Between the automations feature, the new scheduling feature and the tasks feature, it's hard for anything to slip through the cracks! HoneyBook is very easy to use on the backend and is also a very intuitive experience for my clients. I am a wedding and event florist and utilize HoneyBook for every part of the booking process- from inquiry to signing the contract and accepting payment. It leads both myself and the client through that process very seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about HoneyBook? I do wish there was an option to put the credit card fees on the invoice. It took me a few months to realize that about 4% of what I collected from my clients went to processing fees. As soon as I realized this, I've been manually calculating that number and putting it on the invoice. I would love if HoneyBook had an option that calculated this number for you so you could put it on then invoice if you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
