What do you like best about Knowa?

Knowa has transformed our board governance arrangements from the preparation, circulation and ease of use of board and meetings packs, to storage of scheme documents ( all easily accessible), preparation and use of the Risk Register, ESoG, and all other documents relating to risk management a compliance with the new General Code. The platform is very easy and intuitive to use and offers a useful range of AI tools in support. Customer support is first class - Aled and his team are extremely responsive to user queries. It is also cost competitive - significantly cheaper than our previous software which was far less flexible with far fewer features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowa?

What do you like best about Knowa?

It makes life easier, for me and for the Trustee Directors who use it. Meeting management is excellent, agenda planning is more straightforward and knowledge sharing is on another level compared with our old way of working, especially when combined with Knowa's AI tools. What do you like best about Knowa?

I’ve found Knowa to be an exceptional tool for modern board governance. It truly streamlines the entire process of managing board and committee meetings, making our role more efficient and impactful. The platform is user-friendly. Directors can annotate documents, ask questions, and share insights directly within the platform, reducing email clutter and improving engagement. The Knowa support team is always on hand, responding quickly and helpfully whenever assistance is needed. What do you dislike about Knowa?

One minor limitation is that the platform currently doesn’t allow for scheduling breaks between sub-items within a meeting agenda. While this hasn’t been a major obstacle, it would be a useful feature for longer sessions. The good news is that the Knowa team has advised they are actively looking into this enhancement, which reflects their commitment to continuous improvement and listening to user feedback. What do you like best about Knowa?

I appreciate how Knowa assists in managing the pension scheme with features like meeting packs and file management, making it a good way to manage meetings. The dynamic nature ensures I always have the latest version of the meeting pack, and I find managing documentation easy with it. The AI functionality is extremely good. I like Knowa's ease of use and its cross-device compatibility. It's intuitive and the support is superb, providing very fast responses if I have a query. I can use Knowa both in an office environment and on the go, and it's easy to find answers to my questions using AI. I also found the initial setup very easy. What do you dislike about Knowa?

I would love to see the ability to edit documents online, like Word. We use the collaborative documents for reviewing and commenting on documents, such as meeting minutes and this also works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowa?

Extremely user friendly - easy to use, takes just minutes to create a publish meeting packs. We switched to Knowa in 2025 and have a variety of level of computer literacy amongst our TDs - all were taken through individual virtual training and follow up and all report no issues with use.
