Nick Owens and his team have been great to work with so far.I haven't had any meetings yet but I'm hopeful for some turnaround.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

I havent't gotten many accepts for meetings so far. I think there's a lack of process when people do accept meetings. I've been receiving  lots of declines and email bounces for invites that have been sent out.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If it turns around it should get us meetings and make better use of our time.

I would like to preview any emails before they are sent out, Sometimes the tool does not pick up on people who you dont want to reach out to, so I wish I could approve the list of names before kronologic contacts them.

I am solving the problem of running out of time to reach the most clients possible, and the tool helps you by doing some of that work for you.I can reach a more significant volume now.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

Kronologic has help me reach out to all of my customers in an effective and efficiant way. This has allowed me to touch my accounts while staying proactive on current business. I like how this has been able to get me in front of customers who have a voice in the organization.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The biggest fault on Kronology is that it is not linked to my Outlook appication. I have to use an external Outlook link, which prevents me from seeing all the meetings sent out from Kronologic. I do not like how we do not have the ability to control settings of sending emails once customers decline a meeting. 
Would like to submitt my own emails for customers as well. I wish i can control the settings and turn off and on once customers decline.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

Recommend using for all accounts who do not do business and to send to all the contacts you can find. Reason being is that it will help get your name in front of them. Utlize each pitch and cater it to your customers.

Problems I have solved is how to proactively reach out to customers who do not do business with . Benefits, is that I can reach out to everyone and everyone.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

Kronologic is a really novel and interesting idea for booking more meetings automatically. I've heard some teams have great success setting high numbers of meetings. The platform's orchestration is relatively deep and I believe they're the only company with this depth of functionality.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The platform itself was a bit difficult to learn and use. CSM was great but the platform and in-app terminology wasn't immediately easy to understand and leverage well. We made a mistake in our trial because we were'nt aware of how best to double check how the email/invite would appear. Our CSM walked us through this afterwards.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking meetings automatically from an event that we sponsored. We wanted an easy way to break through the clutter in people's inbox. We did seem to penetrate some people, however no real business came of it. We believe the audience wasn't receptive (high level leaders), but other audiences may have worked better.

The seamless integration between the system and my calendar is really useful. I barely ever have to do anything apart from scheduling the meeting once I receive an accept

I am not sure what I dislike yet as I am yet to see if the calendar invites turn into meetings that I get paid money on. Until then I am very happy with the product

It helps me schedule meeting that i have missed or may have slipped through the cracks somehow. If it weren't for this, I would have to do all of this manually.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

The team has been amazing to work with and super helpful

The concept is great, sending actual calendar invites is more personal and the ease of automating that is great

The ability to pull from a specific SFDC campaign, or based on certain lead status criteria enables things to hum along in the background

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The UX can be a bit confusing, terminology could be improved, the team handled a lot of it, but I like to spin things up on my own and it wasn't as straightforward as expected.

We have issues with our data, so the promise of automation didn't wind up working for us. I would love to see the ability to create suppression criteria directly within Kronologic.

We wound up having to review lists first with our SDR manager and then associate to a special campaign to have more control.

I would also like to see the tool enabling a function where criteria can be added that if an email has been contacted through Kronologic in the last "time frame" suppress from this outreach, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

Absolutely leverage the Kronologic team, they are great.

Really think through your use cases and be smart about your data.

Start slowly if you have questionable data to get ahead of any potential issues.

RE-engaging cold dead leads was an awesome use case

We have explored was to leverage for webinar follow up to attendees as the tool can cycle through large lists must faster and our SDRs time is being better spent on meetings, not trying to get someone on the phone.

