## About HubSpot Marketing Hub
Marketing Hub consolidates marketing tools and customer data into a unified platform, eliminating scattered point solutions and simplifying software management for modern marketing teams. Core Value Proposition: HubSpot's Marketing Hub solves three critical pain points stemming from disconnected software: fragmented customer data, inefficient execution, and wasted time on tool management. Built as part of the HubSpot CRM platform, Marketing Hub keeps customer data central to all marketing activities– enabling sales alignment and clear ROI tracking across the full platform. Key Capabilities: Unified Data Architecture: Marketing Hub stores all marketing tools and customer data on one platform. This eliminates data silos and provides complete customer context for personalized marketing at scale. Time Efficiency: Marketers save time previously spent switching between applications, reconciling data across systems, and troubleshooting integration issues that plague multi-tool marketing stacks. Smart CRM Integration: Because Marketing Hub operates as part of the HubSpot CRM platform rather than as a standalone tool, customer information, interaction history, and engagement data remain accessible within the marketing workflow without manual data transfer. Sales-Marketing Alignment: With the complete HubSpot CRM platform, marketing and sales teams work in alignment. Unified reporting ties marketing activities to revenue, proving ROI. Marketing Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike individual marketing tools requiring manual integration and data transfer, Marketing Hub provides a native connection between email marketing, landing pages, social media management, and data analytics. This eliminates integration complexity and data sync challenges that fragment marketing operations. Marketing Hub delivers powerful capabilities without requiring extensive training, dedicated administrators, or technical implementation teams that complex enterprise platforms demand. Teams can adopt and use the system quickly, focusing on execution rather than software management. Who Should Use Marketing Hub: Marketing Hub serves marketing teams experiencing productivity loss from tool fragmentation, marketers requiring complete customer context for effective personalization, and organizations needing to demonstrate clear marketing ROI. The platform scales from small marketing teams to enterprise organizations without proportional increases in system complexity. Outcome: Marketing Hub enables marketers to save valuable time, provide personalized experiences that attract and convert the right customers at scale, and keep data at the center of everything they do– all while scaling their company, not complexity.

## HubSpot Marketing Hub Reviews
 ### 1. HubSpot Marketing Hub is the operational backbone for our GTM automation and growth systems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub is extremely powerful as a central GTM operations layer. As someone running growth systems and AI-driven outbound programs, what stands out is how flexible the platform is for orchestrating workflows, signals, and integrations.

The workflow engine is one of the biggest strengths. We use it to automate lead routing, lifecycle stage management, enrichment triggers, and campaign attribution. Combined with custom properties and lists, it makes it possible to build fairly sophisticated automation without needing heavy engineering resources.

The ecosystem and integrations are also excellent. It connects cleanly with tools like Clay, CommonRoom, enrichment providers, and outbound platforms. This makes it much easier to build multi-signal growth systems and connect marketing activity with sales workflows.

Another major benefit is how marketing, sales, and product signals can live in the same system. That shared data layer helps teams move faster and keeps reporting consistent across the GTM org.

Overall it strikes a good balance between power and usability - marketers can operate it day to day, while GTM engineers can still build more advanced automation and integrations.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

As you start pushing HubSpot into more advanced GTM automation use cases, a few limitations become more noticeable.

The workflow engine, while powerful, can become difficult to manage at scale. When you have many automation flows running across different teams, debugging and maintaining them can get complex. Better observability and dependency mapping between workflows would help a lot.

Some of the more advanced capabilities - like custom behavioral scoring, attribution modeling, or deep data transformations - still require workarounds or external tooling.

Pricing can also scale quickly once you start using multiple hubs or need higher contact tiers, which can make experimentation more expensive for growing teams.

Finally, while integrations are generally strong, certain APIs and sync behaviors can sometimes lag or require careful monitoring when you’re running high-volume automation.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us centralize our entire go-to-market data and automation layer.

We use it to:
	•	Manage lifecycle stages across marketing and sales
	•	Automate lead routing and qualification
	•	Run campaign attribution and performance reporting
	•	Trigger workflows based on product, marketing, and enrichment signals
	•	Sync data across our outbound and enrichment stack

The biggest benefit is operational speed. Instead of building everything from scratch, we can launch and iterate on new growth systems quickly - whether that’s outbound experiments, lead scoring models, or multi-channel campaigns.

It also helps keep marketing and sales aligned because everything runs on the same underlying data model.

For teams building modern GTM engines with automation and multiple tools in the stack, HubSpot acts as a reliable core system that ties everything together.

 ### 2. Easy onboarding and a strong all-in-one tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It's straight forward and easy to set up from scratch. I also found that it helps create a workflow if you don't already have one or if you have something that's overly complex. The price could be better. For a very small business it's impossible to afford the enterprise rates and we could really make use of the custom fields (that are expensive!) to help integrate all the other systems we have

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The high cost of some features makes it difficult for small businesses that are looking to scale up to afford it. We're consolidating multiple tools into HubSpot and have found that custom fields would be very useful as we have 12 years worth of history trying to migrate but can't really justify the cost of an enterprise license for only 15 active users.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a good tool that helps our sales, support, marketing and product teams consolidate everything in just one place. It has an intuitive interface with a gentle learning curve which makes onboarding easy especially for those teams where staff churn seems to be higher

