**What do you like best about Vision33?**

I appreciate how Vision33 supports the way our customer data, transactions, ecommerce, payment activity, and SAP Information work together. I find the cloud capacity very helpful, which was one of the main reasons we moved to Vision33. Their fast response is particularly valuable as it helps us avoid long delays when something needs attention, ensuring our daily operations continue smoothly. I trust Vision33 because they understand how important SAP B1 is to our daily operations, which connects to customer data, transactions, reporting, payments, shipping, and internal workflows. The additional solutions they recommend, like EBizCharge for payments and StarShip for shipping, also positively impact our business. Overall, we have had a positive experience with Vision33.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

The first would be more proactive communication about open support items. Another area would be better documentation after technical fixes or changes. Also, I think they could offer more proactive recommendations.

I can't think of a single downside.  Maybe price, as there are some Goodwill's who would be unable to afford a partner like Vision33.  However, our ROI on their partnership has always been positive.

Due to procedures, more time is needed to complete the task. With a company of this size, this is inevitable, but sometimes I wish things could be done faster.

A competent and organized team. They work very well with local companies. Thanks to this, the customer receives a valuable product. Vision33 places great emphasis on the security of the product and cooperation. The customer knows that they are safe.

Among other reasons, some of the best experiences I have had resolve our our account manager and project manager that are always a message away.    great knowledge and assistance.

There is a quick line from the base level support to escalating to Professional services.   Somtimes it is frustrating when just seekign answers it gets escalated.  Typically these times that are frustrating or more informational and not asking for service to be completed or problem resolved.

If they are on your radar, keep them there as you can't go wrong with them as your solution.

**What problems is Vision33 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vision33 is our managed provider in support of our ERP system.  They are managing our instance on cloud servers relieving that administrative headache of on premise servers.     In addition, they provide great support if ever issues or need help figuring out how to handle processes.   They also provide a variety of add-ons and other software to help our experience be more efficient and effective.

finding a Host for SAP BusinessOne was no easy task - but once with found Vision33 everything fell into place nicely.  Having been one of the early adopters of SAP BusinessOne in the US we've been operating BusinessOne for close to 20 years.  During that time we've run the gammet of self hosting, remote hosting, SAP hosting ( a big dissapointment when it was dropped ), remote hosting  again - this time with a SAP Business partner  ( that will remain namelless ) who failed to pay the hosting server.

In steps Vision33 and it's been smooth sailing ever since.  NO issues with transfer of our files and near if not perfect 100% uptime

Our relationship management team is tailored to us and knows our business to the point where they can advise on what we need at different growth stages.

Compared to my previous companies ERP consultant we do not get the same level of customized development support. My old company had a specific developer allocated to us which was expensive but allowed us to create bespoke solutions.

Vision33 are our complete SAP partner, they provide us with the right products, the right advice and more importantly have grown with us as our organization has grown.

They have a wide variety of experienced members in their team that can give you specific detailed information about what you need help and support with. Another aspect that we personally like is that the CRM regularly check in with us and have a very good understanding of our operation and bring forward new solutions that they believe will benefit our Business.

On a handful of occasions having to wait a while to get a specific consultant to assist us with a project.

They are providing us with 24 hours support and readily available to get involved in projects that help us as a Business get more out of our ERP.

The initial blueprinting was not ideal.  We needed a more hands on type experience, the consultant really never spent quality time planning our go live.

We have been very happy with their support after go live.  The go live process was a bit rocky because of the consultant we had, but Vision33 provided us a great consultant to fix our issues from the go live and since then, we have had great response.

Whenever we have an issue, we either get help from their support desk, or a consultant.  We don't currently have any problems that we have submitted that are open.

Their support desk is normally quick to respond and there are some very knowledgeable people on the team.  It means that you get a response first time rather than having to explain the issue several times.

We've had a few different account managers and it takes them a while to get up to speed sometimes.  But this can't really be helped and when issues are escalated they are usually resolve quickly.

I've had no major issues, but we have a relationship of respect as I understand working with users can sometimes be difficult as they don't always know what they want.

