**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Keyplay has become an essential platform for our go-to-market strategy. We use it to build ICP models for all our SFDC accounts. I love how easy Keyplay makes it to build ICP models that actually work for our business. Most importantly, I really trust the data Keyplay provides which is why we use it both to build our territories and  keep our CRM enriched. Keyplay also surfaces new accounts we don't have in our CRM, which has been huge for our ABM strategy. 

Beyond all the reasons I love Keyplay as a platform, I also need to shout out their team. They are super supportive and responsive to all our questions. It's a great partnership.  The team also continuously ships new product updates—we’re just starting to scratch the surface, and I’m excited to try more with AI Agents in the future.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

So far, I haven't found anything I don't like about Keyplay - we just signed on for another year and I can't imagine 2026 planning season without it!

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keyplay helps us score our prospect accounts so we can focus our sales teams on the ones most likely to convert. Instead of spreading effort across our entire database, we’re able to prioritize high-fit accounts, build smarter territories, and run more effective ABM campaigns. It’s made our outreach more focused and our sales teams way more efficient.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

We have a broad ICP, making it difficult for marketing and sales to jointly select the right accounts and priortize our outbound and ABM efforts. 

Keyplay made the ICP model building & testing process simple, and we had Keyplay scores living in our CRM within a couple of weeks. So far, it's been helpful to priotize, but also help us better understand the health of our pipeline and start to anticipate churn risks based on the Keyplay Tier.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

So far, nothing. Team has been supportive and we've built good trust in our ICP model.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our ICP is broad, so it was really difficult for marketing and sales to select accounts for ABM and outbound efforts without a lot of data pulls and back and forth. They helped us with ICP modeling and understanding exactly what signals corrateate to our best customers. Keyplay replaced that back and forth by integrating easily with Salesforce and helps us priortize accounts in seconds rather than hours or days.

On the marketing and ABM front, I have mcuh more confidence that we're getting in front of the best possible fit accounts for us, versus wasting ad spend on anyone who fits basic ICP criteria.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Keyplay is one of the best tools I’ve found for data on B2B software companies. The coverage is strong, the software categories are accurate, and the tiering system is super useful for prioritizing accounts. It makes it really easy to understand the market landscape and segment opportunities effectively.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

That said, the filtering inside the product feels limited. I often end up exporting large sets of data to manipulate externally before I can get to the accounts I really want. Also, the Salesforce integration could use improvements — right now, it creates accounts in my name instead of routing them through our round robin, which causes extra cleanup work.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keyplay helps me quickly identify and prioritize the right B2B software accounts to go after. Instead of spending hours researching categories, headcount, and market relevance, I can rely on their accurate categorization and tiering system to surface the best-fit companies. That saves me time, ensures my outbound is focused on the right targets, and makes my campaigns more efficient.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

The data quality is top-notch, and the product just keeps getting better. The HubSpot integration makes it super easy for us to put the data to work right away, and honestly the team behind Keyplay is one of the best parts - they’re quick to respond and always coming up with new ideas. 

Super quick to get up and running. 


Both great to set it an forget it - but also to build bespoke campaigns on micro-segments.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Nothing specific comes to mind. It does what it says it will.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first started, we needed very specific, bespoke data that other tools just couldn’t deliver. Keyplay nailed it, we have super high confidence in their data, and I’m convinced they’re the best in the market. The biggest benefit is having a high-fidelity ICP model and target account list that the whole company is bought into. It helps us keep sales and marketing completely aligned by putting 100% of our focus into the best accountsThat’s given us stronger alignment, more efficiency, and better results overall.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

As a demand generation marketer, utilizing Keyplay to work alongside our SDR team has made our ABM programs much more aligned and informed. We're able to use all our ICP info and the intent data in Keyplay to go after accounts that will make an impact to the business. I appreciate the intent and impact of Keyplay in terms of ICP marketing and making things easier for me. Our account rep, Lauren, has done a great job of considering the wants/needs from a sales perspective but also marketing use.

