**What do you like best about IMsupporting?**

I like it to be able to monitor agents, visitors and you can have visibility on the live reporting, which is very helpful during the live operations. You can also integrate other software, which is great advantage .

**What do you dislike about IMsupporting?**

There were elements of the product CHATBOT that were not easy to use, and the quality of functionality can also be improved sometimes. There is an issue with the loading speed, but it happens very seldom.

**Recommendations to others considering IMsupporting:**

For thoes who are looking for excellent software for the customer service project, IMsupporting is for you; it will help you solve ongoing customer issues.

**What problems is IMsupporting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We opened a live casino about six months ago, and there was a great challenge to handle the multiple customer conversations at the same time, so we chose IMsupporting, and it helped us with that issue.

Being able to chat realtime with a support agent and quickly get my query resolved

Being unable to carry on from past chat history or reach the same agent after the session was ended

Would suggest that you use the trial feature first before buying the full version

Helped me solve a variety of technical support issues making me more productive
