I appreciate not having to analyze verbatim responses manually. Instead, I have a customizable dashboard that aggregates all the data on one page, tailored to business needs, allowing us to gain deeper insights with less effort. I love the platform itself and have been working with them for three years. I am impressed by the frequency of updates and the way they listen to their clients' issues, striving to resolve them.
