## Kajabi Reviews
 ### 1. Easy CRM Alternative with Room for Email Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea M. | Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I think Kajabi is pretty easy to use overall, which is great. I like the templates we can use for emails, as they are easy to set up and others can use them too. It's nice to have the downloads and freebies that Kajabi offers. Also, even though we can't afford a big CRM, Kajabi works well for us in handling contacts. The initial setup was pretty easy with not much to do, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I think the templates for emails could be a little easier to work with and a little easier to save. Sometimes there are different versions of emails that are not compatible with each other, and I think some of that can kinda get confusing for other people to use.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kajabi because it works as a CRM solution for us since we can't afford a larger system to manage our contacts.

 ### 2. All-in-One, but Limited Automations, Funnels, and Tagging

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily R. | Freelance Marketing Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I initially liked that it had all the website tools, email service and course delivery in place.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The quality of these tools was so limiting. I get frustrated with the automations and ability to create funnels, I was limited to only 100 tags for contacts. The webdesign was blocky. (It has improved)

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now I use Kajabi for the course and training delivery and now community. It helps me with customer delivery and fulfillment.

 ### 3. Easy Setup and Professional-Looking Course Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie W. | Database Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It's easy to understand and set up. I used it to design a course and was very pleased at how visually professional it looked by adding thumbnails of my content.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I don't like how homework assignments have to be listed as quizzes, I wish there was another option. Additionally, I think it's a little clunky to preview a course.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would have had to run all my course through virtual meetings and shared documents, but it's much easier this way.

 ### 4. All-in-One Platform with Unfulfilled Promises and HORRIBLE service to customers.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margaret B. | Digital Marketing Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I just liked having everything in one location with Kajabi. I didn't have to use four different software programs to run my business. I could just log in to Kajabi and have my website, emails, blog, and digital downloads all in one place. Even though it was more expensive, having everything centralized was really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I started not liking Kajabi because they kept announcing new products that weren't great. They announced new things like a podcast feature and a community area, but they were very basic and not well-built. It seemed like they were trying to do a lot but weren't doing it well. They were things I wouldn't use because Kajabi was like halfway there but didn't get it right. Also, the setup isn't easy; it takes a long time. Now, they're basically holding my content hostage because I made a small mistake and have to pay for another month of service to get access to my content. They're totally screwing me over without any care.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kajabi hosts my website, emails, blog, and digital downloads, all in one spot. It saves me from juggling multiple software, streamlining my business operations despite being more expensive.

 ### 5. A True One-Stop Platform for Marketing, Sales, and Production

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Docked S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It’s a one-stop shop for marketing, sales, and production—a single platform that brings everything together.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

While it does so many things and offers a broad range of features, it can still lack depth compared with its production tools.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can keep all my marketing, sales, and production tools in one place, so I don’t have to buy several different software programs.

 ### 6. Easy setup and integrations, but community features and storage fell short

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It was easy to set up the platform to create a beautiful space for our clients. It was user-friendly and had a number of styles to choose from. We were able to seamlessly flow our delivery with Zapier and MailParser to cut down on manual work.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

For our team, we were looking for something that offered strong community spaces and could mimic social media platforms, but that ultimately didn’t prove workable for us. We also needed more storage and longer-term access to materials for our clients. In the end, we found a less expensive alternative that fit exactly what we needed.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provided a space that brought students together in an online learning environment, and the platform was user-friendly for everyone involved. Whenever I needed help, the support team was responsive and helpful.

 ### 7. Great start, poor finish.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

When Kajabi first started, they were an all-in-one platform that was incredible and had incredible accessible customer service.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

After being on the platform for eight years, I'm leaving because of deceptive practises in their original marketing. I was told by multiple people working for Kajabi that I would be able to buy a lifetime locked-in platform price which I paid every year, even though I didn't use many of the features or all three of my sites. I considered downgrading several times when the yearly subscription came up, but was told that if I chose to do that, that I would lose my grandfathered in pricing. So I chose to spend more money on the yearly basis because of that, even though I wasn't using all of the functionality of having that top-tier account.

