
The implementation was exceptionally well run from kickoff through go-live (Tom was the very best implementation specialist!). The kickoff and project plan were far more detailed and robust than what I’ve experienced with comparable vendors. This is the level of rigor that is typically promised but rarely delivered. The approach was consultative, not transactional. Headcount365 didn’t just configure the system; they actively advised on how headcount should operate across the full Recruiting, HR, and Finance tech stack now that systems are integrated. Tom’s background in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, and FP&A materially improved the implementation. He understood how recruiting actually consumes and produces data, anticipated downstream impacts, and provided recommendations that would not come from someone without hands-on functional experience. The white-glove implementation allowed my team to stay focused on day-to-day recruiting while most of the configuration work was handled for us. We have some requirements for our annual planning process that aren't yet available in headcount365; however it's on their roadmap and based on how quickly headcount365 was able to build some custom features for us during our implementation, I'm confident that it will not hold us back during our next annual planning process.
