**What do you like best about Laverna?**

1. Laverna's user interface is too simple which makes it user friendly.
2. It provides end to end encryption which ensures privacy and security.
3. We can use Laverna offline too which makes it easier for thee user to use it at the place where there is no internet or unstable internet connection.

**What do you dislike about Laverna?**

1. Customer support and response time very slow incase if we have any concerns.
2. Sometimes users may experience bugs/crashes issues.

**What problems is Laverna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laverna has made my note taking process simple and easier. I can access my notes in mobile app/desktop and also online as well as offline. As it provides end to end encryption, my data is fully secured.