This year, Kajabi chose to ignore and disregard all of those previous marketing messages and commitments that they had to me as a customer. Furthermore, when dealing with their billing department and their customer service department, I was given differing information, confusing pricing structures, and percentage amounts for discounts that were different between the departments and not honoured at the end of the day.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve a problem of having several different apps to run an online business. It's not because I'm leaving the platform.

 ### 8. Our Go-To For Expertise Monetization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan W. | Launch Strategist & Conversion Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

As a consultant and marketer for almost 6 years who primarily helps course creators grow and scale their online businesses, Kajabi has been my go-to recommendation working with creators. It truly is a comprehensive, all-in-one solution with everything we need for a digital product business (website, landing pages, marketing automation, easy integration with Meta CAPI for tracking FB ads, upsells/downsells that boost AOV). Having everything in one place makes putting together launches and funnels super fast because I can create pages, forms, tags, automations, email sequences, countdown timers, events, etc. all in a single place. I love it.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

In the past, I wasn’t a fan of the inflexible checkout pages - but they’ve recently added a lot of new functionality. Also, I wish the one-click upsell pages were more customizable. They work, but there’s very little customization available and also a lack of custom code to allow deeper 3rd party tracking (Meta ads, for example) would get nice.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings the majority of the core features needed to launch and scale a knowledge monetization business in a single platform. This helps close the gap from zero to launch, saving time and energy, and making marketing user friendly.

 ### 9. Migration Nightmare. Never Again.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline Y. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I thought an All in one platform would make life easy, and it did until a nightmare situation.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

A client who had given video appearance permission previously decided to pull their permission on our copyrighted video and send a cease and desist letter to Kajabi. Kajabi without explanation, inquiry or recourse deactivated our account which had been active for years and gave me 2 weeks to migrate. Since Kajabi deactivated the site, a true and full migration is impossible because they won't give access to the files. After spending hours with support on live chat and email, there is literally no recourse and they refuse to send me any of the files they have limited access to.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's incredibly risky to have all data on someone else's platform as the entire site and customer set up is custom. Support has been horrendous sending me in circles for hours. Kajabi support doesn't seem to not even be familiar with their own platform as I provide them with screenshots of limited access and they cannot resolve the issue. I definitely would never again choose a proprietary system where we have zero control of our data and files. I have decided to use open source WordPress in combination with MemberPress, Swipe, Simply Podcast and Vimeo to provide the same self-hosted result. If I could give zero stars to Kajabi, I would.

 ### 10. **UPDATE** Winning me over | New Customer - Not Impressed

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

At this time I like the idea of what Kajabi provides, a place more my community, newsletter, and the email marketing side.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Customer Support, Ease of Implementation, Onboarding, Ease of Use

Onboarding - the software is too complex for there not to be a proper onboarding. I attended one of the webinars, although she was knowledgeable, she only focused on one feature. Understandable as there are many features, but at the same time she did fly right through it. I ended up leaving because I was not using that feature.

Customer Service - the AI chat can be useful at basic things, but when I need to speak with a human, it took 10 minutes to get connected. From there, we were not able to resolve the issue. I asked if I could speak with someone on the phone and after another 10 minutes of waiting, to be told that no one was available. I ended up talking with someone else who was more responsive, but still didnt get to a solution. I ended up having to figure it out on my own.

Ease of Implementation - I have worked for a software company before and this one has similar features. I started adding contacts who have previously opted in but I kept being told they had to opt in to be on the safe side so I did not check the box. Comes to find out after the one time, I am not able to go back and adjust it. Working through creating a funnel and landing pages, it makes you jump from section to section, then have to find my way back to the original section. The community is confusing to navigate in terms of can I create certain spaces within the community? If I have resources, do I put them in the product library, if so how do people access this? I am pretty sure there is an easy answer to these things but with the customer service and trying to figure it out on my own, it has been difficult. The newsletter is pretty much the same, what is the difference between creating a newsletter in the products, when I am also told I need to go to website page, even though I am not using the website aspect. Also where do the opt in messages go, are they opting in for the newsletter? Where do I find this information.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a community and also being able to send out a newsletter, email campaigns

 ### 11. Easy Setup and All-in-One Platform, But Customization Could Improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly D. | Marketing and Sales Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

All in one platform meant I did not need to manage multipe new platforms or software at once. It was very easy to use and set up.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I propably did not use Kajabi to it's full functionality. Some functions were not easy to customise so I used other software or platforms for those items (like email marketing).