 ### 3. One Admin, Seven Channels, Zero Leads Lost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The workflow engine is the backbone of our entire operation. I'm the sole Marketing Ops admin running automations across seven demand channels lead capture, routing, SDR assignment, post-event processing all without engineering support. One person, full lifecycle, zero lead leakage.
The Design Manager is the other standout. No dedicated designer on the team, but the modular template system lets me build and scale campaign assets across three industry verticals without a bottleneck on every launch.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Cross-platform sync with Salesforce still requires more manual oversight than it should. When you're running marketing workflows in HubSpot and CRM operations in Salesforce, the integration works but it's not set-and-forget. Field mapping edge cases, sync delays, and the occasional silent failure mean you're still auditing regularly to make sure nothing fell through.
The other pain point is reporting depth. Dashboards are great for surface-level visibility, but the moment you need granular, multi-touch attribution or want to slice pipeline data the way Salesforce lets you, you hit a ceiling. For a platform at the Enterprise tier, I'd expect more flexibility there.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets one person run the full marketing automation infrastructure for a multi-vertical B2B company without a dedicated ops team. Every lead from every channel paid, organic, events, referrals, and partnerships gets captured, qualified, routed, and handed to Sales through workflows I built and maintain in HubSpot. No leads lost, no manual handoffs, no engineering dependency. For a company scaling across three industry verticals with a lean marketing team, that's the difference between a functioning pipeline and a leaky one.

 ### 4. Intuitive Features, Needs Faster Load Times

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Slim B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for its features and user-friendly interface. It offers historical traceability, allowing me to see my last meetings, notes, and attendees, which helps reduce note-taking and organizes my work seamlessly. I appreciate the ease of access to tools like email history, shared files, and notes, which significantly contribute to my daily tasks. The friendliness of the UI is a big plus, as it is simple and not too bulky or overloaded. The initial setup was straightforward—I could log in and start working without getting lost.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes it feels slow, it takes some time to load. It misses the automation between Outlook and HubSpot; I have to always manually check it, it is not reliable. When I'm in a rush, I would prefer if things loaded a bit faster, but it's not a blocking element, just frustrating to experience slowness.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with historical traceability, letting me see meetings, notes, and attendees, which reduces note-taking and organizes my work seamlessly.

 ### 5. Intuitive and Easy to Use—Everything in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacoby K. | Account Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that everything is very intuitive and easy to use. It is also cool that everything is pretty much in once place

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

it seems like by default people who submit a non marketing form are added to hubspot as marketing contacts. This is annoying because it is already set up where you automatically go over the marketing cap if you accidently do it. This has happened a couple of times with clients

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sending marketing emails, connecting social media, connecting paids ads and creating campaigns lets my clients do almost everything thourgh marketing hub

 ### 6. Effective Customer Engagement, Needs Workflow Simplicity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan C. | Contributing Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I enjoy the ability to email specific people about specific things and be very intentional with who I'm emailing and what I'm emailing them about. Whether that be expansion or advocacy items.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

For me, I guess the segment creation is a little bit clunky. Even though we are integrating with our CRM, it is a little bit clunky and tough to create segments. And also the workflows section doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. There's too many ways to create branches. And while that's nice for customization, something more easy would be appreciated and especially, like, using maybe AI to create segments would be nice.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves my issue of emailing customers efficiently. I can create segments from our CRM, trigger emails based on thresholds, and communicate about upsell and expansion effortlessly.

 ### 7. Seamless Marketing-to-Sales Handoff With Powerful, Easy Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub has been incredibly valuable for understanding how our marketing efforts connect to real pipeline. As an Account Executive, I love that I can see exactly which campaigns, emails, or content pieces influenced a prospect before they ever talk to me — it gives me amazing context going into conversations. The email automation and segmentation tools are powerful yet easy to use, and the workflows practically run themselves once set up. Everything lives in one place alongside our CRM data, so there's no guessing about where a lead came from or what they've engaged with. It genuinely makes the handoff between marketing and sales seamless, which means I spend less time digging for context and more time actually selling.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The only thing I'd flag is that pricing can scale up quickly as your contact list grows or you need more advanced features — but honestly, the value you get makes it worthwhile. There's also a bit of a learning curve when first exploring all the tools available, though HubSpot Academy and their support resources make it easy to get up to speed quickly.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an Account Executive, one of the biggest challenges is walking into a prospect conversation without enough context. HubSpot Marketing Hub solves that by giving me full visibility into what a prospect has engaged with — which emails they opened, what content they downloaded, and which campaigns brought them in. That context helps me have much more relevant, personalized conversations from the very first touchpoint. It also eliminates the disconnect between marketing and sales that so many teams struggle with. Leads come to me already warmed up and well-attributed, so I'm not wasting time on cold outreach when I don't need to. Overall, it's made my sales process faster, smarter, and a lot more efficient.

 ### 8. Streamlined Marketing with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal S. | Research And Development Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub very useful for managing and streamlining our marketing activities in one place. I appreciate its capabilities for marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and email tracking. The platform excels in lead nurturing and follow-up tasks, saving a significant amount of time while maintaining consistent communication with prospects. I also like the reliable and flexible workflow and automation, which allows me to create personalized customer journeys based on user behavior, improving engagement and lead conversion rates. The initial setup was straightforward, especially for getting started with email campaigns, forms, and basic CRM.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The customization options for certain templates and reports can feel somewhat limited compared to more specialized tools. Creating highly customized workflows or reports requires extra setup or technical knowledge.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage marketing tasks, lead generation, and automation in one place. It solves marketing challenges with CRM data, email marketing, and landing pages. Lead nurturing saves time, and workflows improve engagement and conversion rates.

