**What do you like best about Cortavo?**

I find Cortavo's services to be absolutely fantastic for IT management. The level of service is probably the best aspect, with fast response times and multiple ways to connect, not just for IT managers but also for individual users and employees. It's surprising to me that an IT organization can provide such a high level of service, especially since it usually involves a lot of bureaucracy elsewhere. Additionally, the expertise is top-notch as they always know what they're talking about. The speed and customer service are fantastic, with the team sticking to what they promise. I really like the Slack integration for IT support ticketing, which makes it super easy and quick to track and manage tickets. This wasn't something we had before and it's a huge improvement. Also, the smoothness of the transition and the people involved have all been great. They've developed a contract tailored to our specific needs and concerns, which aligns perfectly with what we need. Their ability to keep us informed during delays, like with Meraki access points, has also been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

We were promised some Meraki access points as part of the contract, but there's been a little bit of a delay on those. I recognize that's outside Cortavo's control because Meraki is on back order, but it's still a negative. Maybe just outlining that ahead in the contract is probably our biggest concern at this point.

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cortavo has revolutionized our IT management by seamlessly integrating Slack for support tracking, enhancing service responsiveness. Their tailored contract supports our growth from a 5 to 50-person organization. The level of service and communication, even in the face of delays, sets them apart.

**What do you like best about Cortavo?**

The user orchestration and user lifecycle management is very valuable. I do appreciate their cyber awareness and the ability to respond as needed to any potential cyber threats. Also, I think their service management expertise and desktop support elements are timely and well managed. However, I feel that their vendor management and partnership components, are what truly sets them apart. Their willingness and ability to understand of the business we're in, and cater the support they provide to specifically to our needs.  They also assisted in migration and setup of our company support center.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

I think a potential opportunity for improvement could be offering different packages that allow some on-site support for local clients for specific periods of time as needed, but otherwise, I think they have a pretty robust offering.

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cortavo helps us with desktop setup and support, user lifecycle management, and enterprise application support. They enhance our information security and cyber threat response and have established a local support center. Their services are aligned with our growth and technology needs, making them a valuable partner.

Their speed of service. My email problem was fixed within 10 min. From alerting Cortavo of the issue to hanging up with the representative after regaining control of my email again.

Nothing, so far. All of my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive.

**Recommendations to others considering Cortavo:**

They are worth their weight in gold. They are knowledgeable and fast and will get you back to work as soon as possible.

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There have been many issues that Cortavo has solved for me over the past few months. Most recently, my email got hacked and they assisted me in resetting my passwords and making sure I was able to log back in and changing my email's rules.

**What do you like best about Cortavo?**

I enjoy Cortavo's timely service and quick response when help is needed. Their expertise is valuable, and they are very quick to respond and escalate items when necessary. I appreciate that I can reach out and get a quick resolution. They provide and set up all of our equipment, keep us updated on the latest cybersecurity, and ensure we are protected. The tech support helps keep us moving and allows me to track tickets and see a holistic view of any issues. I also like that they send a dedicated person once a week to work on-site, helping with real-time issues and keeping the human side of the business at the forefront. Additionally, Cortavo assists with integrations with other tools, streamlining operations and maintaining efficiency.

I like that they take the whole IT mess off my plate and wrap it into one predictable service. One partner, one bill, and a help desk that actually responds quickly. It gives me peace of mind and lets me focus on the business instead of chasing tech issues.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

Current limitations of not being able to provide tablets that are service-connected, so we can’t get everything we need from one place—but they’re still working with us the best they can to find a solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Cortavo:**

I’d recommend Cortavo if you’re looking to simplify and centralize your IT. They respond quickly to help desk tickets, which keeps our team moving and cuts down on downtime. They also handle all of our company software subscriptions and user management, so we’re not juggling logins, licenses, and renewals ourselves. On top of that, they’re willing to take on new IT projects and deployments as needed, which makes them feel less like a vendor and more like an outsourced IT department that can grow and adapt with your business.

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cortavo is solving the classic small-to-mid-size IT problems: unpredictable costs, downtime, security risk, and vendor chaos. They bundle our hardware, support, cybersecurity, and cloud into a flat monthly per-user fee and actively monitor everything, so issues get fixed before they become outages. For us, the benefit is huge—I have predictable IT spend, far less firefighting, better security, and a single partner who handles the day-to-day tech so I can focus on running the business instead of being the accidental IT manager.

"Set it and forget it." We are a small company with simple needs. We have had two prior IT partners that required nearly constant monitoring both for following procedure and billing. We no longer have these issues with Cortavo.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

Expanded technology training (even at additional cost) would be beneficial. There is a lot of good training, but as a software company, more advanced security training would be beneficial.

Cortavo provides full IT services for our company, supplying corporate laptops and support for all corporate systems.

**What do you like best about Cortavo?**

Everything is included in the monthly services agreement, no surprises.  It's just one monthly invoice, competitively priced. Labor for laptop replacements? No extra charge. Special projects (which our previous MSP would have charged labor for,  e.g. cloud-based backup platform deployment) are all included.  

Cortavo's service desk team staff are extremely professional and show due diligence in either resolving the ticket, or engaging an engineer if help is needed. In cases where I've asked to raise priority on a particular request, they are happy to do so.

