the experience was very frustrating: confusing documentation, APIs with inconsistent behaviors, and unstable response times. Several times we had issues with callbacks that didn't execute or errors that were difficult to trace. Additionally, the pricing is high compared to the real value they provide.

**What do you dislike about Lemonway?**

The technical integration was a constant challenge. Technical issues slowed down key processes and directly affected the end-user experience. Additionally, the costs were not clear from the beginning, and additional charges appeared that were difficult to justify.

It made us realize the importance of thoroughly evaluating not only the legal or commercial conditions but also the technological maturity of a provider. Today, we prioritize more stable tools with stronger technical support.

**What problems is Lemonway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lemonway presents several technical problems: its API is not very robust, the documentation is incomplete, and there are often unexpected behaviors that are neither documented nor explained. Integrations often result in intermittent errors that are difficult to debug, and technical support takes a long time to provide useful responses. Additionally, the prices are high for what they offer and are not always aligned with the service received.
