What do you like best about Paidnice?

Before we started using PaidNice, our collections process was both manual and time-consuming. Since implementing the platform, we've been able to streamline our workflow from the first reminder all the way through to the final payment. PaidNice has automated important steps, helped us minimize errors, and freed up our team to concentrate on more strategic work instead of getting bogged down by administrative tasks. "Worth the money"

What problems is Paidnice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paidnice eliminates the need for me to manually track invoices, flag late/overdue invoices, and manually add the late fees to each invoice. It has a feature where you set up the rules one time, and it will handle all the rest, and you don't have to worry about manually doing it again. What do you like best about Paidnice?

Paidnice has given us invaluable tools to manage client accounts (not just by our accountant in xero) enabling more easy customer support on the daily basis. It's notifications and policy tools enable us to control late fees very easily. Setup and integration was easy, with support from the Paidnice team easily accessable. What do you like best about Paidnice?

Automating invoice reminders and late fee assessments via Paidnice has been such a time savings for my company. I spend almost no time chasing late invoices and zero time assessing late fees. I can customize the assessments based on customer type or contract which is necessary for the different industries I serve. I make the cost of this app back and more in collecting late fees so the cost is worth it! The system is easy to use and has a lot of features. What do you like best about Paidnice?

So happy with the service provided by Ashley at Paidnice. The best service I have had from anyone in years. The product does exactly what it says and we are thrilled to have changed to sending invoices and statements via PaidNice instead of through Xero. What problems is Paidnice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paidnice is reducing my workload but automatically sending invoices and statements to customers at the times that i choose it too send them. My emails are getting through to my customers moreso with paidnice than they were with Xero which was often going to spam.

We will start to introduce reminder texts soon which sounds like an excellent feature and perhaps also the prompt payment discount which I'm sure our customers will like which means they will pay us sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
