I just liked having everything in one location with Kajabi. I didn't have to use four different software programs to run my business. I could just log in to Kajabi and have my website, emails, blog, and digital downloads all in one place. Even though it was more expensive, having everything centralized was really convenient. I started not liking Kajabi because they kept announcing new products that weren't great. They announced new things like a podcast feature and a community area, but they were very basic and not well-built. It seemed like they were trying to do a lot but weren't doing it well. They were things I wouldn't use because Kajabi was like halfway there but didn't get it right. Also, the setup isn't easy; it takes a long time. Now, they're basically holding my content hostage because I made a small mistake and have to pay for another month of service to get access to my content. They're totally screwing me over without any care.
