# Which strategic planning tools integrate with existing project management and HR systems?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A strategic plan that lives disconnected from the project management tool where work actually happens, or the HR system tracking who owns what, becomes a document nobody references after the kickoff meeting. Here's what reviewers in the <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/strategic-planning-and-execution">Strategic Planning and Execution category</a> say about those integrations:</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/workfront/reviews"><strong>Workfront</strong></a>: Reviewers cite Adobe ecosystem integration and broad project management connections, useful for organizations already standardized on Adobe tools.</li>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/cascade-strategy-cascade/reviews"><strong>Cascade</strong></a>: Reviewers cite integrations with common project management tools, keeping strategic initiatives linked to the actual work tracked elsewhere.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/workboard/reviews"><strong>WorkBoard</strong></a>: Reviewers cite integration with collaboration and reporting tools, though HR system integration specifically comes up less often in reviews than project management connections.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/achieveit/reviews"><strong>AchieveIt</strong></a>: Reviewers describe integration capability as functional but less extensive than the larger platforms here.</li>

Cascade linking strategic initiatives to the work tracked in other PM tools is what keeps a plan from fading after kickoff. Workfront also seems like a natural pick for teams already on Adobe.
