What do you like best about IrisAgent?

I like the hands-on approach from the IrisAgent team. Using AI can be daunting but the team were so helpful each step of the way, it made onboarding really easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IrisAgent?

No real dislikes as such. Looking back at the start of our journey, I would've loved more guidance or insight into defining our category tags to suit our business model. But this is just part of the learning curve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
