## Hexnode UEM Reviews
  ### 1. Feature-Rich and Detailed, but a Clunky UI that needs time to get used to

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georges C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Hexnode has a multitude of features, very detailed to each and every platform that you will reply to every IT need

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Having such a wide offer, the UI is a bit weird to manipulate, lots of different interfaces to work around to get your task done and every time you change a policy, you will get this weird transitional window where you cannot do anything else than admire it for what it is

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Safeguarding all my QA test device to my location is a wonderful much needed feature for my team. Moreover, the integration with Apple Business Manager is a dream come true to track everything back to its roots. And having a light agent won't hinder the overall performance of the device installed on it.

  ### 2. Lockdown Tablets with Hexnode UEM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

It lets us lock down what we need to have locked down on our tablets. The UI in setup isn't difficult to navigate. Once the initial setup is complete, it's easy to switch devices between policies.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The tiered cost. Some features we initially had were moved into a higher tier cost. To make changes to those features requires us to pay more to get the higher tier access. If tablets go too long without updating, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Hexnode to get the policy changes to take effect.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps our employees from accessing anything on the tablet that they aren't supposed to. It allows us to set the tablets into a kiosk mode where they only show specific information and sites.

  ### 3. IT Systems Specialist

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** EFraim R. | IT Senior Technician, Consumer Goods, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The user interface is very intuitive, making it easy to become productive quickly, even for administrators who may not be MDM experts. Common tasks such as enrollment, policy creation, and app deployment are straightforward to perform.

The platform offers strong multi-platform support, allowing you to manage iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and tvOS from a single console. This unified approach feels consistent rather than fragmented.

Policy controls are flexible, particularly when it comes to kiosk or lockdown modes and compliance rules. You can achieve a high level of granularity without the setup process becoming cumbersome.

Deployment and onboarding are fast, with device enrollment—especially for Apple ADE and Android Enterprise—being smooth and well-documented.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The reporting and analytics features are quite basic. While the built-in reports function as expected, they lack the customization and depth of insight found in larger UEM platforms. The user interface is generally clean, but there are occasional inconsistencies—some advanced settings can be hard to find, and their behavior may vary slightly between platforms. Automation capabilities are somewhat limited; while it’s possible to automate standard workflows, more advanced or conditional automation, particularly across different platforms, is not as robust as what higher-end tools offer. Management features for macOS and Windows are not as fully developed as those for mobile platforms, which seem to be the main focus. Additionally, although making policy changes is straightforward, tracking changes and rolling them back cleanly is more challenging, as change management and versioning tools are less comprehensive.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing devices across various platforms such as iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows can be quite challenging for companies, particularly when different tools are needed for each operating system. Hexnode addresses this problem by providing a unified console that supports all major platforms, greatly simplifying device management.

Enrolling and onboarding new devices is often a slow and error-prone task when handled manually. Hexnode streamlines this process by offering automated enrollment options like Apple ADE and Android Enterprise, which help accelerate and smooth out device rollouts.

Maintaining consistent security and compliance is difficult without centralized policies, as devices can easily fall out of compliance. Hexnode solves this by enforcing security measures such as restrictions, passcodes, encryption, and regular compliance checks, all managed from a single location.

Distributing apps to each device individually is both inefficient and time-consuming. Hexnode makes app deployment much simpler by enabling silent installations and providing app catalogs, all managed centrally.

Lastly, ensuring that business devices are used securely and strictly for their intended purposes is essential. Hexnode offers features like kiosk mode, lockdown configurations, managed settings, and remote controls, which help companies keep their devices secure and properly configured.

  ### 4. Easy Policy Management and Deployment in a Solid MDM Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo M. | Sysadmin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

It’s easy to manage and deploy policies. Overall, it’s a solid MDM tool.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

What I didn’t like was the disk encryption deployment. It’s a bit difficult to configure on devices, and the setup process feels more complicated than it needs to be.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized management for corporate devices.

  ### 5. Affordable Pricing MDM Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suttapong W. | senior security officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Plans start at $1.08 per device per month for basic MDM and kiosk functionality, with discounts available for annual subscriptions.
Intuitive dashboard and easy-to-manage policies make it simple for administrators to control devices.
Responsive technical support team available to assist with any issues.
Easy to implement as users can enroll their devices via self-enrollment using an installation link.
Datas can be access via API which great for implementations.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I'm extremely disappointed with Hexnode's MFA implementation, particularly when it comes to removing devices in bulk. As an administrator, I need to remove 5-10 devices at a time, and the MFA process becomes a major bottleneck.
For every device removal, I'm prompted to complete MFA via email, resulting in a flood of emails (20+ in a short span!) just to complete a single task. This not only wastes time but also creates unnecessary clutter in my inbox.
The lack of flexibility in MFA settings is frustrating. There's no option to exempt bulk actions or use a more efficient MFA method. It's like Hexnode's security features are designed to hinder productivity rather than enhance it.

