**What do you like best about Leadr?**

I like the collaborative nature of the program. We particularly use it for meetings in a church with ~40 administrative staff members, between a church and school. It is particularly helpful with meeting prep. We spend WAY less time discussing a topic & the story behind it. When we attend a meeting, we already have a response/decision made. Saves SO much time!

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

It would be great if there were a module for the program which allowed the creation of & tracking of tasks. It would be very convenient to be able to create repeatable tasks which are assigned at meetings.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were wasting a lot of time not communicating effectively between the church and school. While weekly staff meetings helped solve some of the problems, there was a LOT of time wasted at the meetings which were being conducted like an open forum. By using Leadr for our meetings, everyone knows ahead of time which topics will be covered and comes to each meeting prepared to discuss them. Much more efficient!

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Leadr creates an easy platform for the team and me to dump all of our thoughts, questions, and agenda items into a specific space set up for that meeting. It helps us understand what we need to communicate about coming into a meeting so we can be better prepared and more helpful to one another.  And I love, love, love that I can go back and look at our agenda, comments, and assignments from previous meetings to help remind me of where we left off and what we decided. I also love the different question prompts you can select from to ask good questions in your 1:1s. Leadr makes leading easier and more fun!

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

I would love it if Leadr had more options for email reminders for meetings, and possible reminders for deadlines set up within Leadr meetings.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadr is saving us money on payroll, and providing a great platform to track PTO and vacation. 
Leadr is also helping me manage and easily keep track of discussions, decisions, and conversations we have held as a staff. 
It is so helpful to have an easily managed record of your meetings that also helps you plan and prepare for you next meetings.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

It allowed me to implement a consistent platform for employee management for my entire staff. Leadr provides a platform for creating consistency across the company for the 1-1 experience, goal management, performance reviews, and more.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

Biggest complaint from my team was that it was "another platform" - it didn't integrate into Office365 but required a separate login and platform to manage. Additionally, the performance review module is very limited in it's customizations to make it specific to our company and processes.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency in 1-1s and employee management across all managers. Modernizing annual perforamnce reviews was also a benefit, even with it's limitations. Leadr also allowed us to keep our employee's goals front and center on a more regular basis for both employee and supervisor.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Leadr has made leading our team efficient and effective! We are able to easily see insights on performance and track this for each employee and department. 
Set up and training for leadr was also phenomenal and they made the process smooth

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

Not much is wrong with the platform. It is newer in comparison to others like it so there is definitely room for growth

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadr helped make performance reviews SO much easier. Having our employees use the platform consistently made it easier for them to write the reviews and the templates they have made it easy on HR to create the review cycles

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Leadr is a great way to share your development with your team and company. Doing this is also an excellent source of motivation to always pursue better and work to accomplish the goals that you can set within Leadr. The more you track your progress, the more accomplished you will feel. This will help you feel like even more motivated to reach your close and distant goals. Using Leadr is a great way to feel productive and enjoy your work.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

It can feel competitive at times if you are trying to set more goals or accomplish them faster than your coworkers. However, this is more of a personal issue rather than an issue with Leadr. It is just possible that Leadr could fuel that personal issue.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Helping see what I can do to become a better worker
- Helping feel as though your work does matter withing the company you work for
- Helping pursue better in whatever position you may be in

I love the ability to set an agenda and comment on it ahead of time. It allows the meeting to flow more efficiently because the conversation has already started.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

I am still just a few months into using it. The one thing I am trying to figure out how to capture general notes (outside of meetings).

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadr provides me an opportunity to connect with my team regularly and stay on top of action items.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Leadr helps me do what I want to be doing as an intentional leader. It provides tools and an interface that help me focus on the team I lead / people of our organization, share and learn valuable info (love the care card!), build out meaningful and effective 1:1s, and so much more. We also conducted our first company-wide reviews and I have gotten really positive feedback (yes, using the tool) .

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

Elements of Leadr still seem under development (and I've already seen some great developments since launch Leadr internally!). There are several features that could be even smoother to utilize and more robust (e.g. notifications, calendar syncing/updating, auto saving of profile, etc.).

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems:
- Lack of intentionality and consistency across departments in our 1:1 (quality, content even though almost everyone was already having regular 1:1s)
- As our company grows, it becomes harder to make it feel personal, like our team members know each other well (the Profile/Care Card is really helpful for this)
- We don't have a culture of feedback

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

My favorite feature is the ability to create a consistent historical record of what was discussed and decided because it eliminates the previous chaos of keeping track of those things in multiple places (email, Teams, etc). I can easily check back to find something, which means it's easier to assess progress.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

I'd like to be able to attach files occasionally. While external link functionality exists (and I use it), sometimes I or my team would prefer to view an attached file with one click inside Leadr.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadr helps me articulate and track sources of employee discontent. In our growing organization, staff roles and their oversight are in a state of flux right now and Leadr helps us keep those changes ahead of us, so we can be proactive rather than reactive. For onboarding, Leadr has helped us get creative by adding video-based training as a trackable item for new hires.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Leadr has added ease of communication for our church staff. From pastoral leadership to ministry leaders, I have found that one-on-ones and virtual communication are easier to accomplish with Leadr now!

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

The only downside to Leadr is that it has taken a bit to learn all of the ends and outs of the program. Now That we understand it better, it has proven it self worthy of all of the time it took to learn it!

