**What do you like best about Kenect?**

I use Kenect to efficiently communicate with customers, especially for updates on machine repairs, sending quotes, and quick questions. One of my favorite features is the ability to send photos and videos through text, which simplifies communication compared to emailing on a cell phone. This feature helps me and my team quickly serve customers, whether they are identifying a part or seeking repair advice. Kenect's integration with our DMS (HBS) is also beneficial, allowing me quick access to customer conversations within their profiles. The setup was minimal, particularly due to this integration, making it easy to get started. Overall, Kenect has been particularly valuable in keeping records of past interactions, ensuring thorough and clear communication without interrupting the customer's day.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

I have nothing I dislike or would change at this time.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kenect to communicate with customers without interrupting their day. It helps me reach them quickly via text, keeps records of conversations, and lets me send photos and videos easily, speeding up responses and ensuring clarity.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

I like the easiness of the Kenect app. Being the least tech-savvy person in the office, I find Kenect very user-friendly and self-explanatory. It's super easy for me to set up my own templates, and use the quick reply, especially for repeated questions and responses. The setup was straightforward once explained by our IT team.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

I wish it had some sort of automated replies.  For instance, if it's after hours, when we receive a text message, it could automatically reply. The office is closed at the moment, but if you leave a message, we'll get back to you. Something in that nature. Simple stuff. Not super important, but it'd be really nice to have.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kenect helps me organize communication by scheduling texts and reminders, making it easier to reach clients and staff who don't answer calls. The ease of use also enables quick, effective follow-ups at any time.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

Kenect has been a useful platform for appointment reminders and texting. I really appreciate how easy the UI/UX is to use, and the transition from Sophi has been smooth and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

I’ve found that the system can be glitchy and doesn’t always update properly. Sometimes it’s frustrating that I can only see customers’ phone numbers and not their names, which makes it difficult to navigate and keep track of who’s who. I also feel like Sophi finds loopholes that mess up the system and ends up sending texts or reminders that are outside of her parameters.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been beneficial for us because it connects us with customers and makes our business more accessible, so we’re able to assist a larger number of customers.

I really like how easy Kenect is to use and appreciate the consistent new features being rolled out. It streamlines business operations and keeps everything running efficiently. The initial setup was super easy, which was a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

Sometimes starting a text thread with a picture doesn't work. I will have to text something first and then send a photo. I would like it to send and not fail sending.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kenect lets me send photos, videos, and texts to customers without sharing my personal phone number. It's easy to use, has frequent updates, and keeps my business running efficiently.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

Ease of use, organization and product support. Integration with Lightspeed and DP360 and our new pricing structure that Kaylee was able to provide.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

Not much to dislike. We only have a few issues with some customers not able to successfully put their payment info in and it declines even though all information is entered correctly.  Id like to see more standard features included and more integration with DP360 where the Kenect Platform could be operated completely inside Dp360

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of Getting Deposits from customers. It has enhanced our boat show performance and assisted with getting more reviews.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

What I like most about Kenect is the consultant I work with, Becky Holt. She is the best consultant I've ever worked with on any platform or program in the entire world. She is so attentive to her client's needs and makes sure that we are satisfied before we move forward with anything else. Everything that we want done is done to a tee how we like it. Also, the initial setup of Kenect was incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

When the AI does not work, I think that could be improved on turnover time of getting it back on.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kenect helps me with client retention and reaching out to multiple inactive clients who haven't visited the dealership in a while.

So quick and easy to add and receive attachments and photos - our customers really loved it.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

There was really nothing to dislike.  It made my job a lot easier handling messages and attachments to and from customers.

We were often unable to receive proper attachments and photos from customers with our old email service but Kenect made it easy to provide documents to our customers.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

I love how easy to use Kenect is, making my tasks feel seamless and efficient. The customer support is absolutely top-notch, providing assistance that feels personalized and prompt. I deeply appreciate the reputation management features, which have significantly aided our dealership with valuable insights on handling Google reviews. Additionally, I find the feature that allows for direct-to-customer troubleshooting and facilitates quicker deposit transactions while still on the line with customers incredibly beneficial. Kenect aligns perfectly with our current systems like Lightspeed CRM and Google Business Profile, complementing our operations without any hitches. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, which was a welcome experience as it saved time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

They are in a different timezone than us so support usually cannot get to us right away out on the eastern timezone

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kenect for managing deposits and direct customer troubleshooting, which speeds up deposit processes. It also enhances our Google reviews handling, provides excellent customer support, and facilitates easy texting with customers.

That I can't upload multiple photos at one time.

I can send out mass texts about marketing or what is new coming out. It's easy to send and I don't have to send stuff one by one

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

I appreciate the ease of operation with Kenect, which makes it highly user-friendly. As a technician, I find the interface intuitive and straightforward, allowing me to perform tasks like handling my repair orders (ROs) very efficiently. The platform enables me to manage my time effectively by effortlessly tracking and viewing my time clock details. This functionality significantly enhances my productivity by allowing me to manage my time and efficiencies effectively, ensuring streamlined operations within my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

Sometimes I get locked out of an RO (Repair Order) unexpectedly. Although it's possible to unlock it relatively easily, it requires adding a couple of extra steps to the process, which is inconvenient.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kenect improves communication and resolves information bottlenecking, making my dealer workflow efficient. Its user-friendly interface allows me to manage my time clock efficiently, enhancing overall productivity.

I like Kenect because of how many reviews you get with it and the responses that they provide to reviews. It also gives a chance to fix any issues if a customer's having a bad experience before their review goes live. The initial setup was very simple.

It makes texting with customers really easy for everyone in the company.  As a manager, it allows me to see all of the inbound and outbound texts in real time.

I don’t have any problems with the software

It allows us to send requests for customer reviews which has dramatically increased the number and quality of our reviews.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

What I like the most is that it is a tool that helps you stay in touch with clients and resolve any questions they may have. It is also very practical for sending or forwarding documents or photos.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

Sometimes it disconnects a lot and doesn't let you log in again, and then you lose contact with the clients.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practically, being in contact and communication with clients when they cannot take phone calls. It is a service of practicality and ease of communication.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

I'm a big fan of the user access levels. We have a lot of sales advisers who don't need to be in control of everything, and it makes it easy to assign leads. Also the broadcast feature is so simple, and we enjoy scheduling them out.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

I think the broadcast system could be better. If they could increase the number of recipients, and delivery time, it would be much appreciated. Also we don't get many stats from it like we do with other sms software.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us stay on track with client communication. Also, our customers really appreciate the fast response and ability to send documents over text. Also the ability to send files saves us from writing long emails like before.

**What do you like best about Kenect?**

Sending review requests is easy, we've multiplied the number of reviews we've received tenfold in less than 3 months. 
Downloading a transcript of the texts is easy and nice to look at.

**What do you dislike about Kenect?**

I wish Kenect had a computer application so that I can keep it open on my desktop without all the bells and whistles that chrome has.
I appreciate the desktop notifs, but I think it would be better executed if there were a dedicated desktop app.

**What problems is Kenect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kenect has increased our client satisfaction in that it has become easier for clients to speak with the attorney. Phone calls take up too much time. 
Reminders have become much easier as well, the reminder phone call has turned into a reminder text that can be scheduled ahead of time.