I haven't booked any meetings with it yet. A few responses from upset people saying I blocked their calendars for no reason but that's about it

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

When the meeting invite delivers to the decision-maker, it gets a great response and quick turnaround. I got an account that had not been responsive to me in months on a meeting which resulted in an excellent opportunity for me this quarter. I also learned that sending an invite to customers can sometimes be the best way to get in touch as it eliminates one more step in the communication process.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The meeting invite is often delivered to the wrong contacts, filling your inbox with confused employees. This issue isn't necessarily bad for business, but it does force you to have to fix the mistakes made in the system. Due to my account list being in SLED, I saw frequently that students, police officers, and employees outside of technology sent invites that assumed they had agreed to meeting beforehand which was not easy to explain how the invite made it to their inbox. It sounds like this will be changed for the next round of Kronologic which is awesome.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

Make sure you let the team know which accounts you do not want them to reach out to so that they can leave those alone. In addition, make sure the invite has everything you usually write beforehand so that you're not explaining yourself on the call for certain things you did not prepare.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I am most solving with Kronologic is customers not seeing the best pre-sales experience for the solution they are interested in acquiring. This can include not seeing the best pricing, not getting the response needed in a timely manner, or not being educated on the solution. When they include me in the sales process, it is a win-win for the partners and customers. The benefits I have seen include a timely response from historically unresponsive customers and quality conversations created.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

You can automatically respond & agree to a different time without engaging with the lead yourself. This saves a lot of time if you've got a lot of leads! Particularly after events where a lot of people (even hundreds) may attend & be uploaded at the same time. This takes a lot of the stress out of lead follow ups & frees up time for me to get on with other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Some time zone teething issues but resolved now. Previously Kronoligic has been a little rigid with time zones, which is obviously really important if a bot is suggesting times to a prospect.  I believe this is resolved now. Obviously with any automated tool you can feel a little out of control about who you want to invite for a meeting, however it's difficult to have something that works perfectly all the time. For example it's hard for us to filter out consultants or existing partners sometimes, however this is not always due to Kronologic.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

Give it a go! This tool is good if you want to book more meetings, especially if you have more leads than staff. I've found that sending invites gets more people to respond, even if they're not interested in speaking right now. Having automated responses to reschedule really makes this tool useful, as it's doing more than sending an automatic email.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greater lead conversion rates, more meetings with less effort. We've had issues in the past with not booking enough meetings, especially after large events where a lot of leads get uploaded at the same time. The biggest challenge with booking meetings is getting people's attention early, then getting them to accept and attend our intro call/follow up. If emails aren't responded to quickly, that lead may miss our response or go dark. It helps take the stress out of bulk lead follow up.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

It syncs really well with my campaigns in Salesforce. Kronologic fills up my calendar with emails in my available space and books nearly 40-50% of my meetings per week.

It is also very very easy to use. Set it and forget it! Works perfectly for my role.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Once I book a meeting, I would like Kronologic to reschedule any of the meetings that I have existing in that same space the day or two before they happen.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

For sales teams, use this after the initial steps of the sales process. Don't just be sending untouched prospects meeting invites. 

This is an amazing tool for teams who need to book meetings with new customers to onboard them or for retention teams that need to get face to face time with customers to help them renew with your company and make sure the long-term customers are happy.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking meetings with new customers to help them onboard our service. Way more appointments booked, more customers quickly move over to Dialpad without issues, leading to less churn of customers within the first few months they start using our service.

Kronologic helps solve the problem of our teams need to book 1:1 facetime meeting with our brand new customers.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

I like that it's automatic and comes up with some great language to entice the customer or prospect to accept the meetings.  Additionally, it adds value to both parties because it provides agendas for the customer and yourself to give you a little insight into what the customer or prospect cares most about. For prospecting and tracking down people who previously agreed to meetings, I think this is the number 1 tool that a BDR team or any prospecting team would need in order to make sure a prospect does not slip through the cracks and they continually get a calendar invite or a touchpoint that makes it so you don't need to remember to send this out to the customer.  I would say that this is the only tool that I have used that is simplistic in the ease of use for prospecting which in terms of technology and automation is something major for a tech company to be able to provide ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The only downside is that since this automation it's a little bit harder to make personalization something that can be added as of now because of the automation it is not something that we can do with the calendar invites.  Additionally, I think it's something that needs to be utilized for existing customers which we have not implemented but seems to be something that could easily be added for use with existing customers as well.

Ensure that you have a few agendas for meetings already in mind as well as target specific campaigns using Kronologic to be more effective in your prospecting.