 ### 9. Challenging Setup, Not Meeting Our Needs

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian G. | Executive Producer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to see all job information in one place and it's easy to search. The search bar and grid view help me the most. With up to 60+ jobs open at any time, it's easy to find the one I want to look at. The grid view sorts projects into stages of completeness, so it's easy to see where any job is at a glance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It seems difficult to attribute a job to a particular client. It is huge and cumbersome and I think what we're using it for is not really what it is made for. If I search for a client when logging a job on behalf of an account manager or sales rep, I'd search the client, for example, Acme NZ Ltd, but there might be Acme Nelson, Acme Bay of Plenty, and others. It seems that it isn't possible to distinguish what someone has added as a lead or a client or whether they're active or not. I tried to use it with email but it wouldn't connect. The initial setup was difficult. It isn't intuitive.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to see all job information in one place that's easy to search, and the grid view sorts projects by stages, making it easy to glance at job statuses.

 ### 10. HubSpot’s Automation and Lead-Gen Tools Are a Game Changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot has been a significant upgrade from our previous email marketing platform. Its capabilities go far beyond basic email marketing, especially when it comes to building integrated lead-generation campaigns. The ability to create landing pages and forms and seamlessly connect everything through automation has been a real game changer for our team.

One of the things I value most is how easy it is to find answers and learn how to accomplish new tasks within the platform. The support resources and knowledge base are second to none. I also appreciate how seamlessly AI tools are integrated into the platform, making it much easier and faster to develop email copy and marketing content.

Another major advantage is the integration with our AMS, which makes list creation incredibly efficient and streamlined. Overall, HubSpot is an intuitive, user-friendly platform that has become extremely valuable to our organization and our marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very strong platform overall, there are a few features I would love to see improved. One would be the ability to make edits to an email after it has been sent, specifically for recipients who have not yet opened the email. This would be incredibly helpful for correcting minor errors or updating information without needing to resend a campaign.

Another improvement would be more flexibility with personalized “from” addresses. It would be helpful to send emails from a personalized name without having to visibly display the sender’s direct email address, or to allow replies to automatically route to a different address, such as a shared help or support team inbox. These enhancements would make email communication even more seamless and professional.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped solve one of the biggest challenges for our team: the ability to make informed, metric-driven marketing decisions. Having access to detailed performance data and reporting allows us to better understand what is working, optimize campaigns more effectively, and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

It has also significantly improved the ease and efficiency of building marketing campaigns, especially for partnerships and outside advertisers. The ability to quickly create landing pages, forms, and automated follow-up campaigns has streamlined our lead-generation process and made it much easier to capture and nurture leads. As a result, we are able to maximize our marketing budget dollars while creating a more seamless experience for both our team and our audience.

 ### 11. Modern, Fast, and Easy to Use—HubSpot Just Works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charley W. | Advanced Call Handler / Helpdesk Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Hubspot is very modern and very fast! Everything links very well and is very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes on the map function, the pindrop location is slightly off, which can make it difficult to complete my work to the best of my ability. This being said, it is really only on the rare occasion that this happens.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lot of central information stored for our clients that we need fast access to, with Hubspot, I can save a lot of time by not having to individually search for schools. This means I can work more efficiently day to day.

 ### 12. How HubSpot Marketing Hub Supports Scalable Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac R. | Sales Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how intuitive it is while still being really powerful. You don’t need to be a marketing ops expert to launch campaigns, build workflows, or track performance. At the same time, the data is there whenever you want to dig deeper, and honestly, the automation saves a ton of time. Once everything is set up properly, it genuinely feels like the platform is doing part of the work for you.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like least is that it can get expensive pretty quickly, especially once you start needing more seats, reporting, or larger contact volumes. Some of the best features sit behind higher tiers, which can be frustrating when you know the platform is capable of more.

Integration is very easy, but implementation sometimes requires additional training. That can make it hard to pull people away from their day-to-day tasks to do the learning. I also wish it were a bit more beginner-friendly, because it affects its frequency of use by regular users in comparison with super admins.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

hubspot marketing hub solves the problem of having marketing spread across too many disconnected tools. by centralizing email, ads, landing pages, forms, automation, and reporting in one platform, it makes campaigns easier to run and results easier to track. that benefits me by giving clear visibility into the full funnel, improving alignment with sales, and saving time through automation, so i can focus more on strategy instead of manual execution.

 ### 13. Intuitive Platform with Comprehensive Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel V. | Marketing & Business Development Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2023

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think HubSpot Marketing Hub is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate having a great support community to help figure out any issues I encounter. Plus, the AI agent is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The only main issue I would say is you can't make everything customizable. There are some limitations within HubSpot, but that also pairs with its easy user ability.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to segment my audience, create workflows connecting with other systems, and target marketing effectively. It helps me track metrics, achieve goals, and maintain good communication with prospects and customers.

 ### 14. Seamless Setup and Intuitive Layout Boost Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the layout of HubSpot Marketing Hub, where deals and tasks are separated. It's also great that you can link companies as a parent or child, which makes life easier. The initial setup was stress-free and pretty seamless. I find it super helpful that it's linked up to my Outlook.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think there could be a bit better at picking up on notes and dates in notes so it comes through as a higher priority. I liked the layout before where you could see notes on the right and details for the site on the left.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me access previous conversation notes and provides warmer leads, making calls more effective. I like how deals and tasks are organized separately, and I can link companies, simplifying my workflow.