**What problems is Vision33 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing our 4 international databases so that we have one parent and 3 child databases with the same items and prices in all.  This has freed up half a day a week for myself in doing manual uploads

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

Absolutely nothing. Well, perhaps the fact that I do not need to deal with them frequently, as we switched to another provider for our regualr SAP service needs. Too bad we still have to deal with VIsion33 when it comes to EDI issues because they hold the rights to the Connector. So, they hold us captive.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

No Customer Service. Everything takes months and months to accomplish. They do not answer emails, come to meetings unprepared, do not do what they promised to do, charge exuberant rates for whatever little they manage to do. Treat small customers as they are dong them a favour. And that is not just one or two people, the whole company behaves like this. Once they know they have locked you in and are holding you captive, they stop paying any attention to your needs.

They are no longer our SAP Consultants, but we use their proprietary tool  (the Connector) for EDI purposes, so we have to deal with them from time to time when there are issues.

I really like the responsiveness. I haven't had any situation where I was left hanging without any answers, and most of the time, answers are quick and precise.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

The only downside I have with Vision33 is the low amount of resources available in french. They do have a few people available to offer their services in french, but the core of their organization isn't geared toward providing services in french. In my case, it isn't a real issue, but it is worth mentioning for people outside of the English-speaking world.

If your priority is responsiveness and the quality of the information you receive, you should consider contacting them to evaluate your needs for an SAP partner. You should receive quick feedback and very straightforward answers that will help you manage whatever projects you may have with SAP.

They're helping us upgrade and implement our SAP B1 install. I have contacted them several times to get help with the software and better understand how it is structured to help us integrate it into our business.

The V33 group is responsive to questions and understands our business needs. They check in and stay updated on current and future initiatives with the organization.

Some of the preferred partners of V33 are challenging and difficult to work with at times. V33 does an excellent job of jumping in when there are issues but having to escalate to them is frustrating.

When considering V33, ensure you have a good understanding of what you are wanting to accomplish with them. Don't assume they understand all the specifics; talk them out and have them all documented when developing projects or planning with the group.

V33 currently supports our SAP B1 ERP and our POS partnership with iVend. They are a good partner and bring strong value to the organization.

Vision33 provides an excellent service. When we have an emergency, they always help us very quickly. They are very professional. Some of their consultants are very smart and provide us with good service.

There is nothing that we dislike about Vision33. In the past, we didn't like one consultant or we didn't get a quick response from our former account manager, but everything was resolved right away.

We had another SAP partner before Vision33 for about one year. We weren't happy with their service so we switched to Vision33. We have been with Vision33 for more than 12 years now.

SAP problems, Server problems, Emergency problems, building complex queries, and store procedures. These things are benefiting us to continuously improve our system.

The SALT BOX project team is not well organized

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

SAP is a perfect system, actually a total system. Based on their proposal, we decided to connect our E-Commerce and EDI through their other product, SALT BOX but the project progress is not at the level we expected.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

For the SALTBOX project, takes time to receive a quote and they changed their cost before and during the project. We have no estimation about when it will be completed or how much will be the cost.

sometimes they are not enough focused when they prepare quotes. Their SaltBox team are very busy and it makes delay in projects.

We needed to connect our system to purchase orders, receiving, inventory, sales orders, delivery, and invoicing, and we have it now with SAP. We did good but for the next project, using SALTBOX, we are far from our timeline

Vision33 helps us implement, maintain and continuously improve our Customer Portal and user expereince

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

We have a very responsive account manager and the specialized support team is extremely knowledgeable in their fields.  Vision33 was able to help us create a customized solution that meets the specific needs of our internal and external sales teams and our overall customer base.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

The standard support team can be slow to respond.  They will ask questions that have already been answered in the initial ticket and at times I feel that I need to explain tools, logic and functionality to the support.

**What problems is Vision33 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created a much more effective and efficient working environment in B1 with Vision33 and it's addons including Customer Portal and EDI integrations.  These integrations allow us to get more done quicker and more accurately than manul entry would allow and the Customer Portal gives our sales team and customers a self-service tool to check on item and order status on their own time, any time.

