What do you like best about HireAra?

I like the speed at which it can format a CV and create a candidate profile. Customer support is always readily available and it's very easy to use. The fact you can add a CV, your own candidate notes and a call transcript, plus a role you are working gives you everything you need to match the right candidate with the right role. "Essential tech for the modern recruiter"

What do you like best about HireAra?

Gone are the days of manually wrestling with the ridiculous way's people format documents that can sometimes take up to 30 minutes and are now done in 5 minutes, with consistent professional branding, the ability to spellcheck and easily adapt the document in real time, not to mention a personal favourite feature with the ability to import call transcripts in order to get an AI generated candidate summary adding more detail than you ever could in less time. What do you dislike about HireAra?

What problems is HireAra solving and how is that benefiting you?

Where do I start, I have had numerous wins since we started using HIREARA a couple of years ago. One of the most recent wins was a brand new client who I had cold-called and they had told me they had just finalised their PSL down to 4 agencies and there was no more room. I managed to convince them I had a strong candidate who might change their mind, their first feedback was that they liked the way I presented my candidate and were happy to receive more from me. The tables within HireAra can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when trying to adjust layouts or align content. More complex CV formats aren’t always easy to replicate using the current template system, which can slow things down when dealing with niche or senior-level roles. Formatting and presenting CVs is one of the least enjoyable and yet most important parts of recruitment. In over a decade of recruitment I dread to think how much time I've spent retyping parts of a CV, trying to sort out columns and boxes, or copy & pasting. I love that HireAra saves me time and headaches by doing away with all of that. I can just focus on making sure the great candidate I've found looks great on paper to the client.
