I like the speed at which it can format a CV and create a candidate profile. Customer support is always readily available and it's very easy to use. The fact you can add a CV, your own candidate notes and a call transcript, plus a role you are working gives you everything you need to match the right candidate with the right role. Gone are the days of manually wrestling with the ridiculous way's people format documents that can sometimes take up to 30 minutes and are now done in 5 minutes, with consistent professional branding, the ability to spellcheck and easily adapt the document in real time, not to mention a personal favourite feature with the ability to import call transcripts in order to get an AI generated candidate summary adding more detail than you ever could in less time. The tables within HireAra can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when trying to adjust layouts or align content. More complex CV formats aren’t always easy to replicate using the current template system, which can slow things down when dealing with niche or senior-level roles.
