It cannot be setup with CLI or scripts. It will be to have a templates for different instances. And multi tenancy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for reviewing HAProxy! Through the HAProxy Data Plane API, there's a lot that you can do to set up HAProxy via scripts. But HAProxy Fusion is also an option, which lets you manage different clusters of HAProxy Enterprise instances with different configurations.

Thank you for revewing HAProxy. For data privacy, it is possible to anonymize IP addresses in the logs. Check out our blog post, "IP Masking in HAProxy". Also, when using the Runtime API, you can use "set anon" to mask addresses.
