**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

I appreciate how Leadoo makes it easy and fast for customers to get in touch with us and gather additional information. It's easy to use and customize, which means we can adjust it to fit various needs, whether being available when needed or scaling up to be our main lead source. If our team wants a change, we can easily do it ourselves or have Leadoo implement it quickly. The initial setup was straightforward, and the Leadoo team was very helpful with suggestions.

It's a good tool for its job and it is progressing along the way. There are some options missing if you're looking for a specific tool.

If you don’t use the dashboard every day, some of the smaller settings—like controlling where leads are routed—can be a bit hard to find. For us, a smoother integration with Nettix and WhatsApp would also be ideal.

Leadoo has added value for us by providing a rich set of tools to engage website visitors and improve conversions. We have been pleased with its ease of use and features that complement the other solutions we use.

I've been particularly impressed with Leadoo's  Customer Success Managers – they don't just answer questions; they actively suggest improvements and are always ready to help implement them. Even when it's something small that we could do ourselves, they take care of it, saving us time and energy.

Sometimes Leadoo doesn't fully communicate with our system, but nothing major.

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

With the help of Leadoo, we have gained new customer service channels, which customers are also happy to use. Leadoo's contact channels facilitate and speed up customer service and reduce, for example, telephone traffic for customer service representatives. Chat Bots are easy to use and also bring a new look to websites. We have been really satisfied both with the services offered by Leadoo to increase the number of leads and improve customer contacts, and with the fast and professional expert service behind them. Making changes to bots is also fast and effortless with Leadoo.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

We have nothing bad to say about the services and solutions offered by Leadoo. The only thing that can be mentioned is the invoicing... it could be monthly instead of annual invoicing.

Leadoon Chatbots reduce phone traffic and make the work of customer service agents easier. The necessary information is already obtained from the customer, which makes handling the actual matter even easier and faster for customer service agents and salesmen.

The tool itself is a pro-active way of generating leads and helps us to understand our audience better. The team at Leadoo have been super helpful and friendly and made the set-up process really straight forward! They got us up and running in a short space of time, and have been a pleasure to work with!

There is nothing i dislike at this point! If i had one suggestion it would be that we could tag the leads that come through within the system so that we can categorise them and filter through which are product enquires / service / commercial / installer etc, as our site caters to a wide range of audiences.

It is helping us to understand who is visiting our site and what people are asking for, to enable us to make our site more user-friendly. Also, it gives our customers a point of contact for additional support when browsing.

**What do you like best about Leadoo?**

A great and quick way for our customers to interact with us 24/7. The team at Leedoo are always on hand to suggest any improvements they think we could make to optimise the chat bots to improve our lead conversion. Reporting section is very easy to navigate with all the information we need. Implementaion of the bots was a quick and simple process and again the support we recieved in regards to this was great. Good to be able to build our own bots for new sections of our website as we roll out new sections and improvments.

Leadoo is a versatile tool for collecting customer leads. I use it all the time. I like the fact that I can build different paths and approaches to attract customer interest and their need to contact us. Leadoo is easy to use and implement. In addition, the customer support is excellent and I have Kristiina to thank for that. It is customer-listening, caring and solution-oriented.

If anything, as a sales director, I would like to see improvements in reporting and visitor tracking in general.

Our products and services are quite unfamiliar to many people. We are also a relatively small organisation, so we need help to serve our potential customers around the clock. Quite often, our potential clients do their research outside office hours. The platform has helped us increase conversions on our websites by a lot. The selection of different bot -options is great and eases the customer journey both in conversions and customer service. The user interface is super easy which makes creating and editing new and existing bots super easy, although we have our account managers at our disposal. The analytics are also great to help us understand our customers better. Overall great customer service and super helpful product!

Can't really come up with anything i disklike. Setting up and understanding the integration with mailchimp was a bit time consuming, but not really a big problem.

We are super happy with Leadoo and their customer service. We prefer to work with long-term partners that listen to our needs, and in Leadoo, we have an engaged and agile partner. We use their bots not only for lead generation but also as a tool to make our website more interactive and helpful, and to collect more information about our visitors. We know much more about our visitors today than we did before!

The support from our Customer Success Manager, Sona, and the technical team has been good and they have invested a lot of time into helping us get the most out of Leadoo.

I also like the fact that it is a constantly evolving product with new features being launched at a pretty impressive rate for a company that size.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

The bot editing interface is not the easiest to work with and the high level of customisation available can make the creation of a bot feel overwhelming. The Leadoo team is always available to help, but it can be frustrating to feel like you are dependent on them to make changes and launch new solutions.