 ### 15. Streamlined Content Management with Intuitive Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren S. | Business Development manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub works within our actual HubSpot environment, allowing us to streamline things with just a single entry. It's helpful to have one less platform to manage all the data. I also think the initial setup was pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I guess I wish there was more if there's, like, a quick start guide I could watch, that would be really helpful. Think seeing the, like, hours of training is a little daunting, but I know I need more information.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

 ### 16. Social Media Scheduling Made Easy with Clear Overview and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The social media scheduler is a big help because it lets me plan posts in one place and easily see an overview of everything that’s already scheduled. It’s also really helpful to have a collaborative environment, so I can tag my colleagues in a drafted post and ask them to review it before it goes live.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It is not always intuitive, so sometimes I need to ask for additional help. The AI chat is usually quite helpful.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising everything in one place, while also having access to the CRM at the same time, has been really helpful. From a marketing perspective, it’s great for our team that we only have to go to one place for social media and emailing. Before Hubspot Marketing, we were bouncing between multiple sites, and that quickly became too much to manage.

One of my main responsibilties for HubSpot is sending out newsletters. The amount of information that is accessible is remarkable and I have not yet dived into all the stats.

 ### 17. Intuitive, Agile Marketing Tool That Helps SMBs Act Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie K. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot is intuitive and easy to learn quickly. It also lets me stay agile and act fast on keyword and other business opportunities, and that capability feels second to none among the martech options available to SMBs.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think the data and reporting could be more holistic, and also easier to set up and manage.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot has helped us launch and manage multilingual websites, coordinate global communications, and introduce agile RevOps across the company. As a result, we’ve been able to ramp up our demand gen efforts while better connecting the full RevOps cycle across marketing, sales, and customer success.

 ### 18. Streamlined Client Management with Minor Login Glitch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has great dashboards and automations that help in managing and tracking client information effectively. The dashboards keep everything separate and organized client by client, which is super helpful. The automations are a real time-saver because they handle follow-ups with clients every certain number of days, so I don't have to remember to do it manually. Plus, once you're done with a deal, HubSpot sends automated emails to check on the client and see if there's additional business they can bring to us. This feature is really beneficial.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It logs out every time you want to open it, it'd be great if the session would remain open. It was a bit hard to understand at first because it has many different features.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage and track client information and progress. The dashboards help keep everything organized client by client, and automations assist with timely client follow-ups, saving me from manual tasks.

 ### 19. HubSpot Marketing Hub Makes Campaign Creation Seamless Across Channels

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The thing I like most about HubSpot marketing hub is the integrated nature of all of the different features - using the marketing studio feature to build a campaign, it's so easy to create content for email, social, ads, etc. easily from a single campaign.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

My least favorite thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub would be not having the ability to hide or turn off the AI integration element to everything - as a company like financial services that is very strict on not using AI in copywriting, it would be nice to have the option to hide. (maybe that is an option and I don't even realize it!)

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing Hub is helping us uncover insights into our large prospecting database that we have. Using Lead Scoring, we are able to identify better our "Hot Leads" and target them more specifically.

 ### 20. Easy to Use, Great Connectivity, and Strong Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Ease of use. Connectivity with other tools. Collaboration possibilities both internally and externally. No real onboarding needed as it is fairly easy to use

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

They might want to expand on other ad channels like Reddit and others. Also the price point for some of the higher tiers is hefty.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of centralization. Not being able to execute campaigns at speed and volume. AI that can now also help me execute at greater speed and less time

 ### 21. Streamlined Marketing Processes with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the ease of use and how HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes key marketing activities in a single platform. The intuitive interface reduces the learning curve and makes it simple to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns. This allows me to work more efficiently, focusing on strategy rather than administration. It's also great for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing email marketing, creating and publishing landing pages and forms, automating marketing workflows, segmenting audiences, tracking campaign performance, and generating leads. The initial setup was a breeze, and overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easier to execute and monitor marketing efforts efficiently.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find some of the more advanced marketing automation and reporting features have a learning curve and can take time to configure effectively. Customizing reports and dashboards can also feel limiting without access to higher-tier platforms. I'd appreciate greater flexibility when building complex workflows, like more advanced branching logic, easier workflow debugging, and clearer visibility into why contacts progress through specific automation paths.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing multiple marketing activities by centralizing them, simplifying campaign management, lead generation, email marketing, automation, and reporting. It makes executing and monitoring marketing efforts more efficient.

 ### 22. HubSpot Automation and Dashboards Save Time, with Helpful AI for Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brijesh S. | Sr. Project Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The automation features have saved us a lot of time by reducing manual work, and the reporting dashboards make it easy to understand what's working and where we need to improve. We've also started using some of HubSpot's AI features, which have been helpful for creating content and speeding up routine tasks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is powerful, some advanced features can be expensive for growing businesses. There is also a learning curve when setting up complex workflows and automation. Certain customizations and reporting capabilities may require higher-tier plans to unlock their full potential.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage leads, automate marketing campaigns, and track customer engagement from one platform. This has reduced manual work, improved team productivity, provided better visibility into performance, and helped us nurture prospects more effectively, resulting in better business growth.

 ### 23. Everything in one spot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eileen C. | Web & Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like using HubSpot to place social media posts each week. I use it for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter to place all the messages for a week. I use this tool because I can schedule the entire week of posts at one time.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don't like that if I sort my blogs and open one the go back, I have to resort the list all over again. It doesn't remember that I only wanted to see published posts or whatever. Super annoying and time consuming.

I also wish it was easier to upload social media images directly into a defined folder not just a general open folder with every other image that is uploaded.

I don't know coding. I wish it was easier to create/build the webpages. Things like rounded corner boxes are extremely difficult. Also, even though I have certain fonts used on every page, when I add a new text field, that font is not available in the list.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

It is a product that pretty much does it all.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to post to several social media companies all from one spot. I also like using a program that does more than just social media.

