It was a semi-new channel for the company when we implemented it, and it was quite easy to setup and also make any adjustments once live. There's still some pieces we don't use, which we'll start integrating as we mature. So good to know that you can grow into the tool Also good support and consultation **What do you dislike about iVisionMobile?** Not having a ton of experience in this medium before IVM, hard to compare it to others or make complaints. We had it set up with minor fuss, the team was helpful, and we got campaigns underway pretty quick. So overall we're pretty positive! **What problems is iVisionMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have new ways and channels to create touchpoints with our customers. We saw our email engagement rates dropping, and this has helped push them back in the right direction which our marketing directors were happy to see. We also do a lot of software demos and our lead to demo rate has increased since rolling this out. ### 2. It can handle inbound and out bond messages and ability to view reports. It also has an URL shortener, Loyalty Rewards, vCards and many more useful features. You can manage your entire enterprise hierarchy with its robust user management feature. It can seamlessly be integrated with any third-party services on your behalf without having to build any boilerplate code and with an in-built security layer. It has a flexible pricing model which can scale your messaging demands and also be pocket friendly. **What do you dislike about iVisionMobile?** There is not much to dislike here as it provides a very robust set of solutions, but the user interface can be improved for more visibility of the feature set it has on offer. **What problems is iVisionMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are using it to send outbound messages for our system, and it seems to work flawlessly with highest success rates in sending communications and also we are using its useful features as well as a part of the solution ### 3. iVision Mobile Review **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2022 **What do you like best about iVisionMobile?** I liked the customer service that they provided. Anytime I had an issue the customer support was always prompt, went above and beyond to assist me with any issues and followed up with me to see if there was any assistance I needed moving forward. **What do you dislike about iVisionMobile?** I didn't care for the price point. I felt like they could have had a better introductory price point and the value they provided incentivized someone to upgrade to a more expensive option in the future with more features, etc. **What problems is iVisionMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem that I'm solving with iVisionMobile is creating automated messaging to various customers allowing my team to save a lot of time, allowing us to continuously follow up with customers and provide more feedback resulting in more engagement and increased average investment amounts. ### 4.
