"All-in-One Platform with Unfulfilled Promises and HORRIBLE service to customers."
What do you like best about Kajabi?

I just liked having everything in one location with Kajabi. I didn't have to use four different software programs to run my business. I could just log in to Kajabi and have my website, emails, blog, and digital downloads all in one place. Even though it was more expensive, having everything centralized was really convenient. What do you dislike about Kajabi?

I started not liking Kajabi because they kept announcing new products that weren't great. They announced new things like a podcast feature and a community area, but they were very basic and not well-built. It seemed like they were trying to do a lot but weren't doing it well. They were things I wouldn't use because Kajabi was like halfway there but didn't get it right. Also, the setup isn't easy; it takes a long time. Now, they're basically holding my content hostage because I made a small mistake and have to pay for another month of service to get access to my content. They're totally screwing me over without any care. "Great start, poor finish."
What do you like best about Kajabi?

When Kajabi first started, they were an all-in-one platform that was incredible and had incredible accessible customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kajabi?

After being on the platform for eight years, I'm leaving because of deceptive practises in their original marketing. I was told by multiple people working for Kajabi that I would be able to buy a lifetime locked-in platform price which I paid every year, even though I didn't use many of the features or all three of my sites. I considered downgrading several times when the yearly subscription came up, but was told that if I chose to do that, that I would lose my grandfathered in pricing. So I chose to spend more money on the yearly basis because of that, even though I wasn't using all of the functionality of having that top-tier account.

This year, Kajabi chose to ignore and disregard all of those previous marketing messages and commitments that they had to me as a customer. Furthermore, when dealing with their billing department and their customer service department, I was given differing information, confusing pricing structures, and percentage amounts for discounts that were different between the departments and not honoured at the end of the day. "Our Go-To For Expertise Monetization"
What do you like best about Kajabi?

As a consultant and marketer for almost 6 years who primarily helps course creators grow and scale their online businesses, Kajabi has been my go-to recommendation working with creators. It truly is a comprehensive, all-in-one solution with everything we need for a digital product business (website, landing pages, marketing automation, easy integration with Meta CAPI for tracking FB ads, upsells/downsells that boost AOV). Having everything in one place makes putting together launches and funnels super fast because I can create pages, forms, tags, automations, email sequences, countdown timers, events, etc. all in a single place. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kajabi?

In the past, I wasn’t a fan of the inflexible checkout pages - but they’ve recently added a lot of new functionality. Also, I wish the one-click upsell pages were more customizable. They work, but there’s very little customization available and also a lack of custom code to allow deeper 3rd party tracking (Meta ads, for example) would get nice. "Migration Nightmare. Never Again."
What do you like best about Kajabi?

I thought an All in one platform would make life easy, and it did until a nightmare situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kajabi?

A client who had given video appearance permission previously decided to pull their permission on our copyrighted video and send a cease and desist letter to Kajabi. Kajabi without explanation, inquiry or recourse deactivated our account which had been active for years and gave me 2 weeks to migrate. Since Kajabi deactivated the site, a true and full migration is impossible because they won't give access to the files. After spending hours with support on live chat and email, there is literally no recourse and they refuse to send me any of the files they have limited access to. "**UPDATE** Winning me over | New Customer - Not Impressed"
What do you like best about Kajabi?

At this time I like the idea of what Kajabi provides, a place more my community, newsletter, and the email marketing side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kajabi?

Customer Support, Ease of Implementation, Onboarding, Ease of Use

Onboarding - the software is too complex for there not to be a proper onboarding. I attended one of the webinars, although she was knowledgeable, she only focused on one feature. Understandable as there are many features, but at the same time she did fly right through it. I ended up leaving because I was not using that feature.

Customer Service - the AI chat can be useful at basic things, but when I need to speak with a human, it took 10 minutes to get connected. From there, we were not able to resolve the issue. I asked if I could speak with someone on the phone and after another 10 minutes of waiting, to be told that no one was available. I ended up talking with someone else who was more responsive, but still didnt get to a solution. I ended up having to figure it out on my own.

Ease of Implementation - I have worked for a software company before and this one has similar features. I started adding contacts who have previously opted in but I kept being told they had to opt in to be on the safe side so I did not check the box. Comes to find out after the one time, I am not able to go back and adjust it. Working through creating a funnel and landing pages, it makes you jump from section to section, then have to find my way back to the original section. The community is confusing to navigate in terms of can I create certain spaces within the community? If I have resources, do I put them in the product library, if so how do people access this? I am pretty sure there is an easy answer to these things but with the customer service and trying to figure it out on my own, it has been difficult. The newsletter is pretty much the same, what is the difference between creating a newsletter in the products, when I am also told I need to go to website page, even though I am not using the website aspect. Also where do the opt in messages go, are they opting in for the newsletter? Where do I find this information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and All-in-One Platform, But Customization Could Improve"
What do you like best about Kajabi?

All in one platform meant I did not need to manage multipe new platforms or software at once. It was very easy to use and set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kajabi?

I propably did not use Kajabi to it's full functionality. Some functions were not easy to customise so I used other software or platforms for those items (like email marketing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The biggest mistake I made was standardizing on Kajabi"
What do you like best about Kajabi?

The only functional element of their platform is courses, which are incredibly limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kajabi?

Hands down the worst aspect of Kajabi is the support. I have never encountered such a poor excuse for a support organization while paying such a premium for an offering. Every single member of the support leadership needs to lose their job, they are utterly failing their clients. There is no ownership of mistakes, no accountability for follow up or communication, and the flippancy in their responses is utterly astounding. They respond immediately to a ticket creation asking information already contained in the original message, just to make sure their preciouis TTFR metric still looks good to leadership, then never actually solve the real issue at hand; TTR can't be computed since they haven't actually resolved a single issue. If I can urge you to make a better choice than I did, choose any other platform other than Kajabi, or you'll end up in the exact same position I'm in based on their deplorable customer support. What do you dislike about Kajabi?

Seems a bit slower to adjust and improve with dynamics/demands of newer options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
