**What do you like best about Kubaru?**

Easy to set up, easy to use, and packed with options. The interface is dynamic and intuitive. We’ve been using Kubaru for a few years now on a daily basis without any issues. It has allowed us to expand confidently without worrying about allocations. The initial integration with the help from customer support was smooth and easy, we were up and running quickly and easily!

**What do you dislike about Kubaru?**

Nothing comes to mind. Each update brings new features and improvements that have only made the platform better and easier to use.

**What problems is Kubaru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kubaru enables us to route all our customers, whether pre or post application, to the right agent in real time, within the schedules we need. This ensures our customers consistently receive the right service at the right time.

**What do you like best about Kubaru?**

Kubaru makes it easy to get fresh leads into the hands of our sales team so we can improve our time to close significantly. It's also easy to manage and make adjustments in just minutes.

**What do you dislike about Kubaru?**

Having more notification options and more router specific customization would be nice to satisfy certain requirements that we have for our individual sales teams since they can occasionally differ in their needs.

**What problems is Kubaru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kubaru, we would have to rely on the basic Salesforce lead assignment rules which limited where we could send leads to. Now with Kubaru, we are able to direct our leads to individual members of sales teams so that managers no longer have to manually assign leads to their reps.

**What do you like best about Kubaru?**

It literally does the job of a human. Effectively, easily, and with phenomenal back-end support.

**What do you dislike about Kubaru?**

I wish there was the ability to define dynamic metrics that drive assignments that weren't based on specific fields on an object. But that's a pretty big wish!

**What problems is Kubaru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchase thousands of leads a month for a large sales team of dozens of reps. Kubaru helps us distribute leads to the proper reps, in real-time, to allow us the best chance of quickly connecting with our prospects. Kubaru helps us manage overall distribution levels, rep weighting, unique campaigns, lead segmentation, and more. Really, it helped us halve the size of our sales-admin team due to the reduction of people needed to manage this ongoing process.

"The guys at Kubaru are super helpful and always quick to respond. The software is really easy to use, install, and get up and running. We use it every day—it's truly set-and-forget. It does everything we need and more, seamlessly integrating with our system.

Nothing, the software does everything we want.

**What do you like best about Kubaru?**

Admins can manage routers, members, schedules, and logs without needing Salesforce admin access or support. This autonomy has been a key factor in Kubaru’s adoption across our multiple support teams.

**What do you dislike about Kubaru?**

Really the only downside is there is a cost but it's more than worth it.

**What problems is Kubaru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kubaru allows each support team to define routing rules by product, region, and shift schedules, giving support teams granular control over case distribution. The tool has helped reduce the number of unassigned cases sitting in queues.

**What do you like best about Kubaru?**

The onboarding process with Kubaru was a great experience, they guided us to an optimal setup which still holds until now. While using Kubaru we needed further technical support and the support team was fast with answering our requests and really helped us moving forward with Kubaru.

Nothing major so far. It is working like a charm since our implementation

It automatically assigns cases to agents and load-balances our workloads

Nothing great experience overall with kubaru

Kubaru helps to route our new leads and it benefits to sort this data quickly and accurately

**What do you like best about Kubaru?**

Good user interface and easy installation process, reliable software and good support.

**What do you dislike about Kubaru?**

Due to the flexibility of the product, the learning curve can be a little tricky, though the documentation is helpful.

**What problems is Kubaru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Kubaru to distribute support cases to agents, having tried Salesforce's own OmniChannel previously. Kubaru is significantly superior to OmniChannel and since we switched it has become close to a "set it and forget it" solution.
