**What do you like best about Intervo?**

Intervo.ai has streamlined our client intake by automatically answering routine legal queries and filtering serious leads. It’s intuitive to use, with quick setup and minimal technical effort. The chat widget was integrated into our site in minutes, and voice support via Twilio was just as simple.

Customer support has been fast, helpful, and personalised. We use it daily, our AI agent now handles the first layer of interaction, saving our team hours each week.

The platform offers exactly what’s needed: voice + chat agents, custom data training, analytics, and secure infrastructure, all easy to manage and well-integrated.

**What do you dislike about Intervo?**

Intervo.ai performs very well for our needs, but we would appreciate a few more advanced features. For example, deeper workflow customisation, conditional logic in conversations, and integrations with CRMs or calendars would enhance its use for service-based businesses like law firms. The voice agent is impressive, but more native analytics around call summaries or transcripts would also be helpful. These aren't deal-breakers, but additions like these would take the platform from great to exceptional.

Additionally, if the agent would research a bit about the potential leads before conversing with them would be much valuable feature.

**What problems is Intervo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intervo is solving a key operational challenge for our law firm, managing high volumes of initial client inquiries efficiently. Before using Intervo, our team spent a significant amount of time answering repetitive questions and qualifying leads manually. Now, the AI agent handles first-level interactions 24/7, answers routine legal queries, and filters out unqualified leads. This has significantly reduced our intake workload, improved response times, and ensured that our lawyers engage only with genuinely interested and relevant clients. It’s increased our team’s productivity and improved the overall client experience from the very first touchpoint.
