**What do you like best about Identomat?**

fast and accurate ID verification and liveliness process.

**What do you dislike about Identomat?**

Honestly, we haven't run into any real issues. Integration was straightforward and the verification flow has been reliable for our use case. If anything, we'd just like to see even more documentation examples as we expand, but that's minor.

**What problems is Identomat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Identomat for identity verification inside our Work Passport, a portable, worker-owned credential for frontline hiring. Before Identomat, confirming that a candidate was who they said they were was a manual, inconsistent step that slowed down hiring and created risk for employers.

Identomat handles ID document checks and selfie/liveness verification in one smooth flow that works well on mobile, which matters because most of our workers apply from their phones. Verification happens once and becomes part of the worker's reusable profile, so they don't have to repeat it for every job.

The benefits for us: faster onboarding, fewer fraudulent or duplicate profiles, and more trust from employers, who know every candidate in our network has been verified. It's become a core building block of our product.

**What do you like best about Identomat?**

What I appreciate most about Identomat is, first and foremost, the exceptional team and the seamless communication we’ve had with them from day one. Their support makes all the difference. On top of that, the integration process was smooth and straightforward, allowing us to get up and running quickly without unnecessary friction

**What do you dislike about Identomat?**

I had some UI-related remarks before, but with the recent updates, that’s fully addressed now we even have the flexibility to customize colors to match our corporate brand guidelines

**What problems is Identomat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identomat completely digitized our user identification and registration process. This allows us to provide the service 24/7 and significantly saves our internal resources

If you get it to work after 5 tries you are in luck!

**What do you dislike about Identomat?**

It doesn't work - you need to try at least 5 times to get a chance for it to work. I have had to use it 3 times these past few weeks and every single time that was the issue. I would rather visit in person and spend an hour verifying, than use Identomat.

**What problems is Identomat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s supposed to be convenient, but it doesn’t work properly, so it ends up being useless.

They help to verify huge amount of user while onboarding so it cuts my costs and time that was needed for manual user verification