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had several courses hosted on Kajabi so that was the main reason I used it. I liked how easy it was to give access with the mobile app as well.

 ### 12. All-in-One Solution for Business OwnersKajabi: A one-stop shop for customer care and marketing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill H. | Owner, Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi has everything a business owner needs to communicate with both clients and team. It is well organized and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The WYSIWYG editor feels somewhat awkward to use unless you upgrade to a higher service tier.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kajabi keeps track of everything I need to post and develop. It has lightened my load as an intern.

 ### 13. Great Design and Usability, but Pricing Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse K. | CEO and Digital Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

easy to design, navigate for users and designers

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Price point and pricing structure should be modified

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Houses my workshop, sales page, and checkout page

 ### 14. The biggest mistake I made was standardizing on Kajabi

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B. | Chief Operating Officer, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The only functional element of their platform is courses, which are incredibly limited

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Hands down the worst aspect of Kajabi is the support. I have never encountered such a poor excuse for a support organization while paying such a premium for an offering. Every single member of the support leadership needs to lose their job, they are utterly failing their clients. There is no ownership of mistakes, no accountability for follow up or communication, and the flippancy in their responses is utterly astounding. They respond immediately to a ticket creation asking information already contained in the original message, just to make sure their preciouis TTFR metric still looks good to leadership, then never actually solve the real issue at hand; TTR can't be computed since they haven't actually resolved a single issue. If I can urge you to make a better choice than I did, choose any other platform other than Kajabi, or you'll end up in the exact same position I'm in based on their deplorable customer support.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not solving any problem given I can't get needed guidance from their support team

 ### 15. Kajabi: Central Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi allows us to integrate our landing pages for marketing, drip emails for marketing, content to push and monitor to clients, and control client access.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Seems a bit slower to adjust and improve with dynamics/demands of newer options.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for our business to centralize our marketing pages and drip process with our content housing for our clients.

 ### 16. Easy to use, looks great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian F. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The sales pages and website are really easy to create, the membership modules are simple and easy to use. Integration with other services is very good

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The cost is probably the only downside. Inability to duplicate modules can make it cumbersome

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kajabi has made it really easy for us to provide our community with access to more learning programs

 ### 17. Training Course Layout

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha E. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like the ease of use for backend training course setup and the features they offer. Integration with Zapier was pretty easy in terms of offering access as soon as purchased with a stage in pipedrive.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

It was not as friendly for exploring their other features, I couldn't do it myself we needed a team of experts to come in and design the layout.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first started, it was the place to hold all of our training videos, and we had a Facebook group as our community management. For beginners, it's easy to use, and you can set it up right away to contain all of your videos.

 ### 18. Top notch all in one platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia C. | ♦♦Would You Like to OVERCOME Exhaustion & Overwhelm from Dealing with Demanding Clients?♦♦, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Easy to implement all in one platform for courses, website, email, shopping cart, and way more. It has tagging, email sequences, quizzes, podcast, blog, video hosting, and incredible flexibility. The end result is beautiful and fast. Customer support is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

There are a few tools it doesn't integrate with, such as a webinar platform, that require use of a service like Zapier.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A one stop service for hosting my courses, website, blog, podcast, email management, shopping cart, customer management and more. It is well integrated so I don't need to use a dozen other services and integrate them at a much higher cost.

 ### 19. Kajabi used by small business

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Chief Learning Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

We use Kajabi to host our eLearning courses. It is fairly easy to use, but can be pricy per month.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The price. For what we use it for, it is probably not worth it unless you are really selling eLearning a lot to your customers.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It basically allows us to contain and host all of our eLearning products. We can access and track who takes our courses and how much they complete.