 ### 24. Decent CRM, Needs Better Ticketing and Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub primarily for ticket tracking, which lets me assist customers effectively. I like that I can use email features to track different devices. The direct contact with customers is really convenient, and having access to the customer's contact information in the CRM means I can call them or send emails, and leave notes as needed. It helps in tracking everything related to customer's issues within the portal. I think the integrations with tools like Jira and Slack are pretty cool and helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I guess the only thing is, like, it's manually a CRM, not really a ticketing system. And I wish there was more emphasis on the ticketing side. I feel like for a new user, it can be kinda confusing to learn.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for direct customer contact. It stores customer information, allows calls, emails, leaving notes, and tracking issues within a single portal.

 ### 25. Streamlined Marketing with Effective Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rae W. | Strategist & Manager of Social Media Department , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for content, social landing pages, email, paid campaign management, and as a marketing CRM. I really appreciate the easy automation of workflows and data flows, which simplifies processes and makes things run smoothly. I like how much information is stored as it enhances our ability to keep track of everything necessary. The media library and campaign tagging systems are great, providing really clear organization and attribution, which allows our team to work faster. Plus, setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was fairly easy in terms of account connections.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find the inability to tag users on LinkedIn social posts limiting. Also, the lack of ability to categorize posts and blogs into themes makes it harder to measure unique content pillar performance and understand which topics resonate best with our audience.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub offers easy automation of workflows, centralized reporting for overall marketing performance, clear organization, and attribution through its media library and campaign tagging systems, allowing our team to work faster.

 ### 26. Streamlines Marketing Efforts, But Costs Can Add Up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve O. | Sr. Director of Product Marketing

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub consolidates everything into one place, allowing me to spend my entire day managing all aspects of my marketing easily. I can author messages, design emails and landing pages, and craft forms for tracking information all within HubSpot. I appreciate not needing external connections for things like Google Analytics or my website analytics, as I can access everything directly from within HubSpot. Compared to previous solutions like Nutshell, which were clunky and not functional enough, or Salesforce, which is powerful but overwhelmingly difficult to maintain, HubSpot is smooth and easy to understand, with everything I need right there.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Honestly, the only things that I don't love about HubSpot are the cost of marketing contacts and inflexibility in updating some properties that the database considers 'read-only'. Managing tens of thousands of contacts as marketing contacts can easily cost tens of thousands of dollars a month. They can feel a bit steep at times, and sometimes we use outside tools to augment our marketing outreach because it can be done more cheaply in other systems (at a cost of losing some activity insights in HubSpot). Some data fields are also marked as 'read-only', making it difficult to update them via automations and workflows. Other than that, I really like HubSpot for everything else.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies my marketing tasks by centralizing everything, from customer outreach and messaging effectiveness tracking to integrating analytics. It consolidates my day-to-day marketing activities in one spot, making management easy without needing external connections.

 ### 27. Effortlessly Organize and Score Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use. It's so user intuitive with great UI/UX. The lead scoring is superb and shows you exactly how each lead got its score. It's super easy to set up lead scoring and change it if need be. It lets me know when leads are more active than others. The initial setup was so simple.

For someone who is not a creative, the marketing email templates are great for know where text and images go, and the go to sizes for everything. Also, the workflows available for emails are the most advanced I've seen out of any outreach platform.

In terms of integrations, we have it connected directly to our Convertr account. Therefore, there is a seamless flow from when leads are generated to ensuring they are follow-up up on with marketing emails. Therefore, the ROI of HubSpot for us is huge as there is no down time in our lead nurturing.

I have yet to use HubSpot's AI feature Breeze, but it seems helps with account research.

Lastly, HubSpot runs quickly and efficiently. Especially in the workstreams, they are easy to set-up up and do not fail.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Honestly, nothing major. Overall, the platform meets all of my needs. The only thing I wish HubSpot offered is the ability to send outbound emails that aren’t marketing-like and are more geared toward mass email outreach. That’s one downside, since we have to use other platforms for that (i.e., Outreach and Instantly.ai). The good news is those platforms connect very easily with HubSpot.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot helps me keep my contacts and their activity organized. For smaller campaigns, HubSpot can function as both a CRM and an outreach platform, which is essential when we’re running quick, short campaigns. The biggest problem it helps us solve is execution. We benefit from the fact that HubSpot includes all the workflow tools we need for email outreach campaigns—timing, actions based on email opens and clicks (that one is huge), actions based on companies and verticals, and even additional properties.

Another problem it solves for us is being able to quickly review leads coming in from content syndication and then refine and standardize their data through workflows. That, again, helps keep us organized.

 ### 28. Seamless Integrations, Time-Saving AI, and Fast, Accurate Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johan T. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot integrates seamlessly with all our systems. Its functionality saves us many hours each week, especially with the recent AI additions, and the support team is fast and accurate.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Managing leads can be tricky, especially leads from existing customers (and even more so if you use Salesforce as CRM), as there's no inherent lead object (in Marketing Hub pro). Many awesome workflow features are locked behind their Operations Hub, that should be included in Marketing Hub.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us generate and nurture leads at scale, both for new customer acquisition and for engaging existing customers. It saves us time and enables us to do more, which ultimately strengthens and improves our pipeline.

 ### 29. Streamlined Data Integration with HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake D. | Principal Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to extract data for internal BI reporting. I appreciate that HubSpot has taken steps to make data integrations easier for customers, such as supporting an Airbyte connector. This helps reduce the time it takes to build a data pipeline and makes it quicker to access the data I need for custom internal BI reporting.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Not much else to add. Hubspot is a great tool that streamlines our marketing tasks and makes it easier for us to manage our sales funnel.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline data extraction through an Airbyte connector, which reduces the time needed to build data pipelines for internal BI reporting. As a result, we can tailor our internal sales funnel reporting and more easily identify the next campaigns to target.