The main improvement I would appreciate from Keyplay would be the ability to integrate with more than one CRM in order to write the data easily across our tech stack.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

What I like best about Keyplay is the transparency and flexibility of the platform. Unlike other account scoring and segmentation tools that feel like a black box, Keyplay’s scoring model is fully customizable and easy to understand. I also really appreciate how agile their team is. They’re constantly rolling out new, and genuinely valuable features. Back-testing new models is quick and straightforward, which makes it easy to experiment and refine. On top of that, their support team goes beyond just answering questions - they provide tactical, data-driven insights and strategies that actually help improve our models.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Haven't run into anything yet that makes me dislike the platform.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keyplay has helped us become much more organized and intelligent in how we define our ICP and segment our key accounts. Before Keyplay, we relied on basic Salesforce reports with limited firmographic data, and we didn’t have a consistent process for account selection. That made creating new account territories and lists pretty cumbersome. Keyplay completely levelled up our segmentation by analyzing our “winning” accounts and recommending which fields and signals to use in our account scoring model. Now, not only are we scoring accounts based on what makes them similar to our best customers, but we also benefit from custom signals that are uniquely valuable to us (ex.remote workplace) that other vendors weren’t able to provide.

One of the most time consuming and manual processes we had as an operating team was building our ICP account list for our ABM efforts. Keyplay solved this completely. We had a working ICP model in a matter of days after signing the contract. 

Their recent launch of ai agents have even taken their scoring to a new level, offering us custom ways to search and grade our audience.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

We have a large TAM, and Keyplay helped us with ICP modeling to better prioritize accounts for our account-based prospecting efforts. I really like that it leverages both dynamic, static, lookalike and AI signals to build an account ICP tiering model that prioritizes the best-fit accounts for our business. Instead of targeting "all" we can use Keyplay to target the "right" accounts for our business.

Nothing that I can think of - Keyplay is great!

Keyplay helps us narrow our ICP and score all accounts against that narrowed ICP so we know where to focus our outbound prospecting, targeted marketing and paid media efforts.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

We got Keyplay so we can understand who our best target accounts are and could be for outbound prospecting. Our initial engagement was an eye-opener and we learned so much about our ICP and how they could help with running a real ABM strategy based on our current customers and prospects in our pipeline.

Keyplay had all the signals we were looking for and more and allowed us to build a comprehensive scoring model around our target accounts so we could spend less time spraying and praying and more time for our teams to achieve outbound success.

Working with the team, we continued to learn more about the market and iterate the granular signals so we could become more efficient in our outbound.

If you're looking to focus your teams on targets they'll actually land, you need Keyplay in your stack.

Nothing! Every time I went into Keyplay, I found more signals that we could use and improve our scoring model.

Keyplay is solving inefficient sales outbound and giving us a new way to understand who is our actual ICP. This has many downstream effects to both how we sell and who we target.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

It's super easy to build scoring models and adjust the weighting of the signals we care the most about. Any changes to our Keyplay Tier field syncs right over to HubSpot and makes my life 10x easier. And their support and responsiveness is next level. Our Keyplay CSM (shoutout Lauren) is always overprepared and pushes us on new features and use cases we can use Keyplay for.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

We have different ICP segments so using one scoring model was tough for us. Good news is they recently rolled out adding multiple scoring models and it's something we're looking into now as I write this review.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building our target account list with different account-level signals we care about then tiering the account list into different groups. This helps our GTM focus on the right accounts and prioritize where they should spend the majority of their time prospecting.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

If you are looking to get custom datapoints to enrich accounts in Salesforce, look no further than Keyplay! These custom datapoints helped us to 
a) estimate TAM, by calculating the number of accounts that fit our ICP model
b) build prospecting lists for the AE team, by prioritizing the best-fit ICP accounts
c) identify MQLs faster, by deducing the account by lead's email and then enriching with custom datapoint. 

