The Knowa Q feature with AI functionality provides great summary responses. It looks across all available documents in the board space, saving a lot of time. It's also helpful to have it point towards the source documents where the information has been found. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we felt well supported by the Knowa team throughout.

I find Knowa's user interface easy to use and extremely good for finding information and answers to questions quickly. I like the ability to produce minutes using the AI functionality. The platform is easy, simple, and intuitive, allowing me to carry out all the tasks I need within Knowa. I also find the feature to summarize meeting packs really helpful. Additionally, the setup process is very straightforward, and the team is really helpful and great to work with.

It's great from a business perspective to have the ability to oversee all our sole trustee schemes and how they are operating. I also like the online functionality for viewing where the schemes are in terms of their actions in real-time across the team. Additionally, Knowa was quick to build a system that works for us and continue to evolve the approach, which is great as we have a continuous improvement approach.
