**What do you like best about ilerno?**

Its indepth scheduling features (cancellation to rescheduling) helped us a lot by reducing back and forth messaging. Plus, they have customizable push SMS, making sure everyone's on the same page.

**What do you dislike about ilerno?**

it really gets us. sometimes they know more about what we need than we do. It's easy to get lost with all the unfamiliar features. This tool requires some patience and learning. This is a developing project, and I am so excited for future updates and improvements.

**What problems is ilerno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ilerno brilliantly handles teacher availability, so whenever students opt to reschedule, it's seamless. All availability, reschedule and cancelation policies are laid out so both our teachers and students have clear boundaries while still having the flexibility we wanted.

The scheduling and enrolling. It becomes all easier with the help and use of ilerno.
