What do you like best about Hexnode?

I loved creating different policies in Hexnode for specific requirements. The policy tab had individual sub-sections for different operating systems. I was able to create application groups, security policies as well as conditions for a lockdown mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Not sure if it was a problem with our script but the tool hung a bit while we tried to automate certain troubleshooting steps. It was a one time thing, we did a tweak in our script and it never happened again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hexnode?

Their customer assistance is out of the world. I have never seen a better-equipped support team than that at Hexnode. They are quick, accommodating and extraordinarily skilful. We migrated to Hexnode after facing some technical difficulty from our then-current EMM provider. Hexnode helped us navigate all those issues, better yet, at a significantly better price. What do you dislike about Hexnode?

Hexnode is faster, responsive and apparently cheaper than the EMM solution that I am familiar with. The features are easy to understand, and you have tonnes of documentation to help you through the process. I am happy with the product and have no complaints so far. Hexnode is now our single stop solution for our corporate device management, monitoring and auditing. We use Hexnode to manage the deployment of apps and set up security restrictions on Windows PCs. We are also managing the Android devices of the on-site workers with Hexnode. The configuration is really simple and it works like a charm. What do you like best about Hexnode?

App management in the kiosk mode is one of the best Android features in Hexnode. I can remotely add new apps, remove apps, and update apps without causing any business discontinuity. We are using Hexnode for hands-free app management. The whole process from app deployment to app uninstall is done remotely. Apart from the Store apps, I can install enterprise apps without publicly releasing the app. Another benefit of this process is the silent app installation where the app installs silently on the device without seeking permission from the user. What do you like best about Hexnode?

I am a fan of the remote monitoring and control feature in Hexnode. Most of our employees work remote so support assistance is particularly difficult for me. In some cases, it is nearly impossible to recommend troubleshooting measures without directly inspecting the device, the remote view is perfect the cure for this issue.