That can be frustrating. When device details are only available on the website and not through the API, it can limit automation and integration capabilities.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining device management and security processes
Efficient app distribution and control across devices
Ensuring compliance and enforcing corporate policies
Simplifying device enrollment and provisioning procedures

  ### 6. Hexnode UEM: Easy Setup Across Operating Systems

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Hexnode UEM is really easy to setup regardless of the operating system.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There's been some inconsistent behavior on Windows devices.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to be able to remote into different workspaces to make fixes and Hexnode UEM allows me to do troubleshooting very easily.

  ### 7. Hexnode: Simple and Effective Solution for Device Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The Kiosk Mode function has been a lifesaver for our devices at points of sale. It allows us to restrict access only to the necessary applications, which improves security and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Sometimes, the control panel can seem a bit cluttered if you're not familiar with it, although once you get used to it, it's very efficient.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the IT department in a company with a growing fleet of tablets at its points of sale, we were looking for a solution that would allow us to manage, secure, and configure them centrally.

  ### 8. Tiered Licensing Pushes You to Upgrade Despite Strong Cross-Platform Management

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Hexnode is good because it allows you to manage Mac and PC within the same hub. Many different features. Implementation is decent once you get the hang of the lay out.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The licences are very tiered, unlocking groups of small features at a time which makes you end up subscribing to the highest tier by a certain point. Support is very good.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile device management and tracking.

  ### 9. Hexnode Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vibhor J. | Lead Support, Medical Devices, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

1. UI is very interactive and smooth.
2. Real-time troubleshooting.
3. Hexnode supports various platforms like Android, iOS, Windows, and even tvOS, making it versatile for managing diverse environments.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

1. The action history tab needs improvement in terms of managing the ongoing commands. Sometimes, the commands take longer than usual to execute despite having a strong internet connection.
2. We can't switch to any other actions tab when taking the remote of a device. To do that, we have a create a duplicate tab in the browser. I hope Hexnode should add a pop up window feature.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Hexnode in my organization for remotely managing the Microsoft tablets. We have deployed a few work related applications on the tablet and whenever there is any issue with the tablet, the site reach out to us and we take the remote of it to investigate the issue.
Apart from this, we also manage the policies for the devices. Hexnode is a very helpful tool for real time troubleshooting.

  ### 10. Excellent expience

  ### 11. The best UEM solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

support language brazil - pt-br
2fa to delete devices

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote access

  ### 12. Think again before using Hexnode

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Ability to push apps: Pushing apps outside policies is amazingly simple, and is a feature a lot of MDM's don't have.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Support: Their support teams are absolutely abysmal. They have 0 access to your environment (Great for security, but terrible for supportability).
UI: The UI is not intuitive, feels like they just put items whenever they feel like.
Connectivity: We've only tested iOS, but their iOS connectivity has been extremely reliable. Multiple pushes of a command needs to be sent.
Pricing: The pricing for this product is too expensive, especially once you start adding technicians. It's 2025, stop charging per tech.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hexnode actually causes us more problems than it solves. Does it work? yes. Is it a great solution? Maybe for some.

  ### 13. Probably the best MDM for macOS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romans L. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

A lot of flexibility in control and security of macOS, constantly adding new features and for other platforms as well. And knowledge base is huge, which helps to find answers. And even if you don't find what you're looking for, support will always resolve your issues.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Complex configurations does not always provide intuitive setup processes, and after you finish - you may encounter issues because some nuances were not pinpointed in manual.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not all MDMs in market provide solution for macOS devices, and comparing them - Hexnode provided the most tools to fulfill our needs.

  ### 14. Great experience with Hexnode

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oluwatobi J. | Product Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

As a long-time Hexnode user, I'm extremely satisfied with how it's simplified our device management. The dashboard is intuitive, making it easy to deploy policies across all our company devices. Security features give me peace of mind, and whenever I've had questions, their support team responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The pricing can be quite expensive, especially for smaller teams like ours

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hexnode UEM has completely transformed how we handle our company's mobile device management. Before implementing it, we struggled with inconsistent security policies, time-consuming app distributions, and limited visibility into device usage. Now, I can push updates, configure settings, and enforce security protocols across all devices from one dashboard - saving me countless hours each week. When an employee loses a device, I can remotely lock or wipe it instantly, protecting our sensitive data.

