Our company has been running SAP Business One for 13 years now. We trust Vision33 as our SAP Business One Reseller and Consulting. Any time our company is in need of B1 support, V33 is always available to assist. However, V33 provides so much more than just support. SAP Business One is constantly changing and evolving and V33 offers on going training and other resources to keep their customers ahead of the curve.

Wednesday Web Chats with Carl Lewis are a consistent source of SAP Business One education for my company. Also, most recently V33 held a 3 day virtual Customer Event which was free to V33 customers. Some of the session topics most valuable to our business included a preview of the next major version of Business One, tips and tricks to help us better utilize features already built in to Business One, as well as presentations from Software Solution Providers who build 'addons' which extend Business One's functionality. Educational sessions such as these help us to better understand the tools and resources available to us in order to solve business problems and keep advancing our business forward.

What do you like best?

SAP Business One is constantly changing and evolving and V33 offers on going training and other resources to keep their customers ahead of the curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

V33 has many customers which cover a broad range of B1 experience levels (i.e. beginner to very advanced). I feel this could better be considered from a customer support standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Recently we were in need of a new shipping system. Niki Bilodeau, our Vision33 Customer Relationship Manager, helped us identify the various systems with existing integrations to SAP Business One. She also helped coordinate demos as well as facilitated all communications during the purchasing process. We are extremely happy with the end result and are now once again shipping efficiently with our new ProcessWeaver xCarrier solution integrated with our existing SAP Business One system. We had been with another partner (Navigator) when we started SAP in 2012. We then later switched to Vision33 when we were not getting the support we needed. Vision33 then helped us upgrade to 9.3 from 9.0 in April 2019. We have had other items that Vision33 has helped us with, such as ZedSuite employee portal and helping us figure out a couple other item issues that were not handled during upgrade. We are currently working with Jason Killelea to integrate our quoting software with SAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Vision33 is very quick in their responses and is very helpful when a problem does arise. I also like that Vision33 has weekly training or webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

During our upgrade, certain things were not done, such as a proper SQL backup schedule created and the backup folders created when update was done only had old files in them. When we found this issue, we contacted Vision33 and they handled promptly. Another issue, which is not really a Vision33 issue, is the third party add-on developer (ProcessWeaver) is not always responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Would like to see more focused webinar training. Sometimes they are very broad. For example, employee portal, maybe have a webinar training on dashboard report writing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Vision33 have great in depth knowledge of the software, and a very competent total care team.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Our stock was inaccurate, and this have been resolved by using Produmex WMS.

We wanted to make our finance function paperless, and we have achieved that by implementing the i-documents system.

We supply the large retailers, and so implementing EDI with ASN's has been key to maintaining key business accounts.

I started last September with my current employer. I come from a SAP background and knew that my company was not utilizing the system to it's full potential. Because of IT's job insecurities at my company, William Burgos and Chris Baker have been outstanding and patient and have assisted me beyond belief. The process may be slow for my IT to bring Vision 33 aboard for our SAP consultant but I have the higher ups attention now and I am so appreciative to all they have done and helped me with; including but not limited to, all of the informative webinars and instructions for my questions and needs in SAP Business One. This Customer Event that was provided was spectacular and I will utilize each of the recordings multiple times I assure you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The Event covered all aspects that any customer may require in any industry. All bases were covered in each session and the time and effort that went into it was obvious. The communication response time from key individuals when asked a question, is phenomenal. What do you dislike?

Please see my notes above. William Burgos and Chris Baker have gone above and beyond and the customer service provided by Vision 33 is bar none! I have been trying to get my IT department on board for over six months now since we currently have Business One but no supportive consultant on record. Persistence will prevail and efforts will not go un-noticed. I will continue to advocate to officially bring aboard Vision 33 because i know noting but good results for my company will be in store. SAP B1. We produce raw goods for companies that produce a final product. Vision 33 had a difficult time figuring out how to set up SAP for our business. Looks like they need a younger generation with new ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi – Unfortunately due to your anonymity, we are unsure of your role or experience and can’t specifically address your concerns. Your comments are unfortunate to hear. With Vision33’s formal methodology and full project team, we establish a steering committee for every new project – comprised of Vision33 project team members and executive and project representation on the client’s team. Together – we work to ensure there is clear documentation around each SAP Business One project and mutual agreement of what a successful project will look like. This ensures everyone has clarity around project goals.

As to your comment about lack of transparency around billing, you may not be aware that our consulting organization formally tracks and reports all project hours by any Consultant. Our Accounting department then ensures there is a full breakdown of hours expended on each invoice.