An addition to this, a feature that Keyplay doesn't advertize but is quite helpful for any Salesforce admin is that they also identify duplicate accounts, based on website redirects. Although Salesforce also has this feature, it is nearly not as powerful as Keyplay's offering.

Salesforce integration is straightforward and implementation is quick.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

I wish there was a timestamp for when the data was last refreshed by Keyplay, so that I can create an exception report of any accounts that might not be syncing with Keyplay.

Keyplay is helping us with custom data enrichment, which is helping us with account prioritization.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Keyplay is great at aggregating a lot of data about our accounts that might be a good fit for us. They're able to pull in hiring signals, tech stack signals, company structure and business model signals that all inform our account scoring. It's be really easy to set up and the team has been a great partner to us. Love that it integrates with Salesforce and can be an ongoing project for us as we learn more as a business.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Obviously they don't have every single possible piece of data that you may want, but the team is always willing to explore new requests and partner with us to find creative ways to find the data we're interested in.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keyplay helps us to score our target market, helping us to understand our ICP. We then use that to figure out who we want to market to more specifically, in addition to informing our territories for our sales reps. The score is dynamic and refreshing weekly, so we can adapt our marketing strategies to the best fit accounts in real time. It's also helpful for us to understand who our best fit customers & in pipeline opportunities are to define our scoring moving forward in order to make sure we're constantly surfacing the best accounts. It's a super helpful tool that allows us to constantly stayed aligned between sales & marketing in terms of the accounts we're targeting.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Before Keyplay: Anytime I worked on an ABM initiative, account selection was a time consuming, manual process that served as a blocker to scaling any of our efforts.

With Keyplay: We can easily and specifically define our ICP and score accounts against our ICP criteria. Plus, we can leverage important data points that we never had before in our scoring. Our targeting criteria for advertising has gotten far more specific and we can segment accounts with more granularity. The deals we've won that were targeted thanks to Keyplay data have had higher contract values and it helps improve our team efficiency and focus.

Nothing! They're constantly making product updates.

Recently our team did a POC with Keyplay and it was a no-brainer to buy afterwards.

Our team was given 100 ICP accounts based on intent & lookalikes to our customers. Within 2 weeks we booked 6 meetings from THEIR account list they provided.

Not only were we booking meetings faster, we also found that these companies were actively looking into solutions like ours / our competitors.

Highly recommend checking out Keyplay and doing a similar POC with them :)

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Super easy to get started, intuitive UI.

Hiring signals are super accurate! We manually checked the data and saw a ~90% accuracy rate, which means we were able to action the account lists we built immediately.

Support is great - we're sharing a Slack channel that we can touch base with the Keyplay team with for any questions we have!

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Just a few UI challenges, would love to be able to setup filters that are include OR exclude. Or to be able to "Select All" the accounts in your filter criteria adn then being able to uncheck some -versus- having to manually check a majority of accounts. These are small quality of life issues compared to the quality product Keyplay provides!

Keyplay helps us focus on target accounts who not only meet our standard ICP but are help us find accounts that are exhibiting particular hiring behavior which makes our marketing & sales outreach far more timely!

Unlike other complex and expensive platforms, Keyplay offers a streamlined approach that allows teams to get started quickly and see value immediately. The ability to model an ICP with precision, score and prioritize accounts, and seamlessly integrate with Salesforce makes it an incredibly effective tool for driving sales efficiency. The quick setup and continuous syncing are also standout features, reducing the friction often associated with onboarding new tools. Not to mention thier very freindly and personalized support.

Keeping track ouf our scoring alterations and understanding the source of the intel can be challenging at time.

Keyplay has nailed account list building, and their team has been stellar to partner with. I knew it's be helpful before trying it, but I didn't realize how incredibly helpful it was. It not only built some great lists, but it also scored them super well so we knew where to prioritize time. And their service and team has been phenomenal. We had an idea for a new criteria for an account list, and within a couple days they built it - and the results were awesome.

