What do you like best about Kronologic?

I like Kronologic because it can help you connect with people you wouldn't have if you didn't call them. I think Kronolgoic will help you filter in the gaps so that you don't miss anything or let anything slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kronologic?

I have found that using Kronologic I get people who are not qualified or really flakey people who accept the invite but have no clue what they are accepting to. To help eliminate that, if they accept I give them a call to try to add more value. I have seen a lot of negative backlashes after a prospect receives a Kronologic invite because it is an "underhanded tactic" and they don't take it very well. I like how the AI on Kronologic will schedule meetings for the team, and this saves countless emails back and forth.

The team at Kronologic is also continuously adding new features.

The tool automatically sends calendar invites to points of contact for my portfolio of accounts on my behalf. The person can accept/decline/not answer but it at least helps me to register the initial touchpoint if the account is new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With blind invites being sent out with minimal context, contacts may be pushed off from accepting meetings unless there is a predefined call-to-action and/or agenda. What do you like best about Kronologic?

Kronologic is really easy to reach high volumes of contacts quickly. We've enjoyed using it as a follow-up to our retention/renewal motions to ensure that our customers are getting the support they need, and the simplicity of the software and userface makes the benefits of those efforts far outweigh the time we put in. And all of the Kronologic reps I've worked with have been beyond helpful and flexible to my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kronologic?

I don't like the layout of the dashboard, particularly the layout of the stages. I think the tool ribbon could be a bit cleaner, but I'm so glad the Active button isn't as ambiguous as it used to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kronologic?

Being able to come into work the next business day and start the day off with an accepted meeting invitation. I currently use Chilipiper and also Kronologic. Both tools work seamlessly together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kronologic?

Even though the prospect has accepted the invite there still needs to be another tool that can connect with SFDC to integrate and have both Gcal and SFDC communicate, so the originally accepted invite is like a ghost accept that then needs a second tool to put the info into SFDC.