 ### 20. Very comfortable platform, easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria S. | UX Designer/Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

You can do all in one platform - course and landing page for one price.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

It is easy to use, but if you are an advanced user and want to customize the blocks in the landing page or add some plugins, there are not many possibilities.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To arrange a course and make a lending page for its promotion

 ### 21. I does everything and the best customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel C. | Sr. COnsultant, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

One stop shop. Setting up was super easy and it has a ton of solutions to let you manage every thing in your work in one place. The builder is quite easy and the campaign builder is especially powerful.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

It's getting there but sometimes the interphase feels a bit crowded with a lot of options. But nothing to fear if you do the proper onboarding and sign in Kajabi University. These guys solve everything with their huge knoledgebase.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating email, crm, hosting courses, managing user profiles, email marketing and (have not use it but...) you can even howt your pdcast there along with your blog, landing pages. Basically everything. Plus the content assistant is on track of getting powerful. Already saved me some time with content.

 ### 22. Too complicated these days, there's better options

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brady P. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like that it has a lot of options, like the landing pages, hosting your site, the course, affiliate tracking and more. Realistically, it's a solid option for the course part but I'd skip the rest.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The funnel builder creates everything for you but then puts things in odd places. Landing pages haven't converted for me despite looking nearly identical but the single most terrible thing is that it doesn't track email stats correctly so when you email your list, there are some things you can track and some that you can't and it makes no sense.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would love for Kajabi to be my entire online business but it's really only effective when paired with other tools.

 ### 23. Good tool but very expensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It is a very comprehensive platform, with access to metrics, funnel creation, email marketing, and easy landing page creation.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The price is high compared to its main competitors. If you want to add more products, you will have to move to a much higher plan with a price that is out of the market.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you want to launch your online course business very quickly, it's the ideal option. You don't need technical knowledge in any case.

 ### 24. Shocking amount of bugs with basic features

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The idea of having a lot of features in a single platform is great.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Unfortunately, when most of the features don't work consistenly, you spend more time dealing with the support team than you do running your business.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an all-in-one platform for training courses, websites, and email marketing.

 ### 25. I run my entire business on Kajabi

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russell S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The best part of Kajabi is that I have an online website, sales funnel, email marketing, online courses, and sales cart all on one integrated platform. The other great thing about Kajabi is that they continually add features and new capabilities without increasing prices.

I run my entire online business on the Kajabi platform.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I wish they provided more configurability and customization capabilities for the checkout pages.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My annual expenses for the website, email marketing, and other digital marketing needs are less than they would be for individual products. The big problem solved is that they integrate all my tools on a single platform. This saves time and money!

 ### 26. It's okay for starters but frustrating for developers, digital marketers and integrators

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chie C. | Web Producer (Owner), Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like the simplicity of the backend interface. The clean look and the quick support.
I like that they have funnels, but again, they are very simple.
I like the you can upload the videos and it's hosted in Kajabi, one of Kajabi's strength so far...

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

A lot. I'll start with the design of the website within Kajabi. Membership is quite hard to implement on this platform. You have to customize how you create your courses, and members may look simple, but you'll end up with hundreds of products and offers as you continue having memberships. There's also no way to bundle, categorize or, if on the front-end, have all your over a hundred courses in categories.

So, your members will get frustrated trying to find the course they purchased. We have a monthly membership. We must continually create the months to add the product for those that renewed or not. There's no other way around it. The checkout page is not customizable too. We are delaying charging members for one month but we don't want the "free trial" to show on the offer checkout. However, there's no way around it either.

There's no way you can customize your customer receipt. They recently implemented a receipt, but it's not customizable with fields you'd like your EU customers to receive.
Tags are limited to 100, that's for the high-price subscription. If you want to use more tags, then you'll have to upgrade.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure it's solving any problem other than some bells and whistles that isn't what a creator needs. They added podcast and coaching within their platform, it's nice, but we are not using it since the primary thing we are using it for which is membership, isn't updated, or they don't want to invest in it.