The problem that is solved with Kronologic is automated touchpoints that lead to a meeting.  This increases the ability to not only reach out to the customer but also gives the ability to ensure that nothing you have as a previous agreement to a meeting slips through.  This saves time for a BDR team to ensure they are able to spend their time chasing new leads and increases their ability to get more meetings.

It's very efficient getting appointments scheduled when I don't have time.  It reaches a lot of people in a short amount of time.

Sometimes there's a miscommunication with which accounts/people should be contacted.  That was an issue that was easily resolved.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major business problem it solves for me is giving me back time to do other things than to schedule meetings, which allows me to focus on high-value tasks.  Being able ot focus more time on the high-value tasks equates to more revenue to the CloudBees bottom line.

I like how easy it is to build campaigns. Very similar to building a cadence/sequence in SalesLoft or Outreach. Uses variables and dynamic text as well as other things.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

I feel importing lead lists could be easier and the platform could be cleaner/more intuitive. The Salesforce integration is easy enough to turn on, however if you'd like to push reporting to Salesforce you'll need to build out Kronologic specific fields as well in your SF instance. Wish the lists of different campaigns in Kronologic could be more organized. We had mixed success with the campaigns themselves, some prospects didn't appreciate the assumptiveness of a random calendar invite

Automating event follow-ups by sending calendar invites where reps can then either qualify the lead before the meeting or have an AE hop on the meeting. We use it in conjunction with Outreach.

The dashboard to track and monitor effectiveness for each campaign is a great way to see how each campaign varies and how to optimize outreach cadences. The platform itself is pretty intuitive.

Although this is a very efficient way to schedule meetings, connect rates (rate in which prospects actually show up for a meeting) has been pretty low - looking for better ways to increase quality of campaigns.

Building pipeline through another channel at the end of a traditional nurture/drip campaign, asking for a meeting via Kronologic is an effective and logical next step in the buyers journey.

Some of the campaign management is not clear but I may have had a locked-down sales rep access.

Kronologic allows me to target my prospects with specific messaging and fill up my calendar with discovery meetings. They automate the email outreach and enable me to contact everyone on my prospect list. Kronologic not only saves me time but also ensures that I connect with everyone I need to. The user admin portal makes me more efficient and productive.

Kronlogic blocks off all the time slots on my calendar and fills up my email with all the messges.

Setting first appointments has always been an issue for me as a hunter. Kronologic fills up my calendar with qualified prospects who want to speak with me. My sales funnel improved since deploying this tool. The Kronologic user portal enables me to see, at-a-glance, the actions required and how many people have accepted my meeting. It provides me with actionable data and saves time.

The ability to auto follow up along with the proposed meeting's on our calendar's huge time saver

I'm not too fond of the cadence on how the invites are sent out with the meeting invite. I'm not too fond of that we can't force their hand to make a decision on whether to join a meeting. If left as no decision, we don't know whether they will show up or not. I have had a CFO hop on a call that I thought was a no and say you have 15 minutes go

I am prospecting for contacts within an organization that is willing to listen. The ability to not have to keep track of my followup ups and then creating meeting's. This overall is a great tool but needs to have some minor tweaking done to make it an excellent tool.

Nothing on the platform to dislike, we just no longer had the right segment of people to use with the platform.

Make sure that you have a good strategy in place and a group of prospects/customers to test the platform on!

I love the ability to work with Kronologic and have them add meetings to my calendars that work out well! It is a huge help, especially on months when I'm swamped with other work or when I am having a slow month. Just a nice boost to my numbers overall and my meetings completed. I have gotten a few opportunities from these meetings as well!

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

I haven't found anything in particular that bothers me about Kronologic. So far it has been extremely helpful in scheduling online appointments with clients I wouldn't otherwise meet.

I have solved my client's problems with their need for unified communication. Kronologic connects me to them instantly and allows me to dissect their needs right away. I have connected with people smoothly during my experience with the AI.

I like that Kronologic helps with follow up on those leads that have attended certain Zscaler events. It just gives us more at bats at generating new businesss.