 ### 30. Efficient, Intuitive, But Upper-Level Tiers Too Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylee B. | Director of Marketing & Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love my ability to import and manipulate contact lists - way better than Mail Chimp or Constant Contact - and I can create beautiful emails and organize files with ease. Their chat customer service is great too. I also find it valuable that I can upload and edit images and documents and use them in my emails and landing pages. The AI search features make it easy to find and organize the images I need. It's easy to see how my various segments are performing in terms of engagement and keep current customers separate from leads and prospects. Additionally, the drag-and-drop email feature and my ability to add branding preferences allow me to easily create on-brand emails that look and perform beautifully. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

We use the Starter version. The next tier up is significantly more expensive - too expensive for our non-profit to afford. I wish though that we could have more advanced automation features in the Starter platform to better tailor the user experience and our communications based on our contacts' preferences and stage in their buyers' journey. That is available with the Professional tier, but we would not use all of the features of the Pro tier and the cost is prohibitive to us for that.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to send customizable, trackable emails and design landing pages without needing coding skills. It helps manage contacts and engagement effectively and allows easy import and segmentation of contacts. I can create on-brand emails, and customer support is excellent.

 ### 31. Comprehensive Tools, But Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is fully developed with all the components necessary for any marketing work. It's great that it has connectivity with many other project management tools for integration, like Mailchimp, Google Suite, and Asana.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Once you take the conversation into Gmail by a team member that's not the original assignee, the conversation thread is not recorded. The interface for replying messages and outgoing with Gmail can have better integration, what we reply in the Gmail platform should also be trackable in HubSpot, not just the initial incoming message. It's easy with the initial setup, but to tweak it and make it work for the sales funnel and marketing components for leads are very technical and not straightforward.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead management, call and email records, assigning team inquiries, and marketing reports. It's fully developed with essential components and integrates well with tools like Mailchimp, Google Suite, and Asana.

 ### 32. Best CRM for Organized, Easy-to-Use Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TJ S. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sales and love how it keeps deals organized while housing our prospect list. It connects great to all other platforms we leverage day after day, making integration seamless. The user experience is easy for us to use, and everything feels like it's in the right spot for a methodical workflow. I appreciate the ability for mass sending emails, integrating with other tools to pull in useful info while prospecting, and the easy ways to look at the total landscape of opportunity. It helps me see where I have been in the prospecting universe. I’d say it's the best CRM I've ever used, especially for SMB and Midmarket orgs. The initial setup was easy peasy!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The spotty functionality at times, but it's so seldom that it happens, and all platforms have those downtimes.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for keeping deals organized, housing our prospect list, connecting with other platforms, sending mass emails, and gaining a comprehensive view of opportunities. It provides a methodical workflow and integrates with other tools to gather useful info while prospecting.

 ### 33. Complete and easy-to-use platform, all in one place.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tito M. | Co-founder & Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find it comprehensive, perhaps even too much so, but still easy to use. On a single platform, I have everything I need. The performance is top-notch and, for what it costs, the return is excellent for me. When I needed it, customer support was very quick to respond to my questions. Breeze, the AI, integrates perfectly with Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I have not encountered any disadvantage: once the philosophy behind it is understood, everything becomes really very intuitive.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have the management of email marketing, social media, and ads on a single platform. Everything is integrated with the CRM and other functions, so I can have a more organized and centralized view of activities.

 ### 34. Helpful tools for marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav S. | Salesforce Email Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it brings everything into one place, which makes daily work much easier. Instead of switching between different tools, I can manage contacts, create email campaigns, and track performance from a single dashboard.

The interface is simple to understand, so even while learning, I was able to set up basic campaigns and workflows without much confusion. The email and automation features are especially helpful because they allow step-by-step setup, which saves time in day-to-day tasks.

The dashboard also gives a clear view of campaign performance, so it becomes easier to understand what is working and where improvements are needed. This helps in making better decisions instead of guessing.

Another good part is their learning resources, which are quite useful for beginners trying to explore different features.

Overall, it has made marketing work more organized and reduced a lot of manual effort in managing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing I didn’t like much is that some features feel a bit confusing in the beginning, especially when trying to set up automation or detailed reports. It takes some time to properly understand where everything is and how it works.

Also, pricing can be a concern as you start exploring advanced features, because many useful options are not available in basic plans.

Sometimes the platform feels slightly overwhelming with too many options, especially for someone who is still new.

Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but there is definitely a learning curve and cost factor to consider.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using HubSpot Marketing Hub, it was difficult to manage everything properly. Contacts, campaigns, and performance tracking were all in different places, which made things confusing and time-consuming.

With HubSpot, everything comes in one place, so it becomes much easier to handle marketing work. I can see contact details, run email campaigns, and check performance without switching tools again and again.

It also helps in reducing manual work because some processes can be automated, which saves time and effort. Overall, it makes things more organized and easier to manage on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I do not dislike anything, I just recently started using it so I am not super familiar yet.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot bridges the gap between team members by allowing for workflows to be seamless and communications to be clear.

 ### 36. Streamlined Marketing Automation with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has a robust CRM and lets me store unlimited contacts. The tool also continually adds new features, which is great. I appreciate the support and resources they provide. It's user friendly while remaining powerful. I find that it makes automating marketing tasks much more manageable and organized, and it integrates smoothly with their CRM, content, and sales tools, keeping everything neat and organized for our company. It helps me complete tasks efficiently without constantly switching between tools, and it removes a lot of manual tasks from my workload. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, and they do a good job of providing help and support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I do wish they integrated with Microsoft Ads.

