Gone are the days of manually wrestling with the ridiculous way's people format documents that can sometimes take up to 30 minutes and are now done in 5 minutes, with consistent professional branding, the ability to spellcheck and easily adapt the document in real time, not to mention a personal favourite feature with the ability to import call transcripts in order to get an AI generated candidate summary adding more detail than you ever could in less time. One of the most recent wins was a brand new client who I had cold-called and they had told me they had just finalised their PSL down to 4 agencies and there was no more room. I managed to convince them I had a strong candidate who might change their mind, their first feedback was that they liked the way I presented my candidate and were happy to receive more from me.
