"Hexnode made enterprise device management easier"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode is an easy-to-use MDM software where our admins need not require more than a few hours to familiarise the software. The enrollment of devices and deploying policies has been a smooth process. Android and iOs platforms are feature-rich and tracking devices and managing them was made possible from any where by logging in to the portal from any device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

If contradicting policies are applied to the device, there is a fair chance that the device can get locked and inaccessible. Hence extra care must be taken while applying restrictions and knowing the consequences and results beforehand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Solution for Mac"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode is worth the penny we spent. Also, the technical support was one of the best we have received so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Advanced restrictions are available only for the highest subscription plan. It may be unreasonable to expect this, but better distribution of features is suggested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A secure solution for distributed devices"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Location-based groups have benefitted us the most as we could easily manage our branches. Another fantastic attribute is the geo-fencing feature by which we could keep our devices within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Changes in one policy do not default to the other policy’s shared settings. It was a little annoying as we had to do the process again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High quality MDM for 2022"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

I have been juggling through many mdm tools and finally the one suited the best was Hexnode. It is easy to use and enrolling and migrating users and devices has been a piece of cake. Wish all other work related softwares had this easy interface to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

The remote controlling could have been a little more feature-rich for Knox devices like the ability to record the screen. Bringing up a little more features in windows devices would be better as most of the enterprises have PCs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy to use UEM software"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode helped us solve our mobility issues easily and effectively by enabling us to watch and control our devices from a single admin platform. It is a must-have in every growing company that doesn’t want to compromise its security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Though Hexnode wins in most of its race with its competitors due to the value it provides, it still is a ‘just good’ UEM. It can be improved in terms of updations and latency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best customer support"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode has one of the best customer support in the industry. Since we were using a proper UEM for the first time, we were confused initially. But the tech support team helped us with a smooth transition through the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Nothing so far. For beginners, familiarizing themselves with the software could be a little tricky. But I think that goes for any UEM software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best UEM for the price"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode has various amazing features for its price. Managing app catalogue, blacklisting apps, and pushing policies work pretty well in Hexnode. User-friendly layout and wonderful tech support are other plus points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Nothing much as far as we have used, other than glitches that happened a couple of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use MDM"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode is an easy-to-handle MDM that is user-friendly and easy to start. There isn’t muscle hustle-bustle. You can start by just creating the portal and enrolling the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Sometimes, there is a chance of latency issues. Hence, you may require a very good internet connection, especially for the remote view feature on phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fine UEM with multi-platform capabilities"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode works in various platforms including macOS, Windows, iOS, etc. We were looking for this feature, but most of the other UEMs had fewer capabilities compared to Hexnode. It was indeed a worthy purchase owing to its usability and exceptional support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Some necessary features are available only on ultra version. Blacklisting of apps sometimes don’t work properly. We could still install the blacklisted apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best UEM for mac devices"
What do you like best about Hexnode?

Hexnode works in multiple operating systems. However, it works best with mac devices. It has an easy and intuitive interface which is quite beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Hexnode for Windows is mediocre. If there are contradicting features while pushing policies, there is a high chance that the device may get locked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