I think policy adjustments should be made instead of a 15-minute time slot to make it a little larger. To give ample time for discovery and relay the message.

Problems solved with Kronologic are generating that quick follow-up post an event with Zscaler. I have realized that the quicker the follow up the more likely they'll take a meeting.

Kronologic is intuitive and allows us to automate a curated response during the most critical time period in the lead journey. It is also incredibley flexible and allows us to be creative in our approach against different lead sources and types.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

UI can be difficult to pick up. There are certain quality of life features that do not exist yet in the platform which sometimes mean creating redundant programs instead of being able to clone them.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are able to solve is a lighting fast SLA even outside of working hours. This can be incredibley helpful when responding to leads in different time zones. The invite bypasses a lot of back and forth which can typically drag out the process of scheduling a meeting. We have realized an increase in lead to opp conversion rates among various lead sources (contact us, asset download, events, etc).

The easy customization & automation of the emails going out to customers helped me reach a broader audience base and get more meetings scheduled.

Duplicate messages to the customer.  I would add to an outreach sequence, and Krono would email as well, so if customers had already responded, it looked impersonal.

We are solving the problem of multiple vendors reaching out so Kronologic allows us to continue with our other scheduled meetings while sending an email to a prospect to schedule a time to talk.

I appreciate Kronologic allows me to focus on outbound activities rather than wasting time trying to schedule appointments manually for every inbound request that comes through our CRM. It makes a tedious element of sales less distracting so that I can focus on our acquisition goals.

Sometimes there are situations where we need to intervene with scheduling, and having to go back into the Kronologic dashboard to pause the prospect can be a little cumbersome. It would be nice to have integration with google calendar or our CRM to flip a switch to pause them quickly.

We use Kronologic to improve our balance of prospecting activity between inbound and outbound. We've seen tremendous benefits with the amount of time we've both saved and been able to dedicate towards outbound prospecting.

Its very helpful with automating outreach to high priority leads and even creating messaging for different situations when prospects decline the calendar invite. I found that it was helpful in getting straight to the point, but if you have a lot of bad leads, then you  may  run the risk of having lots of unqualified meetings on your calendar

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Had bad leads booking time/accepting the automated calendar invites that were sent. It would cause a little friction as well for prospects who wanted to talk first prior to booking a qualification call.

The problems we were solving was "speed to lead", inbound lead conversion rates, more qualification calls booked with less time manually reaching out to them.

Automated outbounding has made work a breeze! Its great for getting campaigns out to customers and keeping partners up to date on business news. Definitely one of the better solutions ive used.

The automatic scheduling of meetings. While some may like that, I dont like when stuff just pops up on my calendar. It tends to overlap my personal schedule without realizing conflict as well.

My recommendation is to use the tool for leads/partners that 'know' your business i.e. trying to book meetings with key partners or people who met you at an event for example.

I would urge caution on the automatic feature when a prospect says no to the meeting where it instantly spits a new option. At this point, I feel human intervention is needed.

I like the ability to reach out to more contacts about the content that is more pertinent to them. With a well-written message and proposal, you can get a foot in the door to at least have a conversation with the prospects that I have.

There are bugs that don't allow meetings to copy to the calendar or the formatting of the message can get a bit messed up. Small kinks that can be fixed and create a better user experience.

I like that it is easy to send important messaging to multiple customers with a few clicks.  Very often, we get caught up trying to email dozens of contacts at once and this helps minimize time wasted on that.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

Integration with our calendars seems to be glitchy at times.  Also, I'm not sure how to include additional contacts to be included in meeting invites.  If that improves it will definitely avoid spending time trying to figure out who cancelled, declined, etc.

Saving time when sending mass communications.  I like that Kronologic will pick times that are available in my calendar as opposed to me exchanging multiple messages with customers to agree on a time slot for a call.

The concept is great, I love the dashboard and the idea of it. It found good accounts, I just wish I could approve the email before it was sent out/ there were updated contacts.

The execution of the concept struggles a bit. Some of the leads were old contacts that kept being reached out to over and over. It is a little odd that it sends from my email I wish I could click approve before it fires out the email.