The integration with Pardot was challenging to set up and get right. It took a lot of trial-and-error and we initially ran into a lot of issues in terms of tracking and data transfer. Again, the Leadoo team was always available and highly responsive, but it was a time-consuming process that meant we were not able to make the most out of the tool in the early stages.

It was a real relief when we finally got it working and were able to start reaping the benefits.

Leadoo is helping us to convert more website users into leads for our sales team and also to provide better support to our existing users.

This means more return on our marketing investment and higher customer satisfaction.

At Leadoo's suggestion, we expanded its use to lead generation, which proved to be a good decision. Although we had previously found lead generation to be fruitless, with Leadoo, it has produced good leads. We appreciate how Leadoo has offered its expertise to develop both our customer service and sales.

I would like to see artificial intelligence integrated into Leadoo's services, as it could add significant value to customer service and further enhance lead generation. I believe that Leadoo will develop a suitable solution for us in the near future.

Uniquely, Leadoo hands back control for digital journeys - we control the conversation and outcome. With thousands of interactions a month, easy integration and fantastic customer support there's a lot to like.

Limited ability to read webpages (capped at 500) - this isn't ideal for product pages.

The set up was effortless and the ongoing management of our account is completely led and pro-active.  They do the thinking for you.  The results have been amazing, the dashboard very user friendly.  The Customer Success employees are fantastic as they actually think and suggest better ways for Leadoo to help your business, not just processing requests.  We have been very happy with the product and the service.

When acquiring Leadoota, the sales pitches were more impressive than the actual benefits and leads received. It was strongly suggested that leads would pour in through doors and windows more than with a traditional form embedded on a website, but it hasn't quite turned out that way. The redesigned appearance of the chatbot is not pleasing and does not allow for a brand-consistent color scheme. The old versions of the bots confuse both reporting and sometimes management as well.

The chatbot feature supports customer service even when the actual live customer service is closed (evenings and weekends), and you can leave a contact request at any time of the day. It meets customers' expectations of how they can interact with a company online.

Exteremly helpful customer service for support issues with a resoultion found promptley! 
The software is very easy to use and the number of features available to track leads, see visitors, ect is great. It's also simple enough to train multiple users on quickly without having to spend hours going into detail or overcomplicating things.

The only issue I've found with Leadoo is the backend of the live chat will sometimes lag if there are multiple chats going on at the same time.

Leadoo gives us a new channel to serve our customers online. We have both chatbots and live chat and our customers have found it well. The bots helps our customer service, since the customers find answers to most common questions pretty easily. In the other hand the live chat helps to contact us in low treshold and ask for help or for example book a meeting room.  Also the wide range of data what Leadoo gives us is very valuable to us, so we get to know our customers and their need even better. Leadoo is very easy to use and the admin dashboard was clear and easy to navigate. I also get help fast from Leadoo and they always have good ideas how to develop our bots to be even better.

**What do you dislike about Leadoo?**

Very hard to find anything what I do dislike. We've had few little issues with company indentification tool, but nothing very big or disturbing.

Leadoo gives us a new channel to serve our customers online with low treshold. The bots gives us an opportunity to be available 24/7 and gives answers with the most common questions what our customers asks or tries to find more information. The live chat also works as a good channel for make bookings quickly to for example our meeting rooms and you know that you can get answers or help straight away. Also the data we get from the bots and chat and the company indentification is very valuable to us so we can develop our services to be better.

- The super close customer support of Artem and Sona, we work with five different countries and they basically just have to proof read the bots and then implement them
- Its so easy to implement for our web editors
- Even if you never done something like this before the usage is quite straight forward
- That Leadoo offers different versions like Inpage, Exit intent, Banner etc is a huge plus, as well as the Company insights and the automatically generated reports
- That Leadoo finally started with AI is huge plus as well :)

Ideally we've have live chat too, but we don't have the resources to staff it full time. The pre-written chatbot conversations are very good but sometimes it would be nice to introduce a human.

Leadoo has without doubt transformed our business. The ease of use as an in-house service, the ease of implementation working with the teams at Leadoo and the ongoing customer support are second to none. Sometimes with technology platforms things seem too good to be true, but this isn't the case with Leadoo

To say I'm struggling to find dislikes says everything you need to know. If anything there's too much to play with and trying to prioritise is sometimes difficult, but generally - everything's fab and I can't find many dislikes.

**What problems is Leadoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Volume of phone enquiries into our business: we previously received over 1,000,000 telephone enquiries a year from third party sources and our own website for things that could be self served via Leadoo, our volume has significantly dropped allowing local agents to power up their phone calls rather than be bogged down with enquiries
2) Lead Generation: By removing static forms, our lead conversion has rocketed. The ease of use to upload bots for all of our campaigns as well as core call to actions has led to it becoming our number one source of leads across all of our channels.