 ### 27. Good experience and Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carmen C. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

What I like about Kajabi is that when you face an issue with the platform or how to use it their support team reach out directly and fast to provide you with workarounds and solutions with clear instructions.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

At this moment we were facing an issue with Kajabi and not being able to redirect our podcast from Kajabi to other platforms, but their support team reach out and they provided us with a solution and they are currently working to implement this feature for future podcasters.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Website Design or Layout
-User friendly
-Contacts
-Analytics
-Checkout and Purchase Process
-Email Marketing
-Productivity
-Our business performance has increased

 ### 28. We've been with Kajabi since they started!

**Reviewed by:** Beth J. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The faithfulness of the product. We are able to rely heavily on this product for our own website and the ones we manage for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The learning curve for our clients who aren't tech people is a little steep.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kajabi solves the issues of selling our content and classes with ease. Kajabi is also helping us solve the issue of email funnels without having to get a third application involved.

 ### 29. Yeah it's kind of expensive but it does everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Futch . | Educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I think the website builder is underrated, but you can do everything from email marketing to courses (including on-demand video hosting).

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

They need to update their community, podcast and coaching products, but they are constantly improving at an impressive rate.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the hub of my business, and having everything included in one place encourages you to explore things you might not explore. I'm just getting into designing great-looking emails for my subscribers, and I've had Kajabi for over a year. It's vast but relatively straightforward if you spend the time.

 ### 30. I used Kajabi for the first year of my online school.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle A. | Instructional Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi's best trait is that it is a one-stop shop for your online course, coaching and marketing needs. Everything integrates and automates nicely.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The only thing I struggled with as a course creator on Kajabi was creating interactive online courses. You can develop quizzes, but that's it for interactivity.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing courses and email marketing automation. Also using it for coaching. It integrates well with Calendly.

 ### 31. Kajabi Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like how they provide kajabi University and utilize integrations

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The customer service is not good. It frusterating emailing them and trying to explain a situation. It would be better if they had a phone number to call.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping by growing the coaching business and be easy to use for clients

 ### 32. Amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie L. | Business owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It has everything and it's really easy to use. It makes it easy to connect pipelines, landing pages, email sequences, everything because it's all in one place. I used to have ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign and I have to say it's WAY easier to just use Kajabi.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I wish there was more freedom when it comes to email sequences. For a webinar pipeline, you HAVE to pick a date, even if it's recurring. I wish I could just have the sequence set up and then choose the start date and have it go from there rather than have it recurring then have to remember to change the date.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really easy to connect everything. Even within an email, since my landing pages are already in Kajabi, it's really easy to link a page inside an email with a button that stands out rather than just a hyperlink.

 ### 33. Industry Standard All-in-One for Your Online Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel S. | Speaker, Author ★ Chief Business Strategist & Productivity Coach, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like that it is reliable.

Before Kajabi, I had used many different software but many of them would have bugs, go down, stop working right, and one (Constant Contact) even froze my account after months of being a customer saying they didn't support my business type. I was mid launch!

Kajabi has never given me an issue and it helped me eliminate the need of most of the other software I was piecing together!

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The cost can feel high when you're just starting off. But if you look at it as aninvestment on what it makes possible, and focus on using it to create sustainable income, it doesn't feel as high.

The other thing they could improve on is community. They have a Facebook group but Clickfunnels has conferences, and really active challenges led by its founder. I don't want to use CF but I would like more of Russel's type of gamification and dedication to really helping your users learn how to market so they can grow their business.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to have:

- sales pages
- email marketing
- online courses
- a way to collect payments
- a way to generate leads
- a way to deliver digital products

 ### 34. Kajabi review | One of the best platforms for creating course content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adnan A. | SME Optimization, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like the functionalities Kajabi offers for end-to-end course content creation. I have used Kajabi to develop my course pack, and the result has been exceptional and professional. The feedback I received from the users has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The timeout of the website is small, and I have to refresh the content every time there is a timeout. This becomes irritating, especially if the course content is enormous. The timeout should be increased so that the user experience is seamless.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

Kajabi is one of the best platforms if you are looking to create engaging and professional course content for your training. The experience has been amazing and it provides all the necessary tools required to develop the training.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Kajabi to develop a complete training course for the end-users. Kajabi provided the platform needed to create the course content from scratch, and it has delivered exceedingly well then what was expected from it.

