Some features we initially had were moved into a higher tier cost. To make changes to those features requires us to pay more to get the higher tier access. For every device removal, I'm prompted to complete MFA via email, resulting in a flood of emails (20+ in a short span!) just to complete a single task. This not only wastes time but also creates unnecessary clutter in my inbox. The lack of flexibility in MFA settings is frustrating. There's no option to exempt bulk actions or use a more efficient MFA method. It's like Hexnode's security features are designed to hinder productivity rather than enhance it. That can be frustrating. Pricing: The pricing for this product is too expensive, especially once you start adding technicians. The platform is pretty intuitive, making implementation a breeze, but if you get stuck support is always right there to help. In most cases support is immediately available over chat, and knowledgable staff are there to guide you to a solution swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hexnode. I wish all the platforms we work with were as useful and offered such outstanding support. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** This is no slight against Hexnode whatsoever, as it's really not their fault, but iOS is so much more difficult to use with MDM. We strongly encourage customers to use Android devices, but sometimes they can't be swayed. iOS works. It's just so much more cumbersome than Android. Ironic, considering Apple devices supposedly "just work". **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We require a high level of security and control on our enrolled devices, and Hexnode meets all of our needs. We are also able to perform over the air password resets when users inevitably forget their passwords. I dont have to keep trying different approaches or new ways to make it work. Theres tons of documentation for everything & 24/7 live support. I dont have to send emails and wait for hours. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** The only thing that i initially disliked was that the minimum amount of users that i had to purchase was 15. I needed about 7 clients at the time but i was paying for 15, although that only lasted for two months as of right now i have way over 15 clients. **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to manage over 20 devices and a single time with specific restrictions.
