**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

The overall interface. The application looks like a social network, but with all the information related to work easily accessible and in a more appealing way, without having that basic and outdated appearance that many HR tools have. Given its similarity to a social network and its ease of use, it is easier to access more frequently and check company communications and our personal data. Regarding "Ease of Implementation", "Customer Support" and "Ease of Integration", I have no experience with these, so I can't give my opinion on that.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

So far, during my experience with the app, I haven't identified anything that I didn't like. It has everything I need and is easy to access.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

HiBob is a super intuitive and user-friendly app that makes managing HR tasks so much easier. I love how it centralizes all the important information in one place—whether it's team updates, time off requests, or personal details, everything is right at your fingertips. Being able to access it from anywhere is a huge plus, especially when you're on the go. Approving requests, checking updates, and staying in the loop with your team's changes is seamless. It's a real time-saver and a great tool for staying connected and informed. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

The only limitation I’ve encountered so far is that some bulk actions—specifically needed for our work model—aren’t available yet. That said, HiBob still adapts very well to most work models and company needs.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HiBob to keep track of our time off, send messages or congratulations to team members, and manage performance reviews. It’s made all of these tasks feel simple and organized, which really helps streamline day-to-day work.

Good tool to store recruitment records. Good messenger app within team. Awesome organisational structure visualization that works good for decision flow.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

No scheduled birthday greetings to cheer during non business days. Time tracker needs location attendance to avoid listing of persong who sits off site. Good to add payrol functionality with per international location specifics. Good to have  VoIP of call function integration.

We track our employees records within it and use for engagement and activity announcements. Visualise hierarchy and org structure.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

What I loved best about HiBob is that I can view my team hierarchy in a single view, without going through my managers to their respective managers, and can also request time off with a single click by selecting days, and it is submitted in seconds. Also, the notifications we get on timely updates from the manager and HR.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

The docs section would be more interactive, rather than going into a nested folder to view the exact doc.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The last HRIS system, we had to go to my profile section to view my applied timeoff and requests. However, in HiBob I can view my timeoff and requests in one click and it makes my work easy as an employee to apply my time attendance.

My work at We Are Meta is remote-first, so it is great to have everything in one place with HiBob. I can see updates, see the profiles of my coworkers, manage my documents and leaves etc. and keep up with company news and important information.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I've only been with We Are Meta for a bit more than 6 months, so I haven't had to manage a lot of things on the platform yet, So far I don't see any issues or need for improvement. Keep up the great work :)

Smooth on-boarding experience, all documents in one place, good way to engage with a company in a remote-first setting, easily manage leaves etc.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

Without a doubt, what I like most about HiBob is that it is a product that is constantly developing to find the best solutions for its customers. The way they are constantly developing their features based on the understanding and feedback from their customers is very valuable. The constant search to add value is one of their pillars.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

One room for improvement I see in HiBob's features is to make the features more scalable, there are still steps that need to be done manually and individually and it's a pain point on that side. And, another aspect that could be addressed is the Dashboard section which is still very structured, with no space to customise the info and encourage more analysis.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At HiBob we are looking to unify all the HR processes we have in the company as it is the platform where we run sensitive events such as Performance Reviews and Pay Reviews. Also, it is our main source of information for our team, which means it is the elementary input for further analysis.

We are having challenges with the Hiring --> Core flow and Hiring functionality.  We have shared these frustrations with our Hibob team already.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

What I like best about HiBob is how intuitive and customizable it is. It’s user-friendly for both HR teams and employees, which is why we selected HiBob in the first place.  I also appreciate the flexibility it offers in setting up tasks, flows and reports - it allows us to tailor the platform to our specific processes without needing complex workarounds or additional systems. Plus, the integration options and automation features save a lot of time on administrative tasks and help maintain data accuracy.

I also appreciate how proactive the product team is with releasing updates. They're listening to user feedback and continuously improving the platform, which makes a big difference in keeping the tool aligned with our needs.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

I'm not a fan of some modules within the Talent Hub - specifically the surveys and 1-on-1s - because they aren’t fully usable for our needs. The functionality feels quite limited and doesn’t offer the flexibility or structure we’d expect to support our performance and engagement processes, as well as the employee lifecycle, effectively. Because of that, we’ve had to manage some of those workflows outside the system, which adds extra steps and reduces overall efficiency. (using Culture Amp for exit survey, engagement survey, shoutouts and 1-on-1s)

That said, I’m hopeful improvements will come, especially since the product team has been so proactive in releasing updates and gathering feedback.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob is helping us centralize and streamline our core HR operations—from employee records and org charts to time off, compensation changes, and performance tracking. Having all this information in one place has significantly reduced manual work and made processes much more efficient and consistent across the company.

The ability to customize workflows, automate approvals, and pull data quickly has been a big benefit for both day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Ease of use, as an admin, it's easy to use, intuitive. 
It has many features which help us manage customers and provide good customer support

Overall HiBob is a great HRIS and we are happy to be part of the HiBob community. We know the HiBob team works hard to deliver a great HRIS and we look forward to the Q3 update release!