 ### 37. All-in-One CRM, Email & Automation with an Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaetano R. | Head of global digital marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I love most is the all-in-one nature of the platform. Having the CRM, email marketing, and automation workflows perfectly integrated saves us an incredible amount of time. The user interface is extremely intuitive, making it easy for new team members to get up to speed without extensive training. The segmentation capabilities are also top-notch

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The pricing structure can be a bit steep as the contact database grows, which might be challenging for smaller businesses. Additionally, some of the more advanced reporting features are locked behind the Enterprise tier. I would also like to see more flexible options for managing duplicate contacts without manual intervention

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot has solved our data fragmentation issues. Before using it, our marketing and sales data were scattered across different tools. Now, we have a clear view of the entire customer journey. This centralization has improved our lead nurturing process and allowed us to automate repetitive tasks, resulting in a higher conversion rate and better alignment between our marketing and sales team

 ### 38. Efficient CRM Integration with User-Friendly Automation

I also appreciate how it helps with being more efficient with all my templates and things, as it keeps everything in one area and it makes it easier for me to see and track.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Nothing off the top of my head right now, but maybe just, like, updating the UI on it, like, just finding more efficient workflows, like having buttons in certain places, that could help with giving me more optionality as a user.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me be more efficient by automating tasks and integrating with my CRM, so all my information is in one space. It makes it easier to manage templates and track everything.

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to incorporate, allowing me to maintain all my contacts in one spot and continuously add on at any time. It's been very effective in terms of putting all information in one spot so I have access. The marketing hub makes it easier as I can just hit one button and translate all communication in terms of email, phone number, and customer information in one area, then maintain it much better. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, with no issues at all, and I could just hit one button on the website and automatically link to HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Well, I like to be able to use it on all apparatuses across the board.

 ### 40. HubSpot Marketing Hub Keeps Deals and Client Info Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari P. | RFX Sourcer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very helpful tool that allows me to keep everything in one place. I use it daily to manage all my deal opportunities and store client contact information. It helps me stay updated on my clients and track the progress of each deal easily.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it is a paid platform, and users cannot access most features without a subscription. The cost increases with each tier, which may not be affordable for everyone, especially small businesses or individual users.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing solves the problem of organizing all the content, deals, emails, and contacts in one place. It helps me stay updated on deal progress and easily track communication with clients. With manual stage setting and task management features, I can update my tasks and receive email notifications.

 ### 41. Effective Contact Management, Needs Better Email Customization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shweta v. | Digital Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email campaigns and ABM campaigns. I appreciate the good contact management features, as I can manage all the contact information very well with great filters. The website form area is also good, allowing integration with HubSpot so that I can track form fill-out details directly in HubSpot. The LinkedIn integration is fine and it automatically fetches LinkedIn profile information, which is mostly accurate.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The Email Function is not working for me. When I send marketing email campaigns, it shows users my email as a big, whole image, not text. So the likelihood of getting it read is missing out. In Marketing Campaigns, allow me to customize my email according to my liking. It should not appear as a big image. It should look like a simple normal email sent from Gmail or Outlook.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub lets me link website forms to marketing emails and manage contact information well with great filters. LinkedIn integration automatically fetches profiles accurately.

 ### 42. Marketing, Design & Lead Nurturing All in One!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cressy T. | Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist , Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2020

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The pop-up builder is one of the best integrations through HubSpot. It's very hard to set one up through our sites backend and we always use this feature. The insight on landing pages and campaigns through HubSpot analytics is so great. Easy to read, edit, and track.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The AI Agents weren't incredibly helpful for our team but that could be due to our business type. I think once AI gets a bit smarter, this could be handy.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

I recommend this product to small and large teams who want to mange land pages, lead nurturing and stats all in one user friendly app. Our team - all with different titles - is able to come together on HubSpot topics. We can all have a part in our pages designs, workflows and we feel like each one of us has a handle on our the final product. It's also a great way to collaborate across positions.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are updating and making our landing pages more lead nurturing and modernized. Our team was able to work with a HubSpot rep who has helped us with industry best practices. Her connection and meetings really seemed to help point us in a direction.

There was a small issue the other day that we were able to solve over the phone with someone from customer service - after an hour long call, he lead us to a solution - he was so patient.

I've found the resources online are thorough, customer service is quick and approachable plus once inside the landing pages they are very user friendly. Troubleshooting problems doesn't take long.

 ### 43. Comprehensive Features But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignatius L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has almost everything I need, making task assignment within it pretty easy to manage and track. I appreciate the built-in ability to make calls and schedule appointments directly. It's really handy not having to share credentials across various platforms because everything's all in one place. Plus, the Breeze AI helps with tasks even if I haven't done them before, saving me from needing support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Breeze AI is still not as advanced as it should be. Sometimes it doesn't give correct answers. There's a very huge learning curve to HubSpot. Sometimes the workflows just fail, and we have to turn them off. Workflows can also create duplicates, which is a big problem.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps everything in one place, making it easy to manage CRM, billing, and tickets. It streamlines task assignments and tracking, allows calls and appointment bookings directly, and supports external marketing efforts without credential sharing.

