**What do you like best about ProdataKey?**

Clean interface overall and simple to see/view

**What do you dislike about ProdataKey?**

It has been a repeat hassle for our school. Issues just about every week. The programming is simple but not intuitive and they lack basic features. It has a lot of errors and issues. Support overall is limited and difficult.

**What problems is ProdataKey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has not been easy to implement but overall it keeps doors locked when needed, that's it.

**What do you like best about ProdataKey?**

Easy interface, They are getting better.

**What do you dislike about ProdataKey?**

The door controllers have to see the cloud node to work, If not the end user has has no access! We have many properties that have multiple buildings and when a switch , router, cable or anything goes down the doors will not open.

**What problems is ProdataKey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are slowly correcting issues

**What do you like best about ProdataKey?**

Pro data Key allows the ability to allow or deny points of entry in secured areas for specific employees.  Ease and user friendly platform.  Helps keep buildings safe and secure. 

**What do you dislike about ProdataKey?**

There is nothing to dislike. The system is extremely easy to navigate and follow. Very self explanatory. 

**Recommendations to others considering ProdataKey:**

take time to play with the platform. its very easy to use, very simple. 

**What problems is ProdataKey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping ares safe ans secure.  Preventing theft and accountability.
