It is the ability of InterviewAI to eliminate the guesswork involved in the development of interview questions that makes it stand out. It is no longer the case where one is looking for the correct ones. It creates them dynamically, for each role. It is not the silver bullet. It sometimes gives curve balls that don't really go with the position, and using it alone turns interviews into little robotic.