 ### 35. All in one platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi is an all-in-one platform for me. It hosts my website, sends emails to my email list, takes payment from my clients, and hosts my online course. It is a total no-brainer for my business.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Kajabi is super user-friendly. My only dislike is the cost.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All-in-one platform, see above.

 ### 36. A bit expensive but you still get more than what you pay for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AnnA L. | "Byrådirektör" på den Personliga Reklambyrån, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The kajabi support! Living in Sweden and having Swedish customers, I often need support when the USA is still sleeping. But the Kajabi support arr always: Awake, listening, attentive and gives great support. They save my Day or night. Then of course is all the features available. The Kajabi team is always improving things. And most of my customers has now only a website in Kajabi and have stopped using other platforms like WordPress. Which for them is very good - they, my customers, need to focus on their businesses, and the fewer platforms and software they need to learn is always time-saving.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I could say price, but when I compared it with other software, I found that what I get is much more than any other software in a similar price range. So for the moment, I'm not all satisfied with the assessment tool. However, I know the Kajabi team is working on it, and I have found that Jotform.com is very easily added to Kajabi pages.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

Before you search for any software, make a list of what you need. Prioritize the list. Then when entering on i.e. trial, account check features against your list. In Kajabi, I found that the ease for customers to charge and get paid is very good. And that is a key feature - or you won't make any money. But also check out the Kajabi reports and analytics because analytics is the key to seeing what your customers want!

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customers had all gone from no income on their webinars to earning lot more. One client has on a few webbinars made 5 figurer amount ($).

The main advantages are that my clients can offer a safe way to pay. East ways to create courses and add pdf files and videos.

For me I can serve them with automations like pipeline, email campagins. And also create assistent and show analytics.

 ### 37. I love Kajabi and I cannot lie

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Britney J. | Owner, interior designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It's done a lot of the work and thought for me. Every time I realize I need to add something to my business, I look it up in Kajabi and they already have a template or a built-in. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Not much. I have yet to find something Kajabi doesn't do well and when it doesn' t, they usually have a plug-in workaround ready for you.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

You can do anything with Kajabi, especially if you have no idea what you are doing. Their tutorial videos are great, I have learned more than I thought I needed about their platform and areas of business that have nothing to do with them. It seems like Kajabi generally wants you and your business to succeed.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am hosting my course platform, my blog and my website with Kajabi, I love having it all together. It's just easy.

 ### 38. Kajabi

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara F. | Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi is extremely user-friendly! I love that clients can put comments as they go through online programs and that I can respond to them instead of having a separate community interaction program.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about Kajabi yet

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't had any problems yet. Benefits I have realized are how easy it is to assemble an online program in Kajabi. Everything is pretty straight forward and simple to suse.

 ### 39. A very user-friendly website host

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julien E. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The overall interface of Kajabi is very easy to use. With available templates to choose from, you can create a beautiful website that fits your business. They've got analytics super easy to find and useful for your reporting.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Just on the analytics part, I see that some page views go to error but Kajabi does not show what link or page error it is so it's really hard to find where it should be fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

We've migrated from WordPress to Kajabi and you'll be amazed at how easy to use it is.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client is a coach and podcast host and having Kajabi as the website host makes it easier to put all her offerings in there. Her workshops are all in one place, easy to create offers, again very user-friendly.

 ### 40. Kajabi a great resource for Entrepreneurs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily P. | Digital Marketer and Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

The ease of building landing pages and courses, with an ability to create bundles.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The pricing and email deliverability. The page builders can be a bit restrictive.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am creating courses and products for clients, including a membership...Kajabi is a great stable easy to use solution.

 ### 41. All In One Tool For Course Creators

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaydeep C. | Digital Marketing Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

- So i have been creating and automating in kajabi for course creators, its been 2 years now its very easy to use.

