7 Layer stepped in to deliver the high-quality IT services our 22 properties required. The transition from our previous MSP was seamless and well-organized, with all instructions and deadlines carefully followed. We've been working with them for three months, and the improvement has been clear from the start, both at the end-user level and in administration. Our previous MSP was bought out and changed its service model dramatically. Left us constantly hanging when we had tech issues and had overall poor customer service. 7 Layer is proactive in their approach, and we enjoy having one team member that we can reach out to who knows our environment well.