Solving - prospecting and cold emailing to set up meetings. It found great accounts but did feel very unsolicited and nobody showed up the actual meetings it sent out.

Kronologic makes it so easy to set meetings but, more importantly, have them actually HAPPEN. The whole functionality of the program is genius.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

There are several steps to set up to get it running, but once you have that process down, it's really not bad. It is very easy to miss a step though, which can cause faults, but as I mentioned, once you get used to it, it's not a problem. That would be my only complaint.

Solving the manual process of setting meetings with customers and instead, have them set for us. It helps keep the sales team on track and makes everyone's workloads easier.

Kronologic is easy to use and simplifies the redundancy process at work; I used Knrologic to schedule client calls with the sales teams. It was very efficient and helped streamline my business.

Sometimes the meetings would just appear on my calendar without being notified, so I had to cancel or attend meetings last minute unfortunately, however, after addressing this with the team, we worked around it and found a solution.

Kronologic has made getting scheduled meetings a breeze--it literally canvasses likely prospects, finds interested parties and proposes scheduled times to speak to them, without a single awkward cold call or time spent personally sending out emails. It does the work for you, and puts appointments on your calendar like a silent personal assistant.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The only problem I had was having almost too many appointments; they would fill my schedule up pretty quickly and jumping from one call to the next kept me very busy.

Kronologic works best when the information and list of targets are carefully focused and targeted. It will hit the targets, as long as you give it the right targets to shoot at.

Kronologic finds availability in my Outlook calendar and automatically books meetings. I also like the fact that it sends 2nd and 3rd follow ups when my customer hasn't responded.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

At times, Kronologic has continued to follow up with customers after they've chosen to accept or decline a meeting. I would also prefer to write my email scripts. Some of the emails my company has used don't sound like language that came from me.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

If you struggle to craft emails and book meetings with your customers, Kronlogic will help automate this process. More meetings usually translates to an increase in sales. The results from using this software are clear.

Before Kronologic, it was time-consuming to send emails and meeting invites to my customers about a specific campaign or focus. Kronologic has allowed me to book more meetings with current customers and prospects quickly and easily by automating this process. I've become more efficient and productive by using this software.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

I like how easy it is to set up and edit messaging and outreach sequences. The CSM was extremely helpful in setting up our campaigns and giving direction for the best possible outcome. We were able to add prospect information easily and the CSM was quick to respond when we had questions or wanted to pivot our strategy once we noticed we weren't getting the responses we desired. 

Also, merge fields are super easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

We were using it for cold outreach instead of warm invites, so it didn't work effectively. But I don't think that's on Kronologic, it was more on our use case. Overall, I really like the idea of it, we just need to rethink how we are using it.

Sometimes I forget to save or publish my updates to the copy before exiting out, and I wish there were a pop up or something to stop you. They might've implemented one in the past month or so since I've used it, but I accidentally exited out before.

**Recommendations to others considering Kronologic:**

I'd highly recommend this if you have a frontend marketing and event strategy built out and executed so that you can utilize existing awareness and engagement to reach out to those prospects who may already have shown interest. Definitely rethink using this for cold outreach - you'll do more harm than good.

We are trying to set up net new meetings with prospects. I am excited to use Kronologic again once we begin hosting events to do our follow up using a warmer meeting request, as it's intended to be used.

**What do you like best about Kronologic?**

The proactiveness in capturing data and then driving appointments from various marketing events. This allows me to cover more ground than I was able to do previously. Also allows, me to put prospective clients in a sales sequence efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Kronologic?**

The message and information attached does not communicate a consistent message or set expectations as to why a prospect should take an appointment. Which causes misunderstandings. We could do better by ensuring that all involved parties know what message is being shared when starting a new campaign. The content of the calendar invites could be more specific.

**What problems is Kronologic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased opportunities to share the Vonage Story with an automated system that schedules appointments. This has freed up time to do efficient prospecting and prep. Has helped identify prospects who are actively buying and who aren't.  Helps build a solid pipeline, and establish a good sales sequence to help prospects move from prospects to actual customers.
