**What do you like best about Kantar XTEL?**

Allows you to customize features very efficiently and has the automation feature which makes forecasting easy.

**What do you dislike about Kantar XTEL?**

Tends to have a lot of issues in terms of syncing data with other programs. Also can only export up to 150,000 lines on excel which can be frustrating.

**What problems is Kantar XTEL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am forecasting using this tool. I have really enjoyed the feature to custom make reports and xtel updating it everyday.