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Some areas we have noticed need some work, such as fixing the issues with the recently implemented Task folders and permissions. It did bring some wins to our team, but we had higher hopes with more in-depth functionality which was lacking.

There are also some general bugs which appears after the Feb/March updates, these have been documented and tickets opened with HiBob support, but these are little things that shouldn't break or removed after an update when it's something our team needs to perform our day to day tasks.

HiBob solved many issues we had with our old HRIS software. The software is innovative and works nicely. It has helped us with our Time off and Attendance. Onboarding is now a breeze thanks to intuitive the Onboarding process is from within HiBob.

Recently implemented Time Off in bob, we love it, however - if edits are made the sync to google calendar only happens periodically - I'd prefer that it happen in real time.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Some features, tables, etc aren't able to be as customized as we'd like. Bulk Uploads are difficult because if something doesn't carry over - it doesn't tell you exactly what worked and what didn't.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

We appreciate the numerous features that this software provides, as it efficiently meets most of our HR requirements. From something as rudimentary as an employee professional history to peer and performance review cycles, everything is easily accessible and quick to set up. We also enjoy the different approval flows we've implemented and task lists we trigger automatically when necessary. 
It bears mentioning that their support team is fast and answers our queries in no time.
It is an all-in-one treat!

I can't find anything that I dislike at this stage.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all employee data in one place and is easily accessible.
It gives us a platform for our review cycles, our onboarding and offboarding processes, easy approval flows for change requests, and enables easy time-off management.
It also gives us an excellent reporting method for our employee data and a way to sign digital documents with a couple of clicks.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

HiBob is helpful for a couple reasons. I use it all the time to look at org structure and to even keep myself informed on start dates or job titles of colleagues. It's a helpful resource that I checkin with regularly for that sort of info. I also like the review section. It keeps things organized, isn't overly complex, and allows me to both keep track of my own reviews, my direct report reviews and reviews I need to give. Same with compensation. It's easy to input recommendations and see all the info for benchmarks, history and add in suggested updates. Basically, it's just user friendly and nice to have all this in one place.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

When doing reviews, it drives me nuts you can't extend the review time for someone. I love a deadline, but the lack of flexibility to turn it back on for a single person or open the whole thing back up for an extra day if someone wants to input, but they're behind schedule just means things have to be tracked elsewhere which takes away from the benefit or means more work for a manager to stuff it in somewhere that it's not meant to be tracked.

One place to go to find all HR related things I need. Plus it's user friendly.

- Fragmented Performance Processes: Performance reviews and feedback are centralised in HiBob, so I always know where to find review forms, goals, and feedback cycles. This makes the process feel more structured and transparent, rather than rushed or ad hoc.
- Limited Access to Personal Info & Pay Data:Having access to my own salary details and employment documents in one place saves time and gives me a sense of ownership over my professional profile.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

As a user of HiBob I really enjoy using the platform, from requesting PTO to managing my goals and progress, HiBob is very simple and intuitive to use! 

As a manager of a team HiBob makes it really easy to keep track of my teams goals and progress.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

When booking holiday and the calendar invites come through I can't add my team to them so I have to create a duplicate of it. It's not the biggest issue but having a way for HiBob to share my holiday with the team through a calendar integration would be great

It was my first time using an all-in-one HRIS like HiBob, and so far, the experience has been quite positive. Before HiBob, information about human resources was fragmented and spread around different systems and Google Sheets, which was annoying. Now I can easily find most of the things I need without disturbing our HR.

Currently, I haven't noticed anything critical, which would force me to dislike something about HiBob, so I dislike this fact, lol

Transperency and centralization of data. I can manage many things in one place, like what my bonus is, updating the data about me, what changed in our org chart, recent colleagues/team achievements, when is my colleague's birthday, what are their hobbies, where the colleagues are located etc.

HiBob allows me to submit reviews, book time off and submit important docs plus sign when needed. it's a really useful app that removes the extra steps taken to do these activities. The app is also super easy to navigate and easily integrated into Slack. In general, the ease of the app allows me to use it frequently for tasks.

In the past, logging in was a pain. The app wouldn't let me log in, but it's since been fixed.

**What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?**

There are a few things I really like about HiBob (besides the name of course!). What stands out most is how everything I need is in one place. Whether I’m updating my profile, checking my pay info, or booking time off, it’s all super easy to find and use. The web-app is really well-organised and the interface is clean and minimal. I also like that it goes beyond the basics, it includes things like setting personal goals, viewing my benefits, and tracking performance, which makes it way more useful and personal than just a typical HR system. A feature I really appreciate and use often is the org chart. If I don’t recognise someone or want to see where they sit in the company, I can quickly look them up which is super helpful, especially when working remotely (like myself) or across teams.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Overall my experience with HiBob is pleasant but if I had to pick something it would be that initially it took me a bit of time to get familiar with where everything was. Since there are a lot features I had to spend time clicking around to find stuff. I also have the app on my phone but I rarely use it because I think the website is a lot better, perhaps there could be some improvement in that sense too!