 ### 44. Effortless Social Media Management and CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub easy to use, and having used it for many years, I’m pretty well aware of its features. I really like the buyer intent signals, as they allow me to leverage contacts who are on the site and manage outreach efforts effectively. I also appreciate how everything is kind of together in one place, helping me manage contacts, accounts, and deals efficiently. This integration helps keep everything organized, especially since our sales team works within the system as well.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I wish I could have a better way to create the landing pages. An experience like Unbounce.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to preschedule social media posts and create landing pages for targeting. It consolidates my CRM, keeping my contacts, accounts, and deals organized. Our sales team and I work in it together, making it easy to manage everything in one place.

 ### 45. Read the small print carefully or regret for years!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Honestly, nothing good to say. The application works OKish, but the nightmare of dealing with their support and unreasonable terms have made our lives miserable! The three year lock-in is totally unreasonable and unbearable!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Requires a lot of time and resources, not worth the effort for a small company. If you make a mistake of upgrading to a paid subscription you are locked in for two years and if you missed an "alert" in lots of salesy emails you are locked in for another year at substantially increased price! totally unfair and unacceptable!

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was not helpful at all! Just didn't have the resources to make it work!

 ### 46. Keeps Me Organized, Easy Setup, Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyric C. | Sales Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about Hubspot marketing is how everything is centralized. You can manage campaigns, track leads, automate follow-ups, and see performance all in one place, which makes it a lot easier to connect marketing efforts directly to results.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One downside is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There's a lot of functionality, so getting everything fully set up and optimized takes time, especially if you're trying to use it across multiple teams

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps me updated with information, helps me stay organized with my clients, and lets me add notes. It automatically sends emails and allows easy pipeline review.

 ### 47. Easy Native Integrations and Strong Funnel Conversion Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor A. | Paid Media manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Ease of native data integrations across different marketing platforms and lead tracking. Funnel funnel vision and converison reporting for google ads

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Meta ads integration still seems unreliable; with errors caused by image sizes affeciton lead tracking and difference in number of reported conversions. Cost for using Customer audiences from. the contacts is expensive due to the charge of these as "Marketing Leads".

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Source Attribution and funnel managment

 ### 48. Versatile, Highly Customizable Tool, but needs some more flexibility in some aspects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Lots of versatile tools and high customization allows for more flexibility on how the tool can be used.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The email templates are great, but creating custom modules takes a lot more effort than I'd like. I also dislike how the layout breaks if there's a decrease in length of text in emails. It makes the overall email look very unprofessional.
I wasn't too happy with the AI generated blogs. They seemed extremely generic and not something that actually added value. Some features seem to make the platform a little more rigid.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly used email section and did email marketing. I like how it gives a detailed health score and report. The metrics help me quickly guague how my emails are doing.
I also like the lead scoring mechanism. It really takes the effort out of manually having to identify leads

 ### 49. Robust All-in-One Marketing & Sales Automation for Startups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia P. | CEO and Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Hubspot is a very robust marketing and sales tool, perfectly suited for a start-up that needs to get its marketing automation up and running. The ease of use and integration in setting up this platform makes it optimal to create your website and landing pages, while also assisting you aligning your social media posts so they stay on brand and message. The sales team will appreciate the ability to track leads and opportunities in the CRM as they come in, and to build nurture sequences that keep them in front of potential customers in a timely, consistent way.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Like most marketing automation tools, these platforms come with a lot of dashboards and features. Taking the time to decide what’s truly “mission critical” versus what can wait until later can save you a lot of time and money. I’d focus on the bare minimum needed to get up and running, and then add other features only when you actually need them to expand your reach.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have a lower cost system helps with a tight budget if you are just standing up a start-up. It's easy to use and allows for deployment that is manageable with a smaller team.

 ### 50. Great all-in-one workflows, but tracking and filtering level features need improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib H. | Marketing Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It’s a consolidated tool where you can handle multiple activities in one place, for example, building forms and connecting those forms to emails through quick, simple workflows. You can also assign those items to the right contact owners and receive Slack updates. Overall, these features help keep everyone up to date.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Tracking is a huge gap in these features. Whether it’s tracking form drop-off or filtering form traffic, HubSpot only provides very general details. For example, it shows how many visitors are viewing the form and how many converted, but there’s a big gap when it comes to filtering traffic region-wise or understanding field-level behavior, like how many people start filling out fields versus not entering anything at all. This kind of flexibility isn’t available to developers either, so we can’t make the necessary alterations on our end.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the biggest problem HubSpot Marketing Hub solves for us is fragmentation.

Before HubSpot, our data and workflows were spread across multiple tools, forms in one place, emails in another, landing pages somewhere else, and reporting stitched together manually. That made it difficult to get a complete view of the funnel and even harder to act quickly.

With HubSpot, everything is consolidated into one system. Traffic, forms, emails, landing pages, and campaigns all live together, and every interaction is tied back to a single contact record. This means Marketing and Sales are working off the same data instead of parallel systems.

There are a few scenarios where this consolidation has clearly helped us. When lead quality declined, we were able to trace the journey end-to-end—from first-touch source to form submission to SQL and deal outcome, without switching tools. That allowed us to quickly identify underperforming campaigns and adjust targeting.

For campaign analysis, HubSpot enables us to view spend, leads, and pipeline impact together, rather than manually reconciling data from different platforms. This significantly reduced manual reporting effort and improved data accuracy.

From an operational standpoint, workflows have helped us standardize lead routing, follow-ups, and suppression logic, ensuring leads are acted on promptly and consistently. It has also improved collaboration between teams, Marketing has visibility into post-handoff performance, and Sales has full context on a prospect’s engagement history before the first conversation.

Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub benefits us by providing a single source of truth, faster insights, and smoother execution. Instead of spending time connecting data points, we can focus on improving performance and decision-making.