Haven't come across anything. Support is great, and the results have been solid.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keyplay is helping us figure out which accounts to go after, which are the best fit, and which to prioritize (or not prioritize). We've built a bunch of account lists based on varying criteria, which has opened up a whole new world of accounts for us.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Keyplay listens for most of the key signals that are critical for us to identify our ICP. It has proven to be instrumental in both list building and prioritizing accounts. It's simple to setup and navigate, and it's custom scoring allowed us to A/B test different models.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Integrations are not incredibly robust, depending on your specific tooling needs. But they have continued to invest in them and the new SFDC integration is more than sufficient.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's two biggest value drivers are 1) its signals that help identify prospects that fit in our ICP and that we should be targeting and 2) its scoring model that, based on the inputs we decide on, helps prioritize our account database for sales and marketing to prospect into.

- Dozens of account signals not on LinkedIn - better categorization (SaaS company > Category > Sub-Category) , profile signals (like funding), relevance signals (e.g. PLG, traffic rank), stack signals (technographics), and org signals (hiring specific-roles)
- Custom signals - Keyplay will make custom signals that matter to your business (e.g. for PartnerStack, they made partner program signals based on the programs listed on our audiences' websites.) 
- Account scoring  - Back-tested against our own sales and customer performance data to ensure it works.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

- Not all of their data is available in-app - to access some data, you need to download a CSV and get it there. 
- Not much else - contact data would be nice (but would come at a cost). More customers on Keyplay would likely mean more signals, which I'm looking forward to.

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Keyplay is solving for us is building a great target account list for Marketing and Sales to work. Our audience is mostly limited to fellow SaaS companies, and it's difficult to make a list of them using native LinkedIn criteria in Campaign Manager (Marketing) and Sales Navigator (Sales). Now we not only know we're only targeting SaaS companies, but we're layering on dozens of other signals, scoring them against our own sales and customer performance data, and prioritizing our outreach and ad spend. If you're targeting SaaS companies, I'd highly recommend Keyplay.

**What do you like best about Keyplay?**

Keyplay has helped us streamline our ICP research process by making it easy & efficient to build  targeted account lists. Before Keyplay, we would spend hours combing through LinkedIn trying to find buyer signals for our prospects.  Now we can find this data immediately by simply importing in our target accounts lists. 

It's also very intuitive and easy to use, so not much ramp up time needed to get comforatable with the UI. 

As for the Keyplay team, they are exceptional.  They have a slack channel set up and are very helpful & responsive when we have questions.

They just need to build more integrations with Data service providers, CRM platforms, email sequencers, etc.  They are still early in their journey, so I imagine this is all on the roadmap.

Keyplay does a great job of stepping beyond the typical B2B data and categories found in incumbent tools like ZoomInfo, D&B, and others. The tool is built with the modern prosepcting and ICP building process in mind, going beyond rote data to give you a nearly-realtime understanding of current employee counts, estimated revenue, and in-depth firmographic categories and signals.

Best of all, Keyplay allows you to build your own scoring models off these more granular values to find lookalike accounts within your own account set and potential prospects that are outside of your current CRM view. It's truly a tool built for 2023 and beyond prospecting and ICP identification.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

The tool is still relatively new to market, so they are working diligently to increase the amount and depth of integrations with other tools. The good news is they listen to their customers and are making improvements in these areas every day.

We'll first of all I keep waiting for them to charge me for the free stuff. The ability to slice and dice data and get a vibe for $0 and get a list of accounts is helpful. It's the single best data platform I've leveraged. 

Especially for small companies- being able to pay as you go for larger lists with data I truly trust? Incredibly valuable.

I really want to write something here because it feels lame to say "nothing" but truly I just wish I had access to it sooner. Their data and insights are unmatched.

