**What do you like best about Ontra?**

I really like that we have a dedicated attorney and a customer success team with Ontra; they're very professional and responsive. This support makes it easy for us when we are ready to procure their services on a deal—typically, all we need is one call to get started. That's a big help when the deal team is juggling many other deliverables, as it really streamlines the process. Also, I found the initial setup of Ontra to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Ontra?**

The NDA process with Ontra still requires many emails to pass back and forth and can clog up the inbox.

**What problems is Ontra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ontra frees our investment banking staff from marking up and executing NDAs. We have a dedicated attorney and customer success team; one call initiates services, streamlining processes for our busy deal team.

**What do you like best about Ontra?**

Very efficient and easy to use. High quality analysis of NDAs and excellent communication on potential issues. The Ontra team is very responsive and has a great understanding of our business and our needs.

**What do you dislike about Ontra?**

Very smooth system for processing NDAs and there is not much I do not like. Service, however, could be considered expensive, but I would say it is good value all things considered.

**What problems is Ontra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to process NDAs quickly, efficiently and with the requisite protections for our organization. Ontra makes NDA processing quick and a smooth process over email. Very happy with the service.

I like that Ontra is self-sufficient and works quickly, which helps free up our CCO's time. This makes my workload more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Ontra?**

There were kinks that needed to be worked around during the initial setup. More clear communication would have helped.

**What problems is Ontra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ontra for NDA processing, which frees up our CCO's time. They are self-sufficient, work quickly, and make my workload more efficient.

**What do you like best about Ontra?**

Efficiency. It is very nice to share the CA via a simple email and have the team run down our pre-set guidelines and flag any question marks. Very easy to learn the process and work with the team if a back-and-forth is required.

**What do you dislike about Ontra?**

It can take some time for Ontra to process CAs, but hard for them to gauge the speed at which we need the documents reviewed

**What problems is Ontra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ontra saves us on time it takes to process NDA documents. They keep our process organized and cleanly run.

**What do you like best about Ontra?**

I like how Ontra frees up my capacity and gives me back time. Another thing I appreciate is having access to a dedicated relationship manager, Trent. The initial setup of Ontra was easy, which was a plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Ontra?**

They do not follow up proactively with bankers if we have not heard feedback back from them. I must intervene/keep track of what's in progress myself.

**What problems is Ontra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ontra for NDA processing, freeing up my capacity with legal support and interpretation, and it gives me back time.