One stop shop for business software, implementation and support as well as server management

No instruction manuals for software regarding how to use it. Have to rely on software company documentation for instruction which is not readily available. Need to send out notices when capabilities of software change, errors are found, workarounds are identified. Would also be beneficial to reach out to users on a regular basis to obtain a list of issues and develop plan for resolution. Companies changeover employees. How is Vision33 helping to educate and provide support during those changeovers?

**Recommendations to others considering Vision33:**

Carefully consider using multiple software packages that overlap. Example: SAP Business One with BEAS and Produmex. Must take time to clearly map processes as there is overlap in the software packages

Running manufacturing and finance. Not really reaping the benefits yet as implementation was never fully implemented.

Helpful, including our account manager. They know their products and gives the best solution.

Nothing so far. If possible, I would like our SAP to have Sharperlight but it is somehow expensive and our main office cannot approve the budget.

I cannot think of anything to dislike.  They have customer service representatives in other parts of the world allowing them to respond quickly.

Vision33 was able to provide reporting tools quicker than if we tried.  Their expertise with SAP B1 made them know what we wanted and also provided feedback to make it better.

They got the job done, even though there were some minor fixes that were needed after. We were able to set up meetings to go over things that were not clear.

Communication is not the best sometimes. Depending on their workload, the project may not be addressed until later.

Our general ledger is not very user-friendly, so Vision33 was able to help us make the system better and easier for people to navigate and use.

Our company has been running SAP Business One for 13 years now.  We trust Vision33 as our SAP Business One Reseller and Consulting.  Any time our company is in need of B1 support, V33 is always available to assist.  However, V33 provides so much more than just support.  SAP Business One is constantly changing and evolving and V33 offers on going training and other resources to keep their customers ahead of the curve.  

Wednesday Web Chats with Carl Lewis are a consistent source of SAP Business One education for my company.  Also, most recently V33 held a 3 day virtual Customer Event which was free to V33 customers.  Some of the session topics most valuable to our business included a preview of the next major version of Business One, tips and tricks to help us better utilize features already built in to Business One, as well as presentations from Software Solution Providers who build 'addons' which extend Business One's functionality.  Educational sessions such as these help us to better understand the tools and resources available to us in order to solve business problems and keep advancing our business forward.

SAP Business One is an amazing system which has allowed our business to consistently advance and become more efficient.  Vision33 adds value to our SAP Business One solution through support and continuing education.

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

SAP Business One is constantly changing and evolving and V33 offers on going training and other resources to keep their customers ahead of the curve.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

V33 has many customers which cover a broad range of B1 experience levels (i.e. beginner to very advanced).  I feel this could better be considered from a customer support standpoint.

Recently we were in need of a new shipping system.   Niki Bilodeau, our Vision33 Customer Relationship Manager, helped us identify the various systems with existing integrations to SAP Business One.  She also helped coordinate demos as well as  facilitated all communications during the purchasing process.  We are extremely happy with the end result and are now once again shipping efficiently with our new ProcessWeaver xCarrier solution integrated with our existing SAP Business One system.

Over the years the company I work for has requested many modifications or add ons, in order to suit our business.  Every challenge we presented was accepted and met with the exact results we were looking for.  Their staff is very knowledgeable of their products, and also possess the skills to communicate well how to navigate through their system.  Austen Zhang has always been a great source of information and support.

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

The quick response to problems or requests allows us to continue our business with minimal disruptions.  The extra online courses offer new ways to utilize the program that I wouldn't have come up with on my own.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

The only drawback, living in a smaller town, it doesn't allow for face to face training or interaction.

We currently do not have any outstanding issues with Vision33.  The benefits are having a one stop place to access all reporting for our business.

We had been with another partner (Navigator) when we started SAP in 2012. We then later switched to Vision33 when we were not getting the support we needed. Vision33 then helped us upgrade to 9.3 from 9.0 in April 2019. We have had other items that Vision33 has helped us with, such as ZedSuite employee portal and helping us figure out a couple other item issues that were not handled during upgrade. We are currently working with Jason Killelea to integrate our quoting software with SAP.

