This feature has greatly reduced the cost and effort of my support team, as the chatbot effectively manages customer inquiries, providing solutions 24/7 without needing numerous human agents. Additionally, I value the affordability of the service, as it does not charge extra based on the number of users, allowing me to add as many agents as needed and create multiple teams without incurring additional costs. I also found the initial setup to be very easy, which has been a huge benefit to getting started quickly. These elements collectively enhance my business operations, especially with a strong online presence on platforms like Instagram and a user base reaching out via websites and emails. At MammyBeans, we have built the whole Customer Chatbot on the HELLO platform, implementing features like Customer Registration, Food Ordering, and Online Payments within the WhatsApp App environment. I appreciate HELLO's prompt responses, which stand out. I also value the bot, image generator, and URL shortener features.