It allows me to build lists and see if I am on the right track before having to pay for anything. It's helping me target and slice and dice my accounts to find true fits for our product so I waste less marketing dollars on accounts that wouldn't be a fit for our offering.

Keyplay is a standout tool in our software arsenal, and there are several features that we truly appreciate.

Industry Categories and Relevance Signals: Keyplay's incorporation of industry categories and relevance signals (e.g. if a company offers an enterprise plan, free trial, is open source, etc.) is immensely helpful. These unique data points allow us to segment our target accounts more effectively, ensuring our sales/marketing efforts are highly targeted and efficient.

Traditional Firmographics and Tech Stack Signals: Keyplay goes the extra mile by integrating traditional firmographics and tech stack signals. When combined with the industry categories and relevance signals above, we're able to build comprehensive account lists with a high degree of accuracy. Knowing if a company uses specific products is invaluable for crafting tailored marketing strategies.

Powerful Account List Generation: Keyplay empowers us to generate account lists with precision. Whether we are creating target account lists, conducting experiments, or performing market sizing exercises, Keyplay gives us a fantastic starting point.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Sometimes Signals Can Be Hit-or-Miss: One notable downside is that some of the information provided by Keyplay is not always accurate. Despite its advanced features, our team still had to manually review and validate information on some account signals (e.g. PLG). This additional step was necessary to ensure the data's reliability, which wasn't ideal.

False Positives: On the above point, we had quite a few false positives in our dataset. This necessitated additional time and effort to filter out these false positives from our account lists.

Keyplay offers a strong starting point for our target account list generation and market sizing exercises. Given the unique signals in Keyplay's dataset (which our team hasn't been able to find anywhere else), it's invaluable for us as a resource.

Two major wins for Keyplay are its built in Customer Success function and the product team's delivery of important features according to the communicated timeline. While many other tools in the Sales Engagement space are going broader and broader with product application, Keyplay stands out by going DEEPER in their core use case, e.g., surfacing imporant and actionable account data for GTM teams.

**What do you dislike about Keyplay?**

Nothing to note thus far. As they continue to develop their product against roadmap, I have no doubt that their CS advise will become a bit more "use case" focused as opposed to the tour of "all the things you could do."

**What problems is Keyplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to provide a validated 3rd party data source to our GTM team's for terriroty planning / account mapping is key to our growth engine. Without a product like Keyplay in our toolbelts, we'd hire 1 to 2 full time folks on a team internally to build (likely worse) systems.

It provides an elegant firmographic approach to getting a targeted list that can be addressed scalably by smaller organizations without massive subscription costs and commitments.

They are still optimizing the model. Almost there but a bit to go. ICP is hard and businesschanges so fast. Still better than anything esle available in the market.

ICP's are a nightmare and business moves so fast. It takes an analyst to build a lookalike model - but will they maintain it? How long will it take? Is it even right. 

Keyplay uses a wealth of data to make sure your ICP is right the first time.

Finding and building target account lists are half the battle on outbound. Keyplay is the only solution I've found that helps you do this well based on various market and company signals. It's extremely powerful and easy to use. 

The whole team is fantastic to work with as well and very responsive to feedback!

Having a Hubspot CRM integration is going to take this to the next level. They are working on it and releasing it now. This was the only missing piece and it's being added!

Keyplay gave us access to meaningful data points I hadn't been able to access before. Those include whether or not a company has a 'Request demo' option and a more robust understanding of whether or not a company was B2B Software.

There were some limits to the flexibility available within the platform that could prove challenge - ex. very few filters - but it was possible to overcome or work around most limitations.

First, the team was super helpful and gave me extra care that bigger orgs don't normally give you. The CEO jumped on a call with me to help me use KeyPlay for my specific use case. It went a long way. Overall the platform is super simple to use and does exactly what I needed it to do.

Nothing really to dislike. It's still a newer software so it's not going to have every feature under the sun but from my experience, the founding team pays attention to what customers need and builds it fast.