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

Vision33 is very quick in their responses and is very helpful when a problem does arise. I also like that Vision33 has weekly training or webinars.

**What do you dislike about Vision33?**

During our upgrade, certain things were not done, such as a proper SQL backup schedule created and the backup folders created when update was done only had old files in them. When we found this issue, we contacted Vision33 and they handled promptly. Another issue, which is not really a Vision33 issue, is the third party add-on developer (ProcessWeaver) is not always responsive.

**Recommendations to others considering Vision33:**

Would like to see more focused webinar training. Sometimes they are very broad. For example, employee portal, maybe have a webinar training on dashboard report writing.

**What problems is Vision33 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have Boyum Usability and Print and Delivery and have found  that it is a tremendous help. We are currently working with Jason Killelea to integrate our quoting software with SAP.

The company could use streamlining to consolidate operations and allowing one primary contact for each Service. I sometimes get the feeling there is a lot of internal red tape that gets in the way.

Vision33 have great in depth knowledge of the software, and a very competent total care team.

They also select good partners to work with which further enhances the value of the solution.

There were rare occasions where we have had to wait for a product  version or patch update to fix an issue.

Get to know the people - they are the strength of Vision33. I have found that they listen and take their customers seriously. They also want to engage with our business needs and find solutions to the challenges we face.

**What problems is Vision33 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our stock was inaccurate, and this have been resolved by using Produmex WMS. 

We wanted to make our finance function paperless, and we have achieved that by implementing the i-documents system.

We supply the large retailers, and so implementing EDI with ASN's has been key to maintaining key business accounts.

We have made cost savings (particularly in the warehouse) and also enabled many staff to work remotely without any issues.

I started last September with my current employer.  I come from a SAP background and knew that my company was not utilizing the system to it's full potential.  Because of IT's job insecurities at my company, William Burgos and Chris Baker have been outstanding and patient and have assisted me beyond belief.  The process may be slow for my IT to bring Vision 33 aboard for our SAP consultant but I have the higher ups attention now and I am so appreciative to all they have done and helped me with; including but not limited to, all of the informative webinars and instructions for my questions and needs in SAP Business One.  This Customer Event that was provided was spectacular and I will utilize each of the recordings multiple times I assure you.

**What do you like best about Vision33?**

The Event covered all aspects that any customer may require in any industry.  All bases were covered in each session and the time and effort that went into it was obvious.  The communication response time from key individuals when asked a question, is phenomenal.    All of the information is very useful and I look forward working with Vision 33 for a very long time

I dislike noting about Vision 33.  They have exuded professionalism and I truly believe they want to help.  They are genuine and honest and go above and beyond to assist potential and current customers alike.

I would absolutely recommend Vision 33 to anyone considering or currently using SAP Business One or any other program that Vision 33 is affiliated with.

Please see my notes above.  William Burgos and Chris Baker have gone above and beyond and the customer service provided by Vision 33 is bar none!  I have been trying to get my IT department on board for over six months now since we currently have Business One but no supportive consultant on record.  Persistence will prevail and efforts will not go un-noticed.  I will continue to advocate to officially bring aboard Vision 33 because i know noting but good results for my company will be in store.

SAP B1. We produce raw goods for companies that produce a final product. Vision 33 had a difficult time figuring out how to set up SAP for our business. Looks like they need a younger generation with new ideas.

The usage of hours being charged without providing an agenda or an update as to where the hours were used by the consultants.

Keep track of consultant hours and make them accountable. Ask for a project map and timeline.

We are installing SAP to do away with paper waste and try to save the environment from waste and the cutting down of trees. SAP provides an opportunity to be more efficient when it's set up correctly.

As to your comment about lack of transparency around billing, you may not be aware that our consulting organization formally tracks and reports all project hours by any Consultant. Our Accounting department then ensures there is a full breakdown of hours expended on each invoice.