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadr allows space for organization within ministry meetings that didn't feel natural before! Having the meeting scheduled, notes being taken, and dialogue after notes are taken. Then the ability to continue talking through tasks about the meeting is complete has been SO beneficial for our ministry!

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

It's very interactive and the Leadr team is always adding new features and improving it for companies to continue to personalize their experience. We've had a lot of success using Leadr for internal meetings.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

It doesn't currently have all the features we'd like to see but the great part is that the Leadr team is always accepting suggestions on how to improve the tool. If there's something we'd like to see, we know we can send in our feedback and they'll review and most likely start working on it.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite feature is the meetings and action items. It has really streamlined all of our 1:1s and company meetings and houses all our notes and goals in one spot.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Leadr has been a great tool for our organization. From the ability for both parties to prepare for a 1:1 or the upfront goal tracking. We use Leadr for every meeting now.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

The function of the app is not great but the web is great. The page can update slowly during 1:1 but it is not a huge issue. It would be great if we could collab on Leadr with other organizations that use it.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding process and launch with Leadr is straightforward and helpful. The Leadr staff is accommodating and responsive. Seeing our staff NPS on the dashboard with auto-generated surveys has been immense.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

I like having a place to put topics for upcoming meetings.  This also helps those meetings to flow efficiently and stay on track.

I appreciate the on-going encouragement from the LeadR team - the emails, webinars - they, too are efficient, helpful, and upbeat.

I love the whole "care card" thing.  I love being able to see our whole entire staff.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

The only challenge has been just getting people on board with using it.  Nothing about the actual tool.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us do a better job conducting 1:1s which will is leading us to have to do less of the formal performance reviews.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Ability to make agendas, assign tasks and talking points, others in the meeting can make comments a head of time. I also like the ability to create private items to discuss Imin meetings.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

It isn't as easy to use as I would prefer. The schedule of meetings is very limited. I would like to be able to manipulate agenda more creativity. There is a learning curve for the organization.

Meeting management - creating agendas in Leadr and having insight into the people in those meetings is very helpful. I like that it is houses in one place for easy access.

We have just begun using Goals, which has helped staff to have that available every time they open their dashboard. Having that readily available keeps everyone on task and focused.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

We have not run into a "least helpful" issue with Leadr. There is nothing to "dislike" about this platform for us, and we are still learning and growing with Leadr.

The problem that Leadr is solving is more effective 1:1 oversight meetings and group meetings, as well as keeping staff on tasks with the goals that have been given.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

As a manager, I appreciate the reminders for 1:1 meetings, feedback, and goal progress. It helps the team stay cohesive and to have all of what we discussed in one place.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

The goal feature could be slightly improved. It would be great to have a way to discuss various aspects and respond to each other rather than just creating comments.

**What problems is Leadr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is improving communication amongst the team. It also helps us understand one another in ways we previously weren't even discussing. Recognition and appreciation gifts are now more tailored to  each person and what they like.

With Action Items, it would be helpful to have a feature for a team action item so as not to create multiple action items for a team project.

Supervising a team with collaborative agendas has been super helpful. Also loving the insights and reviews options as well. Helps our leadership keep a pulse on our team.

Getting our team on board to create a new habit was somewhat challenging, but once we made it a part of their regularly scheduled weeks, it's been great.

Leadr has been great to organize meetings and allow input from everyone who is attending the meeting. Even if you can't make the meeting you can see the agenda items listed. It has been a great tool to use.

Sometime the app has not allowed me to see my meetings and I have to go to the website instead.

Connecting yam members on a weekly basis. Also used for annual reviews.

Leadr is perfectly tailored to the needs of an organization looking to develop its most valuable asset: people. Makes it easy to set and hit individual and organizational goals.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

I'd like to see a search function added to make agenda topics easy to find for reference during a review period. Leadr is always listening and implementing feedback and the developers are constantly improving the platform.

Before using Leadr, we lacked a central tool to track employee development. Now we use Leadr and iSolved as our HR Platform from Onboarding through employee reviews.

**What do you like best about Leadr?**

Every team and organization has a need for central cohesive communication and written communication for building culture, work flows and meetings.  But yet so often we rely individual talent to personally track or create this in teams creating silos and losing time because communication breakdown.  Leadr solves these problems easily creating a system and structure easy to use that the entire organizational structure can use!  I love it!  Game Changer for us!!

Solid ever growing platform.  Occasional bugs, but other that!  More than exceeded expectations!

Easy to get to a person when you need help, also easy to learn how to use. Onboarding process for our staff was  simple and efficient!

Syncing meetings with Google Calendar is spotty.

Their pre-loaded library for leadership coaching. I can easily search videos and articles to assign to my team, see their progress, and their main takeways.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

Just minors UX things but they are always coming out with updates that improve it.

It's great if you want to know your team and help them grow into better employees.

Tracking crucial conversations, tracking the growth of your team, and getting to know your team better.

Since LEADR are a young and new company, they are very open to suggestions to continue developing and bettering their platform.

**What do you dislike about Leadr?**

With all of the new pieces and parts of their software they are rolling out, there seems to be more QA needed from the tech team.

Not only develop your employee or a person professionally but also develop them personally.