  ### 15. Hexnode is such a great MDM platform that is easy to manage. Support is also very knowledgable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederick Z. | Senior Information Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Their support helps with any issue we have had. They know the ins and outs of their product, which is rare these days. It was easy to set up and configure. It covers our apple and windows based devices and integrates with google workspace. We are in the UI everyday.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Sometimes apple apps prompt for apple ID logins but that seems to be a problem with most mdm's

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important thing the MDM offers is preventing Apple devices from being associated with employee apple ID's.

  ### 16. Strong feature set and competitive pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adnan K. | Co-CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Lots of features and they're worded in a way that's easy for non-technical users to understand (e.g. lock, wipe, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

User interface looks a bit outdated and clunky

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data privacy and security on all company-provided services

  ### 17. Simple and robust MDM solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis R. | Support Desk Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

How much you can set up for your devices. You can keep it simple, or get as granular as you want.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

There can be a delay from when you publish changes to a policy and when the device makes the necessary changed.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can set up tablets to have only the needed applications and functionality for our employees. This prevents unauthorized access to any applications and websites that will not help in da to day functions.

  ### 18. Excellent control and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Buyer / Plant & Transport Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

This syetem is very easy to use and if you ever get stuck the support is amazing, they will talk you through any issues and help you get the results that you are after. It look a while to figure out how to link Apple products but with the support I managed to get it done. Android is really really simple.

I use this quite often, makes tracking lost devices really easy, we have found stolen devices due to this software and having the ability to lock or wipe sensitive information is great.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I don't think there is a downside from what I have found. We have been using this for a couple of years now.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find lost or stolen devices and also being able to install software remotely

  ### 19. Excellent platform with great support! Perfect for our MDM needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

We are managing around 75 devices with Hexnode and it has been a great experience overall. The platform is pretty intuitive, making implementation a breeze, but if you get stuck support is always right there to help. In most cases support is immediately available over chat, and knowledgable staff are there to guide you to a solution swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hexnode. I wish all the platforms we work with were as useful and offered such outstanding support.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

This is no slight against Hexnode whatsoever, as it's really not their fault, but iOS is so much more difficult to use with MDM. We strongly encourage customers to use Android devices, but sometimes they can't be swayed. iOS works. It's just so much more cumbersome than Android. Ironic, considering Apple devices supposedly "just work".

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We require a high level of security and control on our enrolled devices, and Hexnode meets all of our needs. We are also able to perform over the air password resets when users inevitably forget their passwords. We also sometimes use the remote capability to remote in and assist a user with their device, although we don't do that frequently.

  ### 20. A straightforward mdm solution.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | IT Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I like the simplicity of the product but also that it just works. I dont have to keep trying different approaches or new ways to make it work.
Theres tons of documentation for everything & 24/7 live support. I dont have to send emails and wait for hours.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The only thing that i initially disliked was that the minimum amount of users that i had to purchase was 15.
I needed about 7 clients at the time but i was paying for 15, although that only lasted for two months as of right now i have way over 15 clients.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to manage over 20 devices and a single time with specific restrictions. I simply cannot trust my staff to follow specific guidelines & restrictions. So using a mdm solution it just eases my mind that everything will work as intended.

  ### 21. Solid MDM for use with big or small companies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy M. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The setup and Support were great. Good tool, easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

They are feature light. There are certain things we'd like to see evolve in to the product which simple are not there yet.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We added iPads to our Warehouses and needed a good tool to monitor them as Microsoft Intune fell short.

  ### 22. This software is a game changer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony H. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Using configuration profiles I can give employees as much or as little control over which apps they install on their company phone.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

It can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning trying to figure out how to use the software. There are so many different menus and options it takes a while to learn everything.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using the software, when employees would leave and their phone was locked, I couldn't do anything about it. Now I can wipe the phone clean and start fresh even if I don't have the passwords.

  ### 23. Easy to use application to configure and secure devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhav K. | IT Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Easy to setup
Quick to deploy on mobile devices once setup
If done correctly it automatically configures the device with all apps with minimal user interation

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The configurations are broken down so granually to the point where it can feel overwelming but this would only effect you when setting up for the first time.
They also have a good support team to help with any confusion.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device management and remote application deployment

We have customers asking us how they can ensure devices they are supplying to the staff remain secure and ensure it is used for business purpose only. Hexnode locks the device down so it can only be used by the user based on the business requirement and not have personal apps isntalled on them.

