I am extremely impressed with Gymflow’s customer service. I love that I can message a representative at any time and generally receive a response within an hour, which is incredibly convenient. Their responsiveness and ability to quickly solve specific problems have significantly contributed to a fantastic user experience. I also find it great how Gymflow integrates with our accounting software, making tracking cash inflows and revenue much more straightforward. The initial setup of Gymflow was highly convenient, especially since we transitioned from an outdated system. Considering the complexity of exporting data and entering new members manually, the process went remarkably well. I appreciate how Gymflow effectively replaced our older software, which lacked modern integrations and internet connectivity, providing a more seamless and connected platform.

It really makes us feel heard and part of the platform’s evolution. The billing system is another big plus. Everything is accurate, efficient, and transparent, and we have been paid out quickly every time, which makes cash flow management much simpler. So far, we have not encountered any bugs or glitches, which has been a refreshing change from previous systems. The platform feels modern, reliable, and stable, and the reporting tools provide great insights without unnecessary complexity. From a member’s perspective, both the access control system and mobile app work seamlessly, offering a smooth, modern experience that reflects the professional standard we aim to deliver. Overall, GymFlow combines cutting edge technology, excellent support, and real world functionality. We are really pleased we made the switch and look forward to seeing how the platform continues to grow.

Gymflow is a very user friendly gym management software solution for staff and members. The marketing tool in particular is what attracted me to work with Gymflow.
