**What do you like best about IrisAgent?**

I love the fact that the AI chatbot is conversational and intuitive and our users liked chatting with it.

**What do you dislike about IrisAgent?**

I wouldn't call it a dislike, but if there were some way to give feedback about the existing features or request a new one, then that would have been helpful

**What problems is IrisAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping provide proactive and effective customer support. The AI chatbot has deflected 35% of our inbound tickets, increasing agent productivity 10x. It has also dramatically improved the CSAT and MTTR.

**What do you like best about IrisAgent?**

I like the hands-on approach from the IrisAgent team. Using AI can be daunting but the team were so helpful each step of the way, it made onboarding really easy

**What do you dislike about IrisAgent?**

No real dislikes as such. Looking back at the start of our journey, I would've loved more guidance or insight into defining our category tags to suit our business model. But this is just part of the learning curve

**What problems is IrisAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using the IrisAgent automatic tagging feature. This removes manual work from support hero which saves time. It also gives consistency across tagging so we can give better reports to other teams around conversation topics
