**What do you like best about InterviewAI?**

It is the ability of InterviewAI to eliminate the guesswork involved in the development of interview questions that makes it stand out. It is no longer the case where one is looking for the correct ones. It creates them dynamically, for each role. This saves me a lot of time and guarantees that I ask questions that are really important.

**What do you dislike about InterviewAI?**

It is not the silver bullet. It sometimes gives curve balls that don't really go with the position, and using it alone turns interviews into little robotic. The inconsistent question generation and inefficient assessment also increase the time it takes to hire competent candidates and bias our recruiting process.

**What problems is InterviewAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InterviewAI is a good tool for helping an overworked recruiter such as myself. It makes the process simpler and helps me bring out some key insights about the candidates. It should always be used as a supporting partner and not as a replacement for our own judgment and human connection. The inconsistencies in question generation negatively affect the screening process making it less efficient.

Does help navigate through a lot resources at one time efficiently, in short- let me recruit the right resource as fast as possible.

**What do you dislike about InterviewAI?**

The questions are bit confusing sometimes, need some rectification there. But overall no such issues.

**What problems is InterviewAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me save a lot of time which I would usually invest in anything apart from recruitment.

**What do you like best about InterviewAI?**

The best things out there, as an HR most of the times we do get stuck during recruitment screening, Interview AI does help in asking right questions.

To be very honest, nothing. InterviewAI does the job for me.
