We just started using the tool, so not at the moment.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Eclipse AI, our customer data was in silos. Eclipse AI has empowered us to unify all this data in one place making it easier for us to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback. Additionally, the platform's AI-generated insights save us time analyzing vast volumes of data.

Interface, it can be made more professional on outlook.and more easier may be.

Data recording is much more easier and accessible. Earlier me and my team used to do data it on Excel but that was a cumbersome process.

The Insights provided by the AI are saving us hours of analysis. They are always spot on and relevant to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Eclipse AI?**

If Eclipse AI had an internal call recording system, we could easily record our interviews/surveys with our client’s customers. Eclipse AI does turn calls > text > insights but requires us to use 3rd party call recorder.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an Australian-based customer experience consulting firm who work with companies around the globe using research to drive revenue. We’re using Eclipse AI as a primary research platform to analyse NPS survey data from our clients. With Eclipse AI, we can easily connect our client’s survey data. Eclipse presents this data in simple and powerful dashboard plus extracts insights from the data. It’s basically does most of the analysis for us and saves us heaps of time.

I appreciate the fact that Eclipse AI offers not only comprehensive dashboards but also provides valuable recommendations for enhancing our customer experience and boosting sales, leveraging the analysis of our customer feedback data.

**What do you dislike about Eclipse AI?**

At present, Eclipse AI does not integrate with our customers' Facebook reviews; however, the Eclipse AI team has communicated that this capability is in their product development plan.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization's customer feedback data is dispersed and compartmentalized, resulting in a lack of centralization. However, Eclipse AI has played a significant role in consolidating this information in a singular location, enabling distinct teams such as Sales, Operations, and Executives to access a single-source-of-truth. As a result, our company can now efficiently comprehend what our customers require. What I appreciate about Eclipse AI is that it not only offers dashboards but also recommends prioritized enhancements based on its evaluation of our data.

**What do you dislike about Eclipse AI?**

- AI-generated action point: The AI should be capable of generating the top 4/5 insights extracted from the full survey and provide relevant suggestions. What it does now is just provide a lot of data interpretation from each question/graph-- these interpretations are easily understandable by looking at the graphs at the first place, hence don't require separate interpretation.

For example, a top insight from a particular survey could be- "Your customers are mostly unhappy just because they can't make enough money by selling your product". Suggestion-"Try revising customer benefits or provide better value."

I really benefit from the dashboards that are supported by real-time insights. Everything is easy to understand which makes it easy execute.

Lack of integrations, but I have been assured they are working on this.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Eclipse AI, our process of collecting and analysing customer feedback was very sporadic and disorganized. Eclipse AI is helping us collect and organize regular feedback from our customers, prospects, and other sales channel partners. Eclipse AI is also analysing the data for us which is freeing up our team’s bandwidth. We now have a better understanding of the needs of our customers so we can address them more effectively. Plus the AI is giving us powerful insights on how to improve targeting of prospects (to increase sales).

Eclipse AI captures the customer experience data and turns that data into specific actions that I can use to strengthen relationships and increase retention, reducing the risk of losing customers, and increasing the opportunities to deliver more of our value proposition.

The process to collect survey data could be made simpler, or more automated to make more streamlined.

Eclipse is helping us understand more about customer needs and Trusted Impact’s performance in meeting those needs.  It is helping align and communicate our value proposition and increase the customers understanding of our value proposition and the opportunities that we represent. 
 
It is helping identify the Trusted Impact service that is most attractive in the market allowing us to further cater to our customer base, and reinforce the service with existing clients.

The auto-generated analytics based on the submitted responses and the cross-co-relative analysis were insightful and helpful.

The proposed actions list could have been better visualized with the statement parallel with the meaningful actions with examples.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eclipse AI generates analytics on different survey responses in the shortest possible time, whereas we had to do the analysis manually using other tools. It saves our time and energy and thus boosts efficiency.

Eclipse AI has helped us unify customer review data from 130+ franchisees. It also generates valuable insights
(based on AI analysis) which are being used by our marketing, ops, and training teams.

**What do you dislike about Eclipse AI?**

More integrations with third party review sites such as yellow pages, Bark, etc. would be helpful.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re a franchise group with over 130 franchisees. Each franchisee has their own Google My Business
Reviews. Before Eclipse AI, it was a challenge for us analyse all those individual pages and identify what’s
working and not working. Separately, we also do NPS surveys of our franchisee’s customers. Eclipse AI has
helped us unify all that customer feedback data into 1 easy to use platform. It also does the analysis for us and
provides us regular data-driven improvement insights.

It consolidates all our Google Reviews and NPS survey results into one view to give us a clear overview of brand perception and satisfaction. It also uses ai to generate suggested actions for our team to follow up on

Would like it if more review sites could be integrated such as Bark, Houzz, Yellow pages etc, but as I understand it, some of these are already in development for a future release.

**What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a franchise group, we have over 100 Google my business platforms within our organization, and receive hundreds of NPS submissions each month. It has made managing all of these platforms and digesting this customer feedback far more efficient and we all have a clearer view. This has provided benefit to our Marketing, Training and Operations team in our planning

The platform is great in terms of it is able to be customised and it is easy to understand the data

Not exactly plug and play, some customisation is required, but that's fine!

The interface makes it very easy to connect our customer data from different sources i.e., surveys, phone logs, etc. The generative AI does the data analysis for us and is saving me more than 15 hours per month of analysis.

Understanding initially the full extent of the value offered by Eclipse AI was a bit of a challenge.

Eclipse AI is helping us identify the underlying causes that lead to customer churn. This allows us to address the causes in a more proactive fashion. Since we started using Eclipse AI, we've seen a signficant improvement in our customer retention numbers. The AI analyses our voice-of-customer for us and is saving my team and I heaps of time.

More 1-click integrations with workflow tools would be useful.

Boost CX solution - the ability to analyze customer responses and visualize facts using real-time reporting dashboards makes a difference. 
It's dynamic action tracking tool with the scopes of i) recording supporting notes/subtasks, ii) uploading relevant attachments and iii) sending auto-email notifications when actions are assigned ensures efficient execution of CX improvement actions.

Missing functionality to download filtered data and showing interdependency or correlation status between variables

I haven’t come across a downside yet; however they are evolving as a product, and at times we come up with some tweaks/suggestions to which they generally respond efficiently.

Boost Cx solution allows us to summarize and analyze customer feedback in an organized process. Survey outcomes are visible using different charts, including downloading customized data. AI-based-recommended actions will enable one to make a strategic decision to improve customer experience, which is fantastic. Also, its customized and dynamic activity tracking scopes make it user-friendly. The overall solution is also helpful for any business study.

Providing scopes to download filtered or customized data and showing interdependency or correlation status between variables will make it more credible.
