
It was handy having a cloud desktop to RDP into and share access to some applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The per-seat pricing kept increasing. When we asked to decommission all servers for 6/30/2021, they put 6/31/2021 (a date that doesn't exist) in the ticket. I could not update the ticket on the INAP site; it kept crashing on multiple browsers. Grace (Customer Success Associate) assured me the billing would be canceled at the same time and copied Sales Rep, Alex (who never responded to any messages). The server was deleted a day late, and they billed me anyway.
I now have a ticket in to delete the billing because I can't delete it from the "self-service" portal and am hoping they will refund our bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