- I love the UI/UX of kajabi

- The only tool i use to host courses for my clients

- Its very user-friendly and can easily integrate payments processes

- Customer support is very good

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

- Its little costly,i would say by this price please extend the days of trial to 30

- Landing page builder need to improve

- Hard to setup dynamic email sequences

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

If you are looking for the best solution for email marketing,CRM management and landing pages then your search ends here.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use kajabi for my clients for CRM,landing pages, courses, marketing automations and integrations.

 ### 42. Wonderful tool despite the unsophisticated email marketing features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meiyi C. | Market Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I love the most the design aspect of Kajabi, the easier learning curve from the beginning in all aspects. Our user experience improved so much since switching from self-organised Zoom calls to using Kajabi with much more systematic course structure.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I don't like the email marketing features of Kajabi. We had to use ActiveCampaign because of it, another added cost. The sequence builder is much more robust with AC, where as with Kajabi it's way too simple.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems we are solving with Kajabi are smooth user experience and the easy-to-design website builder. These are also the benefits we have realised. Our course has received a lot of compliments since switching to Kajabi.

 ### 43. Very user friendly!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany P. | CEO and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I really like how simple it is to use this platform, and how helpful the support team is when you need extra help.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The price range is a bit high, to be honest.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

Don't be afraid to reach out to support when you have questions!!!

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ah, quite a few!! With Kajabi, you have a platform to organize and communicate with your audience via email, create a membership, coach your students, etc. etc.

 ### 44. Great course platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean G. | Marketing and Sales Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

For my business, the best advantage of Kajabi was the centralization of several essential functionalities for the sale and distribution of online courses, providing support from the dissemination to the distribution of content. The functionalities for creating pages and domains make all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Kababi doesn't have a good community feature for members and students. Many people from our audience have to use different community platforms to meet their demands.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Kajabi to promote events, webinars, free and paid courses, paid membership areas and all the marketing actions involved in the process. We migrated from RD Station and since that we saved money and got better results.

 ### 45. Good tool, but can be expensive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica B. | Business Analyst Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi has a clean design and the ability to host courses that you can sell. If you're looking for a website to post and sell courses on, the courses are very customizable.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

There are a few downsides to Kajabi. It can be pretty expensive per month if you want to use some of the features that differentiate them from other website hosts. The support team does their best but cannot answer in-depth questions. And the built-in analytics don't make a lot of sense, so I don't trust the numbers. The code is not editable (except for adding code to the top of all the pages - useful for adding a cookies disclaimer), so make sure that you don't need to edit the code before going with Kajabi.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kajabi is the platform to use when designing and selling courses and presents a clean look for clients. I was able to create the website with little website experience, which was definitely appreciated.

 ### 46. Early adopter of the new Kajabi plans to stay with it long term, despite a few small flaws.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen M. | Marketing Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It's a great fit for our online courses and coaching programs. Creating a course is very intuitive, managing offers is a cinch, and it has a user-friendly checkout process that integrates nicely with Stripe (our payment processor). Their easy-to-use landing page builder has come a long way and is suitable for most of our landing pages. Their Google Analytics eCommerce integration solves a big problem we had with previous tools. Their support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

Well, we don't run our front-end website on Kajabi, even though that's possible because WordPress has so much more functionality and flexibility - especially for SEO purposes. We don't use the built-in Email Marketing features. We have more sophisticated needs which require a tool such as ConvertKit, Drip, and other marketing automation tools. I don't like that we can't export customers and see all offers they purchased. It shows the products they have access to, but an offer can contain multiple products. There was a bit of a learning curve at first because of their naming conventions. Lastly, I wish it were easier to sell physical products in addition to our digital offers.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We reduced our marketing tech stack with Kajabi because it handles our course creation, secure membership area, checkout process, affiliate management and integrates reasonably well with our marketing automation tool (currently Drip). We reduced friction in our checkout process, which gave us a lift in sales.