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actually it solves a few things, it allows me to manage/take control of the things that matter to me without having to go back and forth with HR for example planning my PTO, updating personal details and updating my personal goals. It also solves the issue of transparency since it means I am able to see and quickly find people in a growing remote-first company. Finally, it solves the issue of communication since I know who is off on my team and when which means there is no confusion about this. These are all really important factors to my work experience.

The look, the customiseability, tasklists, and ease of use. Customer support is second to none. Reporting is excellent and it is so easy to create a report.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

No major downsides, but some hard-coded functionality may be a little unhelpful, for example second line line managers, which is not really a standard practice, and we had to use custom settings to workaround that which made a set-up just a little more complex. Inability to nudge employees to "read approvals. But other than that I cannot think of anything that stands out as a major dislike.

Automation is the biggest problem that Bob solved for us. We previously worked with multiple trackers and spreadsheets, consuming a lot of the HR Team's time to ensure nothing slips through the net. Bob made things super easy for us.
We were also able to automate our performance review process, streamlining it and ensuring that a consistent approach is used across the organisation. 
Reporting allowed us to produce reports at a click of a button, rather than collecting information manually from a variety of separate sources.

In general, the HR team is now able to spend more time focusing on adding value in other areas, rather than spending hours on admin.

We’ve been using HiBob for a while now, and I have to say it’s one of the most intuitive  tools I’ve used. Submitting time off is super simple. It also shows who’s out of office really clearly, which is great for planning around team availability.

I also really like how easy it is to keep track of everything in one place. The layout is clean and makes sense, so you don’t have to go digging to find what you need.

Overall, it just works well and saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

That said, one of the challenges we’ve run into is adoption. A lot of us are active in Teams and tend to reply to HiBob posts directly in the Teams channel, so there’s not much reason for people to go into HiBob itself. It would make a huge difference if messages or conversations that happen in Teams could sync back into HiBob, so we’re not splitting the engagement between two platforms.

As a remote team, figuring who is going to be OOO and having it post in the teams channel so we can plan accordingly.

The feature that sticks out the most to me are is organisational chart, this offers a nice view to see the structure of the company, especially one where change is constant.

The other feature I like is the PTO features, our company offers a unlimited holiday policy and the integration with Google Calendar is great to keep track of not only my time, but others. 

It has also been nice to do our performance reviews and employee surveys within one platform

I struggle to think of anything that is not done well, for what I use it for as a regular user it has everything I personally need

The two biggest problems that I am seeing HiBob HRIS solve in our company is the org chart feature, it really helps to map out and see who is responsible for what. Previously we tried to track this in platforms such as Notion, but these quickly become out dated.

Pretty intuitive for seeing the Org chart, managing feedback and reviews, and PTO. It's also useful that it has all my benefit details in one place.
I like that I could update personal details there (e.g. address) that were then reflected in other systems.
I don't use it frequently, but when I do it does the job

I have not found the social platform capabilities useful and they are not a useful landing home page - ours barely gets a post a year.
I recently was working on an employee survey in HiBob whilst travelling (and therefore offline); When I came back offline, I lost all my progress.

Easier to manage functions like PTO, employee feedback, org charts and simple employee admin. I am not an administrator of the tool, but it makes it easy to engage with the People team at my org.

Bob has a very easy to use interface and the teams are constantly developing and improving the features. The support and education teams are fantastic and super helpful. I also love the BOB Community portal where we have a lot of interchanging of ideas and tips to help us use Bob better in a practical way.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

It still has some work to do on making some features easier to use, like e-sign templates, and  adjusting timezones for remote workers on 1:1 scheduling that are a little bit annoying.
The cost of adding some of the modules is expensive for small business but we would love to be able to use some of them. 
We would also love a better integration with Insperity - or better still have BOB become a PEO!

Bob is great for our core HR needs, however we would like to be able to benefit from some of the other modules. Bob is a great tool and helps us with time management over different time zones and work sites. It is a great central repository for documents.

It has completely transformed our HR function and makes our jobs so much easier. I find that HiBob is a super easy to use and intuitive platform. The org chart and people directory is extremely helpful to me, especially when I was a new joiner and getting to know the company. Even now, I use it often as a point of reference for management changes, team changes and new joiners - I also appreciate the 'fun' elements of HiBob, namely being able to view the interests and hobbies of your coworkers. I also find it really easy to submit time off and love the ability to view my docs and benefits all in one place.

**What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?**

Personally, I don't use the 'task' tab at all. It's not clear to me what this section is for, and I've never used it.

**What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiBob is great as it empowers me as and employee to easily access my own docs, request leave and change personal details without having to contact my People team.  Since everything is in one place, it's really convenient and allows me to move quickly without going through a lot of red tape.