  ### 24. Hexnode UEM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel S. | information systems manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

I love the flexibility of policies that an admin has when it comes to managing different devices under one platform, which leads to overall ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Not necessarily that I dislike, but I feel the Kiosk settings could be revamped and enhanced slightly more to make better use of this feature.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to monitor all of our devices both mobile and others. We are able to cut down on other costs because of the tools and features Hexnode offers.

  ### 25. Easy Program to Maintain High Number of Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Director of IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Setting up ipads is a breeze. Everything automatically downloads without an apple ID and sets up after we configured the policies. Our company incorporated geofencing to help with theft so it locks up and locates anything that leaves our building. We currently have about 100 devices on hexnode and we are looking at enrolling all ipads we purchase in the future.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

We have had some issues where the policy gets lost, the computer loses internet connection, and it has been hard to remotely assist them.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | IT Security and Compliance Adminstrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Being able to integrate Hexnode with our user directory and correlate all their devices and manage them from one place is invaluable. We are able to meet almost all our MDM-related compliance requirements using Hexnode, which is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I would like to see a remote terminal for managing Windows machines, similar to how we have a remote SSH session on MacOS devices.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are required to manage and monitor all our systems' patching, software, and settings to keep in compliance with SOC2 and ISO 27001 requirements. Hexnode makes it easy to create and enforce these policies, and demonstrate them to auditors.

We are a small organization with a lot of people working remotely. Applying security policies to the entire organization was impossible. **What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Lots of functionality controllable via the platform. Compatible with many devices types and operating systems. Very simple implementation.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Pricing plans are not flexible. You have to choose the same tier for all your devices. Additionally, you may not use most of the Pro features, but if you need a single function from the Ultimate tier, it will double your cost.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Controlling many devices from different manufacturers, used as kiosks.

  ### 39. Average solution, nothing great

I like the fact that you can click on the applications that needs to be installed straight from the hexnode application.

Hexnode allowed us to cataloge many devices and track their deployment

  ### 44. Easy to use MDM-solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

Havent had enough time to evaluate this as of yet.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've experienced alot of issues with the updates of our software through Miradore that we used earlier. Also some functions where too complicated there that we can see improvements with already with Hexenode. An example is the business policysetitngs

  ### 45. One of the few true UEM solutions falls short on multiple fronts

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

- Ability to manage devices agnostic of their OS
- Great solution for non-tech folk

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

- Only works well if looking to enforce policies, unable to set triggers to initate policies or execute scripts automatically
- By far the worst support team; Hexnode prioritizes availabity over technical skill which results in useless support

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hexnode helped us consolidate our MDM efforts into a simple single-pane-of-glass view of all our devices. This helps us stay on top of compliance and run reports on our entire fleet. We previously had to check multiple MDM solutions and combine reports from various systems to get the same view.

  ### 46. Not the best solution for hundreds of devices

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

This product was useful at the start of our integration - however we outgrew this solution

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

The support offered for us was not the best

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to manage hundreds of devices at once, and this was a helpful platform initially - however it did not give us the control we needed over our devices.

  ### 47. Excellent Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bikalpa K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

assigning various policies per device, enabling and disabling kiosk mode with ease and location tracking

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

for first-time users, it might look like lots of features but can easily be learned after you play around the system, nothing else.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy use of application management for contractor to use on the phone

  ### 48. Multiplatform and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

Multiplatform, Easy Learning Curve, Great Support, Simple UI.

Groups cannot be nested, there are still some bugs to be tweaked, less robust Windows management, no Windows Automated Enrollment (OOBE)

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of devices and deployment of internal apps and policies for multiple platforms.

  ### 49. Great MDM With Little Limitations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

It's a great mobile device management tool. It does everything we need it to do. We have around 30 tablets in our warehouse locked into kiosk mode which is great. Setting up new devices in hexnode is easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

We're unable to use the app switcher in Kiosk mode. We'd like the users to be able to switch between apps instead of pressing the home button and then choosing a different app. When they do this the web apps pages have to reload when they open it up again.

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hexnode to restrict our company mobile phones and tablets in our warehouse. It ensures our employees use these devices appropriately and locks them down when we need to prevent them from accessing unnecessary apps when in kiosk mode.

  ### 50. Solid Device Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin N. | IT Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Hexnode UEM?**

The ability to push apps and updates to staff no matter where they are located and at any time of day. I can manage lost devices and even track them to recover them

**What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?**

I wish Apple devices did not have to register with apple business manager in order to use some of the features. That is not really a Hexnode issue, more of an Apple issue

**What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives the ability to track multiple types of devices from multiple different providers. From iPhones to Surface laptops, to windows desktops pc they are all in one place and can be updated.