 ### 47. Kajabi is the Swiss Army Knife of Online Course Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

I like the way so many tools are packed into one package. I can handle email marketing, sales funnels, webinars, and course content all in one place that's easy for me to manage as an instructor and an entrepreneur. It's got such a great UX and UI compared to its competition, too!

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

I wish Kajabi had a bit more robust analytics features. However, Kajabi is always improving, taking feedback, and adding new features to their product. Plus, enhanced tracking (like in ClickFunnels) would be AMAZING. Still, I'm a huge fan of Kajabi and highly recommend it to everyone I meet who is thinking about launching an online course, podcast, or coaching business. You can try it for free here:https://app.kajabi.com/r/pX9DRMmb

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to keep all my business software needs in one place with one product. I don't have to worry as often about connecting APIs or trying to integrate other products into my workflow. (Even if you do need to, they make it easy to connect with Zapier, etc.). Plus, I can even give discounts with coupon codes to my customers and encourage my students to find more students with my affiliate program. Kajabi is nearly perfect as an online course platform!

 ### 48. Great for courses! Slowing progressing in other areas...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandice L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

My main profit stream is an online course and after researching for HOURS, I decided to go with Kajabi. The functionality is easy and the design is oh-so-professional. I've been able to make my course just as I like it and students often compliment on how easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

With the EXCEPTION of courses, Kajabi is sort of a "jack of all trades, master of nothing." Even though they offer landing pages, websites, cart, and email, I pay for those elsewhere at those services are subpar (in my opinion). I did recently release a podcast through Kajabi and while it has NO bells and whistles, it is functional.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

I'd look at Kajabi mainly as a course Platform. If you have an online business where you get your customers from Google and social media, the website and email are not robust enough to trust with your business. However, it's far better than other options I saw out there.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to offer a great user experience that is fairly seamless.

 ### 49. I think it’s great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert C. | Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

It felt clean and easy to navigate. Everything I needed (email, funnel, online course, website, credit processor, CRM, etc) was all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

It felt really pricy. I felt that I was paying for many functions and features that I wasn't using.

**Recommendations to others considering Kajabi:**

I think it's a great product and would certainly recommend it to others. I may even go back to using them someday.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted source to host my online program, which it did really well. I was impressed with all of the features, I just wasn't utilizing them.

 ### 50. A Love / Hate Relationship

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashlie P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Kajabi?**

Kajabi is phenomenal as a LMS (learning management system) for my courses. It's simple to set up, there is minimal technical responsibility on our end (don't have to worry about updates, plugin conflicts, server maintenance, etc), and the user experience is easy, intuitive, and effortless.

The primary reason we adopted Kajabi was for the end user experience it created. After using Wordpress based LMS for years, it freed up a lot of time and worry having all the backend tech handled.

Their support and training, along with the software itself, are constantly being improved

**What do you dislike about Kajabi?**

The price. In order to carry the number of digital products needed and accommodate our list size, it put the cost to about $300/month. This would be more easily justified if they were equipped to ensure reliable uptime and the other features were more built out, but over the past year there's been multiple times (in addition to the planned maintenance downtime) that they've had issues with the platform being down.

When the platform's down it's beyond frustrating because there is nothing we can do but sit and wait whereas with Wordpress based LMS, there were contingency plans that would have it back up and running in less than 10 minutes on another server.

Initially, we started using Kajabi with the intention of utilizing the CRM features and discontinuing the CRM we'd been using. However, after testing the CRM abilities, I found that there were many areas it fell short. I will say they've been pretty diligent about continuing to improve and build out the CRM.

**What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that was solved was the simplicity of setting up courses and not having to mess with any of the tech details. Being able to plug in the copy, files, and content and trust that it would work as needed for customers to access their materials without having to perform rigorous testing has saved tons of time and energy. Not having to create special menus, widgets, layouts, and commands to redirect customers to their content... there are a lot of details that go into setting up LMS material in Wordpress that can be easily overlooked and ruin the customer experience.

We did an extensive test of the software before moving to it, so there weren't any surprise benefits other than the improvements and additional features that have been added since adopting Kajabi.
