**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

We really enjoyed the company identification software.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

We had very low resluts, close to zero. We also had problems with slow and unengaged support. We were ignored with our request several times.

Branding us as a modern and technical company

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

I think with Leadoo you can do so many things. I'm very creative person and I think the ideas are that matter in this case too.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

Clients have been asking about the high licence value, but when you see the results and added value, it's not a problem.

**What problems is Leadoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer acquisition and recruiting. It's super easy and fast for a client or recruitment prospect to fill in the data neede via Leadoo. You can also guide the customer if they don't know what to ask.

Onboarding and Support make Leadoo easy to use. Important factors for someone who values her time.

New features are released often so sometimes it's hard to know what the software can do.

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

We switched to Leadoo as our website bot provider from a well-established company that stopped investing in their product and skimped on customer service. Leadoo's technology turned out to be much better developed and significantly cheaper. There are different types of bots, and we can have multiple bots within our subscription. What's more, we can finally customize bot settings and design to a great extent. The user interface is modern, intuitive and includes great data visualisation. I should also add excellent customer service and very advanced CRM integration.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

There are minor bugs occasionally, but usually quickly resolved.

**What problems is Leadoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of low website user engagement and boosts the number of quality leads. Also, stores data about companies visiting the website.

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

I've been very impressed with the account management, nothing is too much of an issue and they help in setting up aspects of their software to support our business fulfil it's goals.

Along with this, they're constantly bringing out new features to improve their offering.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

There isn't too much that I dislike with Leadoo. Maybe the only thing I can think of is that some of their features do not work with our codebase on our website which is a shame as they're good features.

**What problems is Leadoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadoo is currently helping us offer an instant welcome code to customers, by asking them to double verify their email addresses, and confirm that customers are happy to receive our emails within a chat bot - allowing us to provide customers with a welcome discount code without having to leave the website.

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

Leadoo is versatile for curating a customer and candidate experience. The support team is amazing, and I can rely on them to respond quickly with more than one solution. The team is friendly and communicative.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

I wish there were more options for automated lead delivery and integration with our preferred CRM. For example, if documents could be attached to the email rather than just as a link in the message.

**What problems is Leadoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadoo does an excellent job capturing our high flow of leads and providing insight into who is engaging with our website and brand. Our bots are an extension of our team, and it's cut down on the time to apply to jobs, we are an IT Recruitment firm, which is incredibly important in this job market.

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

Excellent customer support along the way, very helpful staff that takes in our needs and immediately comes up with a proposal of a solution. Great results, as well, and the bots are super customizable. Sky is the limit when it comes to Leadoo.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

I'd like an opportunity to chat live with technical support, as issues are not always solved quickly.

It's solving our website navigation problems and adding a new way of converting leads directly interacting with the website content.

The overnight results after implementing conversion tool. After a few months we had over 200 leads collected.

Not much to be honest. Maybe the integration to other platforms is a bit difficult to use. But after setting up a meeting it was done nicely.

To convert our visitors from the website, and streamline information processses. Makes us more customers and saves us time!

Extremely satisfied with the support and service provided. It is valuable to have people who are so operative and service-minded as well as suited for the role they played throughout the sales, onboarding and customer success process.

Nothing really to mention. I was better at using the old bot builder than the new one which is the only thing.

Our primary use for Leadoo is generating more leads and secondary use is to work as a customer support channel that helps the website visitor navigate throughout our website.

The product works really well for us so I can't think of any just now. I think it's more on us to take even more use of the platform.

Easy configuration and use, are function is quite versatile and effective to handle because they allow you to make a proper data analysis and very practical to manage, achieving obtain potential customer data and manage the data that are already present.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

Has fulfilled all the functions that the tool promised, it is handled very well and it is very effective so I have nothing negative to limit.

Useful to carry out the analysis of practical and effective data getting the knowledge of adequate data from potential customers, which gives you the opportunity to further enhance the knowledge of the company.
