What do you like best about Hexnode?

This syetem is very easy to use and if you ever get stuck the support is amazing, they will talk you through any issues and help you get the results that you are after. It look a while to figure out how to link Apple products but with the support I managed to get it done. Android is really really simple.

I use this quite often, makes tracking lost devices really easy, we have found stolen devices due to this software and having the ability to lock or wipe sensitive information is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

What do you like best about Hexnode?

We are managing around 75 devices with Hexnode and it has been a great experience overall. The platform is pretty intuitive, making implementation a breeze, but if you get stuck support is always right there to help. In most cases support is immediately available over chat, and knowledgable staff are there to guide you to a solution swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hexnode. What do you dislike about Hexnode?

This is no slight against Hexnode whatsoever, as it's really not their fault, but iOS is so much more difficult to use with MDM. We strongly encourage customers to use Android devices, but sometimes they can't be swayed. iOS works. It's just so much more cumbersome than Android. Ironic, considering Apple devices supposedly "just work". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hexnode solving and how is that benefiting you?

We require a high level of security and control on our enrolled devices, and Hexnode meets all of our needs. We are also able to perform over the air password resets when users inevitably forget their passwords. "A straightforward mdm solution."

What do you like best about Hexnode?

I like the simplicity of the product but also that it just works. I dont have to keep trying different approaches or new ways to make it work.

What do you dislike about Hexnode?

The only thing that i initially disliked was that the minimum amount of users that i had to purchase was 15.

Easy to setup

Quick to deploy on mobile devices once setup

The configurations are broken down so granually to the point where it can feel overwelming but this would only effect you when setting up for the first time.

Device management and remote application deployment

We have customers asking us how they can ensure devices they are supplying to the staff remain secure and ensure it is used for business purpose only. "Easy Program to Maintain High Number of Devices"

What do you like best about Hexnode?

Setting up ipads is a breeze. Everything automatically downloads without an apple ID and sets up after we configured the policies. Our company incorporated geofencing to help with theft so it locks up and locates anything that leaves our building. We currently have about 100 devices on hexnode and we are looking at enrolling all ipads we purchase in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
