We recently switched to GymFlow for managing our gym operations, and the experience has been excellent from day one. The software is incredibly user friendly and intuitive, meaning our team needed minimal training to get fully up to speed, which is a huge improvement compared with previous systems we have used.
The support has been outstanding. The quick find help articles are clear and easy to navigate, and whenever we have reached out to the Helpdesk, the responses have been fast, friendly, and consistently resolved our issues on the first attempt. A special mention must go to Isaac and Anna who have been amazing in helping us get acquainted with Gymflow.
We also really value the roadmap feature, which allows us to suggest new ideas and improvements to the platform. It is great to see that other users can upvote suggestions, and that the GymFlow team actively prioritises development based on what is most important to the community. It really makes us feel heard and part of the platform’s evolution.
The billing system is another big plus. Everything is accurate, efficient, and transparent, and we have been paid out quickly every time, which makes cash flow management much simpler.
So far, we have not encountered any bugs or glitches, which has been a refreshing change from previous systems. The platform feels modern, reliable, and stable, and the reporting tools provide great insights without unnecessary complexity.
From a member’s perspective, both the access control system and mobile app work seamlessly, offering a smooth, modern experience that reflects the professional standard we aim to deliver.