The initial onboarding process was smooth and transparent for our staff, and they gave us admin access to the various dashboards, such as ticketing system, which has paid off for both organizations.

We're a nationwide organization, and although Cortavo is located in Atlanta GA, they provide nationwide support during business covering all our time zones. Which is great for me, because I'm on the west coast. :)

We consider Cortavo to be one of our best partners, and are happy with our decision.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

There was a brief period last year when we experienced some hold times. Cortavo was already in the process of adding  staff to their service desk and engineering teams, so that issue cleared up pretty quickly, and we were back to having our helpdesk calls answered right away again.

**Recommendations to others considering Cortavo:**

Gather a list of all your IT platforms, line-of-business applications, installed software and software licensing costs to present to the Cortavo rep so they can build that into their presentation and cover any questions about integration, etc.  This helped to speed up our own vendor evaluation process and eventual onboarding.  Best of luck!

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cortavo took over co-managed IT of our complex technology infrastructure (MS O365, Azure, Intune, GoTo phones, antivirus, cybersecurity training, ticket tracking, etc.), along with the day-to-day IT Helpdesk needs, including laptop hardware procurement, Windows OS, Mac OS, applications, mobile devices, etc. Pretty much, everything IT.  Our management and staff are thrilled with the support we're getting.

Nothing to speak of. May not be right for very small companies.

**Recommendations to others considering Cortavo:**

When comparing, ask and evaluate what is NOT included in the service and what is charged separately.  Cortavo has never over billed me and includes everything I expected in the fixed price amount.  I have been surprised by other companies by the services that are not included in their monthly service fee.  With any company, I recommend that there is a clear expectation for deliverables and that they are received.

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cortavo is our company's managed service provider (MSP) and delivers IT support, hardware, security special IT project services,  We are a small company of less than 50 and it makes sense for us to out source our IT.  The cost is about 1/3  of a full time IT person, but with the capabilities of a small team of IT engineers, help desk and project managers.  We have folks 5 time zones with varying needs. We have never had an issue getting timely support.

Complete setup of new hardware with the latest operating systems and licensed products that they control for us. They also constantly monitor each of our machines for malware and update our machines continually, we don't even have to worry about it since they complete the updates after our hours of operation.

Cortavo is a true partner and their staff is patient. They communicate well and when they are unsure of how to fix a problem, they do not give up but look for a solution internally and externally without giving up. Our staff is no longer "afraid" to get our IT partner involved and reach out instead of "just living with an IT issue" because the issue is easier to live with than to get the vendor involved.

They are so far away! Sometimes it would be great to have them near by - but if that is the only dislike, I see that as a win!

They are as great as they sound. We were "gun-shy" shy at first but we haven't regretted our decision since signing with them!

We switched to Cortavo from our previous Managed Service provider because we saw long wait times for Help Desk tickets being resolved. There were issues with ownership/access to our own MS365 Suite and just general onboarding and offboarding of employees. After the initial changeover to Cortavo, we went from 1-2 weeks of wait times for bandaid resolutions to 1-2 days of full problem-solving or at least the next steps to possible solutions. We received full transparency of our MS365 Suite and could onboard new employees within a week instead of 3+ weeks. Staff offboarding experience turned into a much smoother transition with much shorter request times.

They are responsive and can be reached even if you have a major issue late at night. We had a system production issue that went well into the early morning and Cortavo was there assisting with the fix.

Haven't discovered any so far. They have been excellent with taking care of our needs even through supportability when they had limited access. Peter is a great partner and found ways to make it happen and not excuses of why it cannot.

Shop around so you can see the value the team brings. Everytime I have had to call in I get a person not a call center or voicemail. They start helping right away and if they cannot fix it remote they send a tech to the site. Major thanks to will for showing up each time as quick as he did to help me fix our issues.

Coratvo, is helping solve a multitude of issues. We especially have problems with our network, domain, security and inventory of tech. They are assisting in organizing the processes we use and streamlining the  network for a faster more reliable system. Super nice group! They're local too, so if they need to run in to fix an issue, they can. Otherwise, service is quick and accessible by email, phone, or Teams.

I wish the starting hours were a little earlier. We're in the office for an hour and a half before they start work, so if there's an issue, we wait.

nothing that I can think of. It would be great if our equipment never failed, but no one can offer that.

At the height of the pandemic we were able to quickly obtain inventory for our remote users.  This was a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about Cortavo?**

They are very responsive when we have technical issues. We get emails or calls back within several minutes typically. They accommodate any changes we need and have learned all software vendors we use to be able to integrate and operate effectively.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

Sometimes there have been onsite assistance for our hardware, and the individuals could be more helpful and explanatory.

They are helping us with our cybersecurity and helping us run more efficiently, instead having an internal IT team.

Troubleshooting computer issues with my database, internet and email.

**What do you like best about Cortavo?**

They respond when I contact them. They can remote access my computer screen. No tools just a laptop and monitor set-up. Not sure how it compares to competitors.

**What do you dislike about Cortavo?**

Sometimes they are not always able to help with technical issues. My company cloud is not equipped to handle massive network use all the time. Not sure at the moment.

**What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly network/internet issues. Remote or video call accessible. No financial gain. I'm always productive.
